For the most part it is fairly easy to use and the people are extremely helpful when I need to reach out for help, which isn't very often... because as I said, for the most part, it's pretty straight forward and easy to use and figure out when things change. I hate that I have to call every time somebody changes their phone number because I can't change it myself in ADP so that the codes go to the right phone number. I also don't like it when ADP makes changes without notifying us, like the most recent updated "feature" of splitting the worksheet into two rows for each employee - one row per week. I see no reason to make this change because we've always calculated each employee's OT separately before entering the totals into the ADP worksheet. It just creates extra work that is not necessary. I also find the fees keep going up even though we don't get many packages sent to locations anymore... that should save money or keep it the same - not increase the costs. The most helpful thing about Run by ADP is having a direct agent, along with customer support specialists who are easy to reach, extremely helpful, and quick to respond. The integration into my company has been smooth and has made accounting easier. On top of that, the affordable rates make the ROI worth it for me. I really like how simple and easy the platform is to navigate. The interface is straightforward, and it doesn’t take long to figure out where everything is. One of my favorite features is the ability to chat with customer service when I have questions. The support team has been helpful and makes it easier to get issues resolved without having to spend a lot of time searching for answers.

The main downside for me is the pricing. I feel the cost can add up, especially when you are charged a fee for each payroll run. I would prefer a simple flat monthly fee rather than paying separately for every payroll run. A more predictable pricing structure would make budgeting much easier.

I also have not personally used the integrations with ADP RUN, so I can't speak to how well those features work.

I dislike the pricing structure, especially having to pay a fee for each payroll run. I would much prefer a flat monthly fee that makes the cost more predictable. Easy to use, without a bunch of extra stuff that makes it confusing or hard to find things. The notifications are nice, and it’s also affordable compared to other payroll programs. The integrations seem nice, but we don’t use them. Support is easy to contact, and the chat is simple to use. AI hasn’t been super helpful, but I can always seem to reach someone when I need to. We’ve had an issue adding an admin who is also an employee. Other payroll systems I’ve used have allowed an employee profile to be made an admin without having to create a separate profile. We ran into a problem because this employee only has one phone number, and we couldn’t attach it to both accounts. We’ve also had issues with multiple people working in the same payroll. There’s a lot to enter, and we have several people who review and double-check it. It’s been glitchy to have it open on multiple computers at the same time, although I understand some of that may also come down to communication on our part. I’ve tried several payroll providers, but RUN by ADP is still at the top of my list. It’s user-friendly, and having great customer support that I can reach whenever I need it is a big plus. The pricing is also affordable for the level of support and service you get.

We’re currently in the process of integrating our health insurance with ADP, and so far it has been the best experience. We used to do everything manually, but once I learned you could integrate everything, it immediately made our lives easier. I also like that the payroll schedule doesn’t feel as cramped as it does with other payroll providers.

Overall, the website feels top-tier. I can create reports in seconds, access forms directly on the site, and simply invite new employees so they can create their own profiles and upload their own files. I really like how easy it is to run my payroll with no issues at all. Reports are made for me in minutes when needed and every rep I've spoken too have been very helpful. The pricing is amazing too, definitely lower than competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only complaint I would have is that when my audit was completed I was never given a break down of the charges, instead just the amount owed. I have also had to go into chat 2 weeks in a row to get them to remove the charge, as I am in the process of disputing it. This has taken time out of my busy day to get it resolved. What has been so helpful using RUN Powered by ADP is being able to use a biometric time clock for our onsite employees and then a timekeeping system for our remote employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only dislike about RUN Powered by ADP is that our employees can request any past changes and/or time-off requests. The employee's manager or I have to contact the employee to determine the correction or time that needs to be added to their timesheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use and customizable. This allows the app to meet specific but different needs for a company's payroll. ADP assisted us in creating a specific tax related earning for a QSEHRA that two other national payroll companies were not able assist us. ADP Run is easy to navigate and manage everything in one place. My staff have access to everything they need, and the platform is customizable to fit the needs of each of my companies. Being able to manage multiple companies under one login is especially convenient and saves me a lot of time. I also really appreciate how simple the reporting is. having to navigate through multiple pages to complete certain tasks. For example, when reviewing timecards, it would be helpful to see an employee’s available PTO and sick time and enter time-off requests directly from that same screen. It does appear ADP may already be working toward implementing something similar, which would make things much easier for managers.

I would also like the ability to integrate an existing 401(k) provider with RUN. I understand ADP offers its own retirement solutions, but not every company is going to use ADP for its 401(k).
