That said, I do think the user interface could be made a bit simpler, and there’s some room for improvement in that area. You can input the first few characters of an employee's name, and their information pops up straight away. I think there's a lot of valuable dashboard and interactive information there. We do a lot of reports on headcount and departmental data, and we can see this with graphs in BambooHR. It also shows who's joining, who's leaving, and contains holiday information—all of which we rely on daily. The dashboards are incredibly helpful for our monthly reporting, showing headcount by department. We have automated reports that save us a lot of time, which is incredibly useful. The initial setup was also very easy. **What do you dislike about BambooHR?** For us, one of the difficult points is having consistent information between different systems, like our accounting and payroll systems. Sometimes the information, such as department or employee ID, is not consistent between all three tools. I think it would be better if there were reconciliations between tools and the ability to identify differences between them easily. Currently, we have to download the information and use Excel to do a VLOOKUP to reconcile it. If BambooHR could link with another tool and do an auto reconciliation, that would be fantastic. **What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** BambooHR is ideal for securely storing all employee information, making it easily accessible while ensuring only HR and finance access sensitive data.
