**What do you like best about PeopleCues?**

I really like how PeopleCues connects team and individual goals to company strategy, offering a 'bird's-eye view' for tracking progress in real time. The goal tracking with visual progress indicators is especially helpful, along with the bulk upload feature. I find the central dashboard with dynamic visual progress indicators allows teams to monitor OKRs in real time without needing manual updates. The platform's intuitive design and quick customization have been a huge plus, allowing my team to roll out performance reviews rapidly and achieve a 100% adoption rate. It also helps automate and scale performance management, employee engagement surveys, onboarding, and feedback, which is fantastic for fast-growing teams.

The platform is often described as buggy, with glitches affecting core functions like meeting scheduling, which defaults to incorrect time zones such as India's IST.

**What do you like best about PeopleCues?**

I like that PeopleCues has a user-friendly interface, which really makes a difference in our recruitment process. It simplifies tracking candidates and helps us close positions faster. I appreciate how it brings structure and transparency to recruitment, reducing manual work and improving coordination. The efficiency in the hiring process is definitely enhanced.

While PeopleCues is helping overall, the speed and candidate alignment for urgent and bulk hiring can be improved. Also, response time and better profile availability would make it even more effective for us.

I use PeopleCues for recruitment, candidate assessment, and management. It helps streamline hiring, improves candidate tracking, reduces manual work, speeds up hiring processes, and enhances coordination. It resolves delays, poor alignment, and supports bulk hiring efficiently with a user-friendly interface.

The open forum shows the visibility from the managerial and clarification on the doubts for further improvements on the in-hand task and the percentile growth

**What do you dislike about PeopleCues?**

The disconsent towards the weekly popup of something need your review can be termed as bit annoying part for many other team members and proper KT to not violate the requirements will be really nice.

**What problems is PeopleCues solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Presently its recording my KRA which is very crucial and if doesn't give a valid report as per my efforts will be really unsolvable matter but a benefit to the opportunity to retain the valid notifications on time

- Platform using experience is great with a seamless and focussed UI
- The ease with which you can create/edit/share and communicate your OKRs is quite smooth. 
- A great support infra with good platform maturity ensures good uptime
- Capabilitiy to Bulk upload goals

**What do you dislike about PeopleCues?**

- Platform might seem complex to new users, UI / design enhancements might help 
- Few advanced functionalities like independent and company/non-company goals seemed confusing to me
- Exporting okrs to excel requires you to ensure all OKR cascades are open, which gives you control but take away the speed

**What problems is PeopleCues solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not just setting up of OKRs and providing a platform for it, the support provided in terms of ensuring adoption and championing OKRs helps make the transition smoother.

**What do you like best about PeopleCues?**

We used it for the first time to conduct a survey to check our eNPS and we were startled to find the final report to be so detailed. All it requires is just a minimum 70% participation on the survey from the employees.

**What do you dislike about PeopleCues?**

TBH, we haven't found any downsiding factor on xto10x platform. But maybe on the access part to view the final report, there should have been two eligible logins. Now it's just one login who can have the superHR access to view the report. Also, a download option of a report in pdf format should have been more helpful.

**What problems is PeopleCues solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us to check the overall health of our organisation, which areas needs attention & improvement and also to understand our team member's requirements and their views more clearly.

Sending reminders to the self, Manager, and Additional reviewers is a good feature, and when the managerial review is done, it will be beneficial if you have a separate meeting! Like Google-meet and Zoom calls

Sometimes i got confused about the managed review and Open review to find the organization structure.

It is replacing the old method we have as a sheet. It allows us to do things automatically and save them for future purposes. The tools are very time effective for HR to concentrate on other works too!

The surveys module helped us get some useful insights on how we can improve as a company, and we got good support from the team as well.

The OKR module really helps the whole business stay in sync with each other and helps us all be on top of our deliverables.

Structure and cascading flow of objectives and result areas necessitating you to think about initiatives and their attribution and impact on the overall goal/ objective

**What do you dislike about PeopleCues?**

Functions moving at a high velocity find it hard to adopt the tool (both articulation & use). Recognising that unfortunately it isnt a replacement of a presentation/excel/project management tool is hard and hence it is precieved as significantly higher amount of work to be done and hence not adopted

Birds eye view of key focus areas of the organization broken down by its elements with the ability to go down a few levels and understand the "what is being done" "who is working on it" and is there impact being created.

**What do you like best about PeopleCues?**

The software lets you analyze the satisfaction amongst a sample crowd (your employees being the main data set here). It lets us customize the metrics on which the poll/NPS is generated.

**What do you dislike about PeopleCues?**

It is not something I dislike but it is more of a pet peeve in regard to how the survey can be set up. There should be a functionality where the person who takes the survey can assign weightage or more priority to a particular question, hence enabling the survey oversight to be more actionable.

It helps my organization conduct its regular E-NPS surveys, which helps in gathering insights regarding employees' well-being and what the HR can do regards to improving employee well-being policies in the workplace.

Have never used any other platform so don't have a reference here.

1. I believe there are more features that can be introduced that will add to the overall experience. 
2. Limited visual graphs or slightly cumbersome button placement - Adding visual graphs and different view options can be a great plus for the platform.

It's a complete one-place solution where we can manage OKRs and track progress. It would be a very difficult task otherwise if we didn't have a tool for this. Great value.

Very intuitive tool. Some more process improvements like the introduction of 9 box talent cards etc. would elevate the user experience further. Coupled with the OKR module, the experience is quite seamless.

Customizations allowed are quite limited.

Helps us define our talent segments and build capabilities.Allows us to make the performance management process more objective and transparent. The survey tool allows us to gauge the pulse of employees and bring in improvements.

Employees can honestly review their thoughts, and it will be non- judgemental. Vast topic questions related to employee sentiments, overall satisfaction, managers, policies, inclusion, diversity, etc., are included.

**What do you dislike about PeopleCues?**

There should be some method to provide awareness to employees about the survey so that employees will be ready with honest answers. The organization might be reluctant to do that.

**What problems is PeopleCues solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Even though most companies are people focused and create a working environment where the employees feel valued but would have missed some components, and the Peoplecues survey helped us to rectify this. And also allowed us to identify our eNPS score.

The upside of having Peoplecues tool is the option of automated triggers via email and slack whenever objectives or KRAs are updated or whenever check-ins are required

Nothing as of now. Peoplecues team has a roadmap in mind and whatever feedback has been shared with them is being worked upon. So will wait to see the progress on the same.

Peoplecues is solving the manual followup part of it wherein we need not track or send reminders manually to employees to complete every step in the performance management process

The view and layouts are designed with task hierarchies in place. The additional functionalities of description and milestone were helpful too.

I would have loved the additional functionality of selecting multiple levels in filters and suggested auto fill-ups for parent goals basis the progress of sub-goals

It works as a one-stop inventory for all tasks and their progress, be it for scale or general projects. Eliminates the need for multiple check-ins with different stakeholders and documents it for reference at any time.

The eNPS and OKR features are very useful. 
The eNPS questionnaire is very exhaustive and the insights provided are quite useful

**What do you dislike about PeopleCues?**

The OKR tool has certain limitations, for example if we want to say "reduce CAC from 20000 to 10000", negative metrics are not supported.

**What problems is PeopleCues solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The eNPS survey help us understand where we stand with respect tot he other startups and how each department is ranked etc.

The summary graphs that show number of okr, not checked in last 7 days and few other information.

**What do you dislike about PeopleCues?**

The check-ins of okr are not reflected in top objective in the tree. They call it auto-rolling. This feature is missing.

It shows current status of progress of any work graphically. Thus at a glance anyone realizes if organization is going to achieve anything or not.

Filtering and summary of OKRs are helpful. The fundamental value proposition of the tool is good, as it gives one-stop shop for writing down all the important business objectives at one place. Reminder to put in your check-ins is another good feature

**What do you dislike about PeopleCues?**

A lot of features such as 

1. Representation and treatment of all metrics do not make sense
2. It's not so intuitive to link performance appraisals with this tool

**What do you like best about PeopleCues?**

It has a very clean UI, a simple page with only required details and perfect small buttons for work. Everything is clearly defined in sections and progress and has a limited number of steps to do a task, which is defined at the start. After getting a hang of it, it's easy to use. It has so many options, which are very useful once you get to know about them for objective creation and updating. Its tab to give recognition is also a good addition, but it's too ideal hence no one uses it, it can be revamped.

**What do you dislike about PeopleCues?**

Once objectives are created, it is difficult to update them and track the progress, it's a little rigid. When using it for the first time, it feels like a room with hidden clues, everything so precisely packed that you had to find it. Its UX can be improved a lot, I like the UI now. The objective should be private also. There can be an option to create Taskfeed for self also, which is currently not there and that can be like a ToDo list, for everyday work. There should also be an explanation of what some terms mean, as first-timers may not be familiar with them and the form setter should also be able to manually add some there.

**What problems is PeopleCues solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its used PMS evaluation. It is also used to evaluate interns for their work, which was easy because of this, as interns get to learn how to write formally and report their work at an early stage, whereas presentations are given in colleges as well. It's easy to manage if configured d correctly for managers and can see the hierarchy and review accordingly.

1. A home screen that clearly calls out pending OKR updates. This is in addition to preset filters for yourself, your department, and your direct reportees(if any)

2. We already support private objectives. These are individual objectives in nature that are limited to your view. 

3. We also see a substantial number of users using personal objectives to track all their daily activities and to-do(s). However, your feedback on having a clear to-do list and task management capabilities are noted and sent to our product team for review :)

4. We’re also improving the onboarding flow for first-time users by adding tooltips to explain features.

**What do you like best about PeopleCues?**

We have been using Dockabl, now called 10xperformance, since January 2020. Being a startup,  finding a cost-effective solution to address performance management needs was important to us. We found the platform easy to use and have run two successful review cycles. Automating the objective-setting process has helped our employees have visibility of what needs to be accomplished and when, so they can always stay on top of their deliverables. The feedback module is excellent for giving quick feedbacks and consolidating all the feedback in one place, to be referred back later.
Automation of these processes has significantly helped us reduce the follow-ups and manage the whole process more efficiently while giving more power to line managers to manage their team’s deliverables.
We love working with their great , supportive team, who has helped us throughout the deployment and training process and further on during our engagement.

While we don’t have anything to dislike about the platform, we feel that the UI could be improved in the subsequent versions.
