Works for smaller companies, as well as the ones who are ready to scale

I find BambooHR's signing process to be fairly fluid and easy to understand. There are a lot of features that seem like they will be useful for communicating with other staff and management. I noticed it has a social media-like news feed setup where all staff can post comments or images, which looks pretty engaging. Also, it appears to have a direct message feature that could come in handy. Setting it up was fairly quick and easy. Although I haven't explored everything yet, I see it as a very good system for business. I haven't encountered any bugs or glitches, which is pretty significant for me as I'm usually critical about those.

What I like best is how user-friendly and straightforward it is. I can easily check my PTO balances, request time off, and update my personal information without having to email HR and wait for a response.
