I like using BambooHR for my job because it makes managing time off requests and conducting one-on-one meetings with my manager easy. I also appreciate being able to see when other employees are off, which helps with scheduling. BambooHR is user-friendly, and everything I need is accessible through a single platform, so I don't have to keep logging into different sites. The design is well thought out, and there are many features to choose from. I find it useful for accessing important documents like T4s, and I enjoy how it keeps everything organized and accessible. Overall, it's much easier to navigate than the system we used before, and the initial setup was very easy for me as a user. I really like this platform and would rate it 10/10.

I like that BambooHR is fairly intuitive where things are located, so I don't usually have too much issue now. I find the ability to reference previous performance appraisals very effective. When doing performance appraisals, particularly to assess candidates or employees for compensation increases or promotion opportunities, being able to go back to previous performance appraisals to determine whether they've grown is invaluable.
