The UI looks clean and includes nearly all the information an employee needs. Performance is also solid. Support and onboarding are decent, but the signup and account-creation flow could be improved, since a single account can be linked to multiple emails, which creates confusion. The AI features are nice as well, and the ROI seems good for the platform. I haven’t connected it with other tools yet, so I can’t comment on integrations.

We love the report building, PTO requests, calendar, announcements, on-boarding/off-boarding, secure document storage, the ease of signature set-up for getting documents signed and the fast customer service.

I think it’s a complete platform that allows us, as employees, to have everything we need for HR self-administration—such as time off, documents, and more—all in one place. I also like the integrations it offers, for example for signing documents. It helps us with performance tracking as well, including our individual goals and the company’s goals, and I think this also supports our 1:1 mid-year performance reviews.
