I find BambooHR clean and easy to use on the front end, which is a big plus for me. It helps to streamline and compile performance reviews from peers and supervisors effectively. I like how it gives you space to provide answers, saves them, and allows the reviewer to see responses from an employee's peers, allowing for a fair assessment of work quality. BambooHR lets everyone conduct the performance review at their own pace without needing face-to-face meetings. For the parts of BambooHR that I have control over, it runs extremely smoothly. I also appreciate that if I need HR to access something, they can do it quickly and efficiently, with no waiting period. Plus, the process for managing direct deposit information is straightforward, with just a few clicks needed to control how much and which account my check is deposited into.
