What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

I find the AI Assistance in Adaptive Security to be a huge win for us because it helps build custom training modules. This feature allows us to save time and create relevant training tailored to our exact needs, rather than using off-the-shelf modules. Additionally, I'm very happy with the current state of the platform and excited to see what new features will be added in the future. The Executive Risk feature is incredibly valuable. Even for personal use, I've used it to identify accounts I never knew existed and didn't sign up for. The setup process was very easy, and they provided excellent onboarding support. What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I think, with AI-built modules, it's just a matter of time before the models and data improve, and along with that, our turnaround time for rolling out training will improve. "Adaptive Replaced Three Tools with One—Easy Phishing Setup and Fresh Training Content"

Adaptive replaced three different tools with one, which was amazing! Setting up phishing campaigns was straightforward and really easy. The “create scenario from email” button in triage is awesome. What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

We use Adaptive Security primarily for the training modules, but there are many additional features that sold us on Adaptive. I definitely like the breakdown of the training modules better with Adaptive, compared to our previous solution. The platform feels like a real upgrade; it's modern and intuitive. The branding and customization are great. The management features are outstanding, and I really love the dashboards and notifications. The product feels polished, and we get advanced features such as deepfake, smishing, and AI capabilities. The initial setup was very easy, and we were up and running quickly. From a usability standpoint, the platform is remarkably intuitive and easy to use—unlike our previous vendor. Support was also fast and responsive, which saved us time. "Easy Training Creation with No Prior Skills Needed"

"Easy to Launch, Boosted Training Completion and Streamlined Email Triage"

What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The Adaptive platform was easy to get up and running.

Since we brought on Adaptive, our organization’s training completion rate has increased significantly.

Adaptive Triage’s auto-classification of spam and malicious email reports has been a great addition. It has noticeably reduced the time our helpdesk spends classifying reported emails, which has made the overall process much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

In the Security Awareness Training although the interactive AI modules are great the rest of the training has a bit of a powerpoint feel to it. People like more video and less slides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adaptive Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

The user and manager training reminders have dramatically increased our participation rate in Security Awareness training. The automated tools for classifying reported spam and malicious emails have also dramatically cut down the time the helpdesk spends reviewing reports and getting back to the reporter.

The AI-generated content we can create ourselves is another nice feature. For example, when we roll out a new corporate policy, Adaptive can take that information, generate a training or informational presentation, and collect confirmation that employees have received and acknowledged the policy. "High-quality training and reliable support drive better learning"

What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The training material is concise, engaging, and highly relevant. Adaptove is clearly built with real learning needs in mind. The AI Content Creator makes it easy to tailor resources for our teams, and the phishing simulations are realistic and straightforward to administer and have increased our awareness significantly! Although I was not involved in the implementation directly, my teams have informed me that it was a quick, smooth process and as a team we find ourselves logging in almost daily to review content and create campaigns! What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I struggle to identify anything I dislike! The Customer Support team have been excellent at providing support, always within 24 hours and have taken my feedback and suggestions onboard. What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

Adaptive Security’s Outlook-level phishing integration uses direct mail injection (DMI) to avoid the usual email-gateway link scanning, which cuts down on false positives and keeps simulations from getting mangled on the way in. The Teams nudges give you a second, harder-to-ignore channel for reminders instead of relying on email blasts that vanish into inbox noise. What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

One place where the platform could step up is its reporting. The metrics themselves are solid, but the tool doesn’t offer much flexibility in how that data is presented. For example, you can view percentage-based completion on the dashboard, but you can’t generate that same view in the reporting section, where it matters for exports and stakeholder reviews. Adaptive Security addresses the common shortcomings of traditional security awareness programs, such as users becoming disengaged, outdated training materials, and phishing simulations that are often disrupted by email security systems. By delivering simulated phishing emails directly into Outlook, it avoids the usual gateway scanners that can break links or cause false alarms, resulting in more authentic and effective phishing tests that mirror real-world threats. Its behavioral nudges, like prompts through Teams, help overcome inbox fatigue by reaching employees in the platforms they use most, reinforcing positive security habits without relying solely on emails that are easily overlooked. The platform also ensures that training content remains up-to-date and visually appealing, which helps prevent the boredom that often comes with mandatory training. Altogether, these features tackle the core challenge: encouraging users to stay alert, practice safe behaviors, and develop instincts that help protect the organization from phishing and social engineering attacks. What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

Adaptive is one of the very few cybersecurity organizations that evolve as quickly as bad actors do. Initial set up was extremely easy, and connected directly to our M365 environment. Within a month of getting set up, they were reaching out to let us know about significant new features they had added. Their support has been fantastic, which quick and helpful answers to questions large and small. Reporting is clear and concise, delivering exactly what information I need.
