I struggle to identify anything I dislike! The Customer Support team have been excellent at providing support, always within 24 hours and have taken my feedback and suggestions onboard. Adaptive Security’s Outlook-level phishing integration uses direct mail injection (DMI) to avoid the usual email-gateway link scanning, which cuts down on false positives and keeps simulations from getting mangled on the way in. The Teams nudges give you a second, harder-to-ignore channel for reminders instead of relying on email blasts that vanish into inbox noise. One place where the platform could step up is its reporting. The metrics themselves are solid, but the tool doesn’t offer much flexibility in how that data is presented. For example, you can view percentage-based completion on the dashboard, but you can’t generate that same view in the reporting section, where it matters for exports and stakeholder reviews. Adaptive is one of the very few cybersecurity organizations that evolve as quickly as bad actors do. Initial set up was extremely easy, and connected directly to our M365 environment. Within a month of getting set up, they were reaching out to let us know about significant new features they had added. I found the Drata integration process to be quite technical, which could pose a challenge for someone who is not technically inclined to set up and ensure it is working properly. I find Adaptive Security incredibly valuable for providing security awareness training to my enterprise, effectively training my employees on handling threats like deepfakes. The powerful and efficient simulation feature is particularly impressive, as it creates a jarring and realistic portrayal of potential, effective attacks, which in turn makes my employees more cautious and aware. The templates offered by Adaptive Security are also very good, enhancing the training process with their quality. Additionally, the initial setup of the product was wonderfully straightforward, almost turnkey, allowing me to understand the product fully within a few hours. I dislike that Adaptive Security's ability to work internationally from all jurisdictions is limited. While it functions well for our US office, we can't utilize its full functionality for some of our international offices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Phishing simulations and OSINT risk analytics give us clear visibility into human vulnerabilities. The Phish Triage functionality is especially strong (one of my favourite feature!), helping us handle real incidents quickly and confidently with the help of AI-based analysis. We also appreciate how easy it is to edit and personalize the training modules. Overall, everything feels much more modern and intuitive than our previous platform. Implementation was quick and easy. While Adaptive Security performs well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform has a relatively limited library of phishing simulation templates, which means campaigns often require more manual setup compared to other, more mature platforms. There’s also some rigidity in the system, for example, you can’t edit ongoing campaigns without terminating them first, which makes quick adjustments a bit cumbersome. I also truly like the phishing button that can be integrated into outlook, our users use it often and the fact that it takes out the phishing email from everyone's mailbox once one user marks it as phishing makes things so much easier for us.
