# Can we get rehire information archived so we are able to resend the onboarding packet? Rehiring is difficult without this aspect. We are finding that we are spending time doing paperwork in BambooHR on the day of hire instead of as intended, before the hire date because we are unable to send the packet more than the first time of hire. ##### Post Metadata

# How can I forward documents awaiting signature to a colleague? I'm the Human Resources rep for our office. Because of the way the system is set up, I sometimes receive signature requests on documents that should actually be signed by another staff member.
