I dislike when an employee's profile has not been set up so I can not welcome them or high-five them. We should really push the employee's to activate and use their accounts as there is a lot there they can resource. I would like to also have some kind of org chart accessible on there. Hello Team has allowed our managers to track their one on one meetings and efficiently conduct performance reviews. It allows the HR team to conduct surveys for immediate feedback and for our teams to engage with each other using High Fives, events, news, the birthday and anniversary announcements. Performance reviews are easy to track and easy to manage for both employees and managers. We really enjoy the sign off feature and the workflow from start to finish.
