Easy to use, and very intuitive. Rewards are also great and easy to collect. Happy with the HelloTeam app!

There's nothing I dislike at this time !
LE: it's a bit slow now, but it does the job.

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

I like being able to give 'high-fives' to my coworkers for the things that maybe go unthanked many times. As a Manager of our Talent dept., I feel like this can make our new, and current, employees feel included, welcomed, and important.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I dislike when an employee's profile has not been set up so I can not welcome them or high-five them. We should really push the employee's to activate and use their accounts as there is a lot there they can resource. I would like to also have some kind of org chart accessible on there.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HelloTeam was super helpful and beneficial when doing my first Employee review. As my first year in Management, it was very easy to comprehend and was not long and cumbersome.

HelloTeam is very user-friendly and is a great tool to keep employees engaged and share gratitude and recognition! This is my first time ever using this platform, and I can really say, I have found it to be awesome!

Honestly, there is not one thing that comes to mind that I can say badly or mention that I have not liked about HelloTeam, this platform truly is everything and keeps everyone engaged.

I would probably say that this platform has been a great tool for our company to share feedback, gratitude, recognition and even some prize-winning which is almost everyone's favorite part!

This was an incredibly easy implementation.  Erik at HelloTeam has held our hand the whole way through.  I was concerned when we chose this tool that it would be one more thing to figure out and administer.  But it couldn't have been easier.  Our employees are really embracing the High Five functionality too!

Nothng so far!  Everything has been super easy and they've been responsive with any questions.

Performance Evaluations have been 1000% easier for HR to manage and employees are happy to have a tracking tool.

I love Hello Teams to feel a connection with co-workers. I love the ability to set goals and strengths and to fill out your profile with information that is valuable to others.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I have not found anything that I do not like about HelloTeam. However, I did notice that the notifications, when I will get one, do not show up.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel that HelloTeam actively allows me to be a part my progress with my team leaders toward goals and with communicate during one on one meetings with them to get what is needed done.

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

Hello Team has allowed our managers to track their one on one meetings and efficiently conduct performance reviews.  It allows the HR team to conduct surveys for immediate feedback and for our teams to engage with each other using High Fives, events, news, the birthday and anniversary announcements.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

We not found anything that we dislike.  We've had some training challenges but the platform is easy to use and the support is incredible!

Hello Team is allowing our employees and managers to better interact with one another, creating employee engagement and better communication.

Hello Team is excellent for our company because we aren't all in the office! It helps us celebrate our colleagues in many ways, keeping us all connected. It also keeps us update on company announcements, so we aren't missing anything!

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I wish it showed birthdays and anniversaries a little bit after the date, just incase there is a day I don't get to log in, I don't miss the opportunity to give them a "high five"

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's most helpful with the company announcement. Sometimes you may be left out of an email, but there is no way to miss it if it's posted on Hello Team! I appreciate the email notifications as well!

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

Performance reviews are easy to track and easy to manage for both employees and managers.  We really enjoy the sign off feature and the workflow from start to finish.  I also like that there is a mobile app.  The tool is mobile optimized as well so you can complete tasks on the go from a web browser.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I wish there were more features available on the mobile app as I am typically on the go and not always at my computer.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have quarterly and annual performance assessments throughout the year and HelloTeam makes the process super simple from start to finish.  The tool is user friendly and easy to adopt.  The dashboard is another great feature, having all of the relevant company information available to see in one place.  We have a weekly newsletter that works well with the HelloTeam News tab.

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

The high-fives dashboard has helped improve employee engagement across the organization. I like how I can publicly recognize my peers for a well-done job. I also enjoy the skills match feature that lets me see my peers' skills and certifications.The org chart is also a great tool to reference!

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

No complaints at this time; the team has been very responsive to answering my questions and seems to consider customer feedback. Thumbs-up all around!

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a user, I now have easy-to-use software for some of the more critical internal processes like performance management,goal-setting and taking various surveys from leadership. I can see why the team invested in this tool, as we look forward to using it weekly. I enjoy the rewards integrations with high fives and being able to redeem gift cards! It has become an irreplaceable perk for my peers and me.

That you can' t go back and see what the tip of the day is once it closes out.

The thing I like best about Hello Team is that it's user-friendly and easy to use. I think it's a great way to express your gratitude towards your workmates especially when working remotely

I can't say I dislike anything for the time being. Perhaps more rewards would make it even nicer. I don't think this app can be further improved as it does not not need improvement

Since the pandemic started, I've been using Hello Team as an additional way to thank workmates whenever they helped. I think it's a great way to express recognition

I appreciate the current photos, titles, and names of each employee, with the easy access of typing in a first or last name and receiving quick, accurate results1

I have been using the Hello Teams application for only a short amount of time, and at this point I have not come across any aspects that I don't appreciate!

As a new employee responsible for meeting and communicating with members of an organization whose members are geographically spread out, I often use the application to identify with whom I may be speaking or emailing.

I like how goal setting ties in directly with performance reviews. This saves us
time and energy when we conduct our annual performance reviews with
employees. The user experience for goal setting and completing reviews is
solid.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I wish I was able to customize the dashboard widgets to my liking, but the
current structure is efficient and makes sense.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve used a number of performance tools in the past. What separates
HelloTeam from the crowd is the level of support that we receive not only
during onboarding but throughout our time using the software. Our questions
and concerns are addressed same day and we are always looking forward to
the new product releases. HelloTeam takes customer feedback into
consideration which shows they really care!

Nothing. All the features in Hello Team are unique.

No need to track my personal goals on dropbox or excel files. We can update the progress of our goals in Hello Team. Very convenient.

As someone in a manger role, I enjoy having access to the my team tab and I enjoy being able to discuss my direct reports performance in the HT platform

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

Some more personal customization would be nice to see on the homepage / dashboard

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a great tool to use as a manager as I am able to easily track my team’s performance, their goals, and discuss progress in one on one meetings.  I am saving hours of time having an all inclusive platform to monitor my team’s performance.  I was using spreadsheets and word documents to organize this in the past and HelloTeam has made this process easier than ever!

The platform is user-friendly! There is a Help Center with tons of great articles, and it’s easy to
train new employees on the platform. We also love the survey and performance review
templates that are available to us.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I wish the mobile app had more functionality. The full desktop version of HelloTeam is great!

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve implemented several platforms in the past. HelloTeam’s implementation stands out
because it was a quick and efficient process. We had a strict deadline for launching
performance reviews and had to partner with a company that would be able to work with our
schedule. We were blown away by how easy it was to get up and running right away.

The customer service at Helloteam is exceptional. Erik always responds very quickly. He is very respectful and knowledgable on the platform and how we can use it to benefit our business.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

Sometimes I can be a little confused on the Helloteam platform. For example, the point system can be confusing as well as the process of handing out highfives. I also wish there was a way for other employees to shout out one another, not just admins.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helloteam is going to help us with employee reviews. Last year, the previous platform we were using shut down during the evalutation process, which was a disaster. They also will be helping us provide recognition to the employees.

The support that we receive from HelloTeam has been critical to our teams success using the platform.  We're a small organization and we have not used a performance tool before, so having a dedicated account representative has allowed us to create new processes.  They are great at consulting us on best practices!

No dislikes at this time, we have been very pleased with the product.

We send out a lot of surveys to our organization and HelloTeam allows us to make countless templates.  They also have a wide variety of templates that they offer!  The analytics tab is helpful when reviewing results and comparing company trends.

The guidance from our dedicated client services consultant has allowed us to create a brand new performance review process for our organization.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

No dislikes so far, we’ve been very happy with the product and service so far.

We did not have a dedicated performance review process before HelloTeam.  Our account representative was able to guide us in the right direction when building out our custom performance reviews.  Our rep was able to share templates to give our team an idea of what to ask in this process.  We’ve received positive feedback from the team since launching this new process.  Thank you!

I liked being able to recognize my peers using the High Five tool within HelloTeam.  I also liked how performance reviews were done electronically as I had a manual/ paper process in the past.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

No complaints!  Sometimes I would receive a handful of reminder notifications to complete tasks, but the software is great!

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to move from a manual performance management system to an inclusive performance suite using HelloTeam.  This process has helped streamline all of our internal performance processes.

Absolutely love the surveys and reviews, plus the High Five feature has generated some fun interactions.

There are a couple of features that I would tweak, but I'm confident that HT will continue to improve and address any concerns.

HelloTeam offers great templates for performance reviews and made the whole process of conducting reviews for over 800 employees simple & easy. It took me 3 minutes and I was done with the whole process. Best tool I've ever used!

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

The thing I like the best about this platform is that I have the chance to show my gratitude to my colleagues with a little more than just a small "Thank you for your help!". Another thing that I also like about this platform is that it is very user-friendly and that you have multiple functionalities and customization. I like the new "POSITIONS I AM INTERESTED IN" and  "BIRTHDAYS" tab from DASHBOARD, both being very helpful.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I would like to see more themes and colors to customize the profile. Besides this, everything works perfectly.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't miss my colleagues' birthdays and I can prepare a surprise for them in advance. 
Whenever a colleague helps me and has a friendly attitude towards me, I can show my gratitude with something more than a simple "Thank you!"

Because I was nice and helpful with my colleagues, I was able to raise points to get some Gift Cards for myself.
Another benefit would be increasing employee engagement by offering points and rewards and by increasing the involvement of colleagues in helping others while having a positive and friendly attitude.

1) how intuitive it is to use
2) the flexibility to create one-on-ones, surveys, and performance evaluations that fit your needs
3) the customer support that Hello Team gives

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

1) that there isn't a way to organize the performance evaluations that you create, like into folders or something similar
2) that you can't have more people attached to a 1:1 (sometimes our managers meet with a small group and would like to use this same process)
3) that the survey defaults to sending it to the whole company (it's like the "reply all" fiasco for email)
4) that managers don't get an email alert when someone on their team is given a high five

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) having one system that allows us to house all coaching materials/documents for staff members in an easy way
2) being able to create documents that meet our needs
3) being able to create documents that both parties (staff and managers) can work together in

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

It's nice to be able to engage with other employees through HelloTeam, especially since a lot of us are working from home. I like the announcements that my company makes, and that I am able to find past announcements in case I need to reference the information. HelloTeam has helped to make things fun at work! I also like having the ability to set personal and professional goals, as these help to keep me on track with the things that I need to work on and help me strive to maintain my awesome employee status. It's also nice to be able to enter my skills in HelloTeam.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I would like to see HelloTeam become more modernized. The ability to react to posts and high fives with emojis instead of up-votes would be an awesome feature! Some of the metrics are also difficult to understand, such as when creating goals. I'm not sure if these are outdated or are too technical for me, but to the average user, I think that they can be confusing. I think that modernizing some of the aspects, while simplifying some of the terminologies, would make HelloTeam a lot less intimidating. This also applies to entering skills in HelloTeam, it would be nice if the terminology and process were more modern and user-friendly.

Give employees some guidance on setting up their goals, etc.

HelloTeam has helped my company provide a platform for all of the employees that we now have working from home so that we are able to stay in touch and engage with each other. We are also able to create personal and professional goals to work towards, and our performance reviews are also available via HelloTeam. Also, my company has been able to drive a lot of fun events using HelloTeam.

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

I have used the HelloTeam tool while at a small startup and at a large corporation and in both instances the platform did not disappoint. The peer to peer recognition and newsletters were great tools for the larger organization to keep all the employees engaged. While at the startup the goal cascading/tracking was instrumental for increasing employee productivity.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I really would have liked to have the ability to click on different profiles in the org charts but you can still search for different people in the system

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest solution Helloteam provides in my eyes is saving time and increasing productivity. This is a refined tool that I would strongly recommend to any organization no matter the systems you have in place or do not already have in place for performance and engagement.

The design enables users to access a lot of company info without getting lost in the portal.  It also features a great way to highlight our peer's acheivements in a fun way (high fives).

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I would appreciate the ability to pull work experience directly from LinkedIn automatically - it would increase usage of the platform and save users time.  As of this review, this feature wasn't available.

**Recommendations to others considering HelloTeam:**

Make sure you have executive sponsors on board with implementing the platform. Incentivize the use of the platform with your various business unit leaders.  Create rewards for users (like a gift for the month's highest receiver of high fives).  High adoption is key to success.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, our company announcements, kudos (high fives), and other information was captured in many different places.  HelloTeam helped us consolidate that important info into one place/platform.

Jessica Backholm, our Client Services Rep, is a truly valued extension of my team. She is quick to respond and has been able to assist me in best using the platform to fit our needs. The instant analytics is helpful and its ability to respond in real-time is a strong feature,

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

Customization needs refining. For example, surveys do not allow pictures, diagrams or charts. Evaluations are still rigid when creating. Not able to link/pair news/press automatically with published on Zenoss channels (for example LinkedIn). All that said, We were not ready to go all-in and use every feature.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using its survey tool to perform our Employee Satisfaction Survey, Organizational Charts, and the Performace Management Tool to perform and store our employee evaluations.

I like that this only takes a few minutes to screen yourself before going to work. It is so easy that I just fit it into my morning routine, so I don't forget to do it.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I'm not too fond of the fact that I have to click on the name field and then scroll down to answer the first question. If I don't do it this way, I can't click on the yes or no option for question 1 because the hyperlink covers the no option. That gets frustrating.

To fix the name issue. The link is covering the yes or no answers you have to pick.

I haven't resolved any problems or have any benefits that I have noticed.

I personally use Hello Team to do my performance reviews, 1:1s, and goals.  I will also use it to give virtual high fives to my teammates.  It is great in these areas.  It feels very intuitive, and their support team trained us on best practices!

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I have not disliked anything about the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering HelloTeam:**

I have loved using it so far.   I strongly recommend checking out Hello Team!  Their training was very helpful.

We used to do all our reviews and goals on Doc and Sheets.  Now we have it all in one centralized location.  Once our reviews are done, we can analyze our results and even see our goals from right on our reviews page.  It has made the entire process a lot easier.

The ease of implementation - with great Support and user-friendly solution - and the ability to grow into the tool by expanding features/functionality.

Normal process of learning a new tool. You have to dig around and figure out how to implement the tool for your company.

If you are looking for a solution that allows you - as a team leader - and your team to provide consistent, honest employee feedback and engagement, HelloTeam must be considered.

No pun intended, but employee engagement. HelloTeam is already helping with consistent around reviews (90 day new hire, annual, check-ins, etc.) and surveys. Team members have requested and needed to avenue to maintain these important activities. And HelloTeam is a welcome solution.

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

The best part is quick, extremely helpful customer service.  Anyone we contact is very resourceful and addresses concerns or issues very quickly.  Kendra in particular is a rare gem! One of the best resources I've ever worked with, across any system, for resolving issues or brainstorming questions/ideas.  It's very apparent that customer service is a top priority to HelloTeam.  They have gone above and beyond my expectations in terms of system set up, survey or group set up, etc. They don't just send a job aid to do it ourselves, they spend a lot of time to make it easy on the customer and they are in our accounts handling a lot for us.  Just really beyond my expectations and experience with other systems.

Also, the platform is very easy to use, also very customizable.  The pre-built survey templates are also very nice and we actually want to use them.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

One issue (that has since been resolved) was that once we had a dozen surveys active, the pages would load very slow, over 5 minutes each time we scroll or click to a new page.  Kendra took this very seriously and worked with their system tech team relentlessly until they resolved it. 

Another tech issue is that our daily reoccurring surveys would randomly stop working, like get stuck in "pending" and not send for the new day.  Again, Kendra took this into her own hands to get into our system and re-create each survey we had.  I would've expected to have to do this myself (again, customer service is fantastic), and she continues to help us monitor for any future issues.  This is probably the most alarming tech issue as we use this daily re-occurring survey for daily COVID screening before entering the workplace. If we don't catch a stuck survey right away, or being in different time zones than HelloTeam support for immediate assistance could be an issue.  HelloTeam has been great with answering any tech issues though, explaining what might have happened and what they can do to fix it.  They're great.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any employee surveys we need are done through HelloTeam, much better than websites or systems we've used previously. We originally implemented HelloTeam solely for daily workplace COVID screenings, but have moved other surveys into the system as the results come out presentation-ready. 

We also set up an electronic employee suggestion box using HelloTeam! It's very easy to see responses and suggestions.

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

-the UI is terrific: very intuitive, requires very little training for employees to use (but they have a TON of great training material, readily available, if needed)
- we have employees and consultants spread across various platforms: US folks on one system, international on another, etc. HelloTeam gives everyone ONE place to go to see a directory of everyone in the company, org chart, etc.
--the platform allows my widely dispersed team to get to know a little about each other, both their professional skills and areas of expertise AND their personal interests. We are across several time zones so "face to face" meetings aren't always feasible. 
-LOVE the High Fives feature. For a mostly remote company, the ability to show appreciation is important. Our teammates love High Fives.
-the support is AMAZING. Couldn't ask for a better onboarding team and the ongoing support has been amazing
-One on One meeting feature: an organized way to keep track of ongoing conversations and tie tasks, goals, etc. to the conversation.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

-could use more Slack integration (but they keep rolling out new features and this is in the pipeline).

We are connecting a company spread across locations and timezones in a meaningful way. We are making our 1:1s more productive and keeping managers more accountable. HelloTeam makes onboarding new employees (especially in a remote culture) easier by giving them a central place to get to know all the members of the team.

The best thing is that you get aware of timely add ons in your organization, you get to get updates rated to your colleagues birthdays, their promotions, their background, their interests and what not. You can send waves to the new joines, wish them work anniversaries and birthdays!

There is nothing to dislike. Its an informative platform to get know of your colleagues.

You get the overview of all the employees in your organization. You get a complete picture. A complete hierarchy starting from CEO till the end position.
You can find easily the different departments working under different leaderships.
You get to know people better from the organization perspective. You get to know your colleagues personally. Easy way to interact using "hellos".
Also, you get notifications, updates that needs to be reached to all the audience. You have a one place to reach to.

Made it easy for my team to recognize each other for a job well done. They were able to reward individuals as well. Kept track of work anniversaries, transfers and even retirements.

The only thing I can say I dislike is the extreme differences between the performance,  pro and engagement packages.

I like to be able to view employee profiles. Also the interactive org chart was awesome. Working in education people change positions all the time so it's good to be able to look at the organization chart with one click.

You can't add points on a recognition(high Five), you have to create a new one. The tags under high fives could look more modern. The received recognition emails read unclear and should be worded differently. The admin approval process seems outdated. Approvals or denials should live in the platform versus responding to an email.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just launched on 7.1 , so we shall see. We hope it helps solve employee silos from a global perspective. Once we roll out the performance module, we hope it solves our manual process under our performance reviews.

All the information about the company in a single click, who your colleagues are, whether national or global, the interaction of creating a work environment where everyone knows each other is fantastic, plus you can create your own work schedule and your direct boss is informed of your performance within the company.

Even if you don't yet manage 100% of the platform, I know that activities can be generated both publicly and privately. This way, the company knows about the project within the company that you are working on, what your functions are, your objectives, goals, everything you achieve and deliver in the company, and how your functions impact the company. If you generate direct productivity by supporting other job positions and the functions of the position.

It is a necessary function within the company where employees will set their clear and secure objectives, fulfilling 100 percent of the company's needs, where you as an employer will be able to evaluate their work, performance, functions, and see how to reward them.

My goals and objectives within the company are to demonstrate the quantitative and qualitative value I deliver to the company by supporting my area and positively impacting other work areas by performing functions and improving day by day, delivering tasks, product, and customer service, increasing customer expectations, and improving customer expectations.
