"Traliant: A fine training tool"

What do you like best about Traliant?

I really liked using Traliant because the training itself was very informative and also helped me learn a lot. Usually with certain web based platforms being used for mandatory training it's very easy to turn away from the actual training material and completely avoid what you're actually training in. When using Traliant it was wondefully nothing like that. Getting into the training was an easy as can be and getting your certificate of completion was also as easy can be.

Harassment training can often be said to be a drag and confusing, but doing this with Traliant was the farthest thing from it. Access to the training and completing the training made this a A+ tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traliant?

It's hard to point to a downside about using Traliant. I wouldn't call it a downside but the training is so engaging that eventually you will only pay attention to the training module that you are completing and can't multitask on another endeavor. What problems is Traliant solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving the problems of having the workplace all know exactly what the many forms of workplace harassment are, how to point them out and how to avoid it. Many workers often go too far in workplace behaviors and actually don't know what they are doing can be considered forms of harassment. The traliant training course easily points it out with well timed examples and helps anyone taking it understand quite easily what needs to be learned about proper workplace behavior in relation to harassment. "Smooth and Successful Workplace Violence Prevention Training Rollout"

What do you like best about Traliant?

Traliant helped us meet California's Workplace Violence Prevention training requirement quickly and easily, achieving 100% team completion — something we’ve struggled with on other compliance trainings.

The implementation was seamless. After submitting our internal policy, our rep quickly returned a customized course that was ready to roll out with no edits needed. The course itself was clear, professional, and intuitive. Every employee was able to complete it without any issues or support requests, which is rare in our experience.

I also appreciated the certificate of completion at the end of the course, which made documentation for compliance simple — I was able to file it immediately for our records.

While we didn’t need support during rollout, our rep checked in proactively, which gave me confidence that help was available if needed. What do you dislike about Traliant?

The reporting dashboard could offer a bit more customization and real-time tracking features. While it worked fine for our needs, having a more robust overview would make monitoring larger teams even easier. Still, this didn’t hinder our ability to hit 100% compliance quickly and efficiently. What problems is Traliant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traliant simplified the process of delivering California-compliant Workplace Violence Prevention training tailored to our organization. Instead of building a course from scratch, I was able to submit the policy I had already written, and Traliant quickly developed a customized training module based on it — saving me a significant amount of time and effort.

Adding users was straightforward, and while we haven’t onboarded new employees since the initial rollout, it’s reassuring to know we can easily assign the training to new hires when the time comes. Another big benefit is the automated email reminders the system sends out. It saves me from having to follow up manually with team members about completing the training — a task that used to take up far more of my time.

"An Easy to Use Compliance Training Tool w/Great Tools"

What do you like best about Traliant?

Traliant (and it's support staff) are incredibly easy to work with. Some system really bury features or the UI/UX makes finding what you need or getting things done more difficult than it should be. That's not the case with Traliant. They made the transition to their platform seamless and pain-free. I've heard minimal complaints from employees about either the system or the course content.
