I really like how SkyPrep organizes and stores all our content in one place. It's great that we can deploy it directly to our external customers through our software, integration is key for us. Uploading content is quick, and the system is pretty easy to use. While not perfect, it makes it easy to get metrics and reports and lets us see what content people are accessing and consuming. It provides insight into usage and gives us a chance to reach out and educate our customers. The way SkyPrep helps us personalize and make our software more accessible to users is a game changer for us. Assigning groups or making things accessible to client-specific audiences is simple and doesn't take much time or effort. SkyPrep has a lot of features, but I'd still call it relatively no frills. The reporting features are great, but there are some aspects that make them very difficult. Some reporting features that I think would be common sense or simple are not present. The reporting could definitely be improved because sometimes it takes a long time to get information together, and I thought there would be a quicker way to generate or build reports. Additionally, it can be difficult to access certain types of information quickly, and the organization of information could be better. Navigation isn't great; sometimes when I change a setting, like making a course or learning path inactive, it takes me back to a different screen, which is annoying. SkyPrep is a robust system that gives us the ability to gauge the knowledge and understanding of the people we train to manage the vote centers in our county. It is a handy tool that was simple to learn and allows us to manage an ever-growing and changing pool of workers whose jobs are seasonal, yet vital. I use it every day to manage the content we need to disseminate to our election workers. The information contained in our courses is subject to change biannually per legislation, as it did drastically this past summer, and I love that SkyPrep allows us to adjust and publish updated courses to over 7,000 users in a relatively short amount of time. I like most that the platform is continuously improving and makes it easy to capture the data we need to drive reporting and make decisions. Last of all, the customer service is amazing. The team is super responsive, and Catherine is great at what she does. She meets with me regularly to help with troubleshooting, plan for campaigns, and explore unused features (performance tracking, materials, etc.) for expanded effectiveness. The downside of using SkyPrep would be the sometimes awkward nature of the interface when it comes to the courses we put together. Finding a way to reduce the time it takes to create a full course would make the platform even more efficient and powerful. Also, we work with mostly older citizens who do not always grasp technology as easily. SkyPrep is easy to use. We have roughly 800 users who are using this platform. The course setup is easy and not time-consuming. The courses can be in any format and making the whole process less cumbersome. There are numerous feature you can use and the reporting can be as detailed or not, and can be catered to what you need. The sheer number of features it has means there are a lot of places where changing a setting can cause user errors downstream. I have used three different LMS platforms and find SkyPrep to be the easiest to use. As someone who wears many hats working for a start-up, I cannot dedicate hours of time on platform training. SkyPrep LMS stands out for its inviting UX/UI and the overall user-friendly, intuitive nature of the platform. As an admin, I particularly appreciate how easy it is to set up the system initially, including adding branding and customizing the dashboard. The implementation process, while functional, could benefit from more structure. I wish there were templates or guides available with clear suggestions on how to set up the platform, like use cases for certain features. Although my Customer Success Manager is fantastic, the early calls felt more like a Q&A session, which left me unsure of the right questions to ask. I would have preferred more guided support, including step-by-step resources to help me navigate the system with more confidence. At the time of my initial setup, the Help Center resources were largely catered to the legacy system, which made navigating confusing because the look and locations of buttons were different for my platform.
