    "Against the grain: What I like best is the face to face interaction with the Pro Summit!! Through the years I've only heard all of the negatives about ADP and still managed to remain positive (on most days) in regard to ADP and it's benefit to companies. At the Pro Summit, it truly is a "human" experience which has broadened my expectations and exceeded them, more now considering all of the features that have been available all along. When you get through and see all of the layers, it brings to light just how complex the system really is, but also very simple to manage when done properly. I titled this review "Against the grain" because many see ADP as a daunting system, but I disagree, especially now... "

    "World class complete HR solution: 360 degree view of our company's HR functions. Prior to Paycom, we had very manual processes in place. Since deploying Paycom, we've observed a very high-adoption rate improved our ability to respond to the needs of our staff. Having an assigned account rep to answer questions has been very helpful. There are many options within the platform, and often times we need a little guidance to ensure we're about to make the proper configuration change. There is no wait time.     "Global database for human resources: It has a great integrity of the data. It is a good management system for human resources and equipment within the company. Manages the different files within a database, which increases the ease of managing documents, reports and internal teams from different areas of the company. The configuration is quite flexible, it can be customized and it also has a well-cut design, which is useful so that any change you make within the system is presented with an attractive visual design for users. Regarding the presentation of the scoring systems and the members of the teams are well defined and this seems to me key, since it is necessary that there is a distinction between each member and the contribution made."

It has also flowed with the payroll process, insurance enrollment, open enrollment, employment process and communication process. Employees can self serve for address changes, beneficiary changes, in fact work things on their own. We have incorporated EDI files for our insurance and 40k carriers saving time and money and mistake proofing the data. It has lessened the workload by half of a people in the department. It has also allowed us to go paperless which is the new age of technology. Their customer service and services are top notch. They have a very good implementation and testing team and also have a wonderful day to day representative, She is always available to answer questions and walk us through any issues we may be having during operation."
