**What do you like best about Cleary?**

Cleary is an incredibly helpful tool for employees and admins. We're able to streamline our onboarding process, communications, and SOPs all in one place for our workforce and they continue to add additional features that will continue to improve the experience. The team at Cleary is also extremely helpful and responsive which makes it easy for us to adapt to any changes within the platform.

**What do you dislike about Cleary?**

In general, the benefits of Cleary far outweigh any negatives! The only tough part is when there are bugs that we didn't know about but when they're identified they fix them quickly.

**What problems is Cleary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Cleary for as many things as we can and continue to try and get more employees and teams to use it to their benefit. As of now, we use it to hold employee resources, run our onboarding through the platform as well as send our company-wide comms. Being able to point employees to one place helps on the admin side and leads to less questions, the onbaording feature has allowed us to have a more granular experience for our employees while saving us time, and the article feature makes sharing news easy.

**What do you like best about Cleary?**

I've now used/implemented Cleary at 3 successive companies. It is by far one of the best platforms to connect employees, drive engagement, share information and deploy consistent, high-quality employee experiences like onboarding, events, and more. 
In addition, the Cleary team is always extremely professional and a pleasure to partner with. I have used this platform at companies ranging from 70 employees to 4600. It scales well. Could not recommend more.

**What do you dislike about Cleary?**

Really nothing. This is a great platform.

**What problems is Cleary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The onboarding functionality is a game changer for sure. This frees up my team to focus on more strategic work while ensuring that incoming employees have the best possible experience. The back end analytics are also stellar.

The Cleary team is tremendously helpful. They are constantly checking in to see how we can utilize Cleary across our organization. The Cleary team continues to improve their product and helps build features that would assist my team in our roles.

Nothing comes to mind! I have enjoyed working with the Cleary team from the start.

**What do you like best about Cleary?**

I personally love the "feed" that pops up on the home page. It's a great way to keep up with the latest and greatest.

**What do you dislike about Cleary?**

I don't think many people understand go/links, so it's less useful for our company but I worked at Uber for years where it was a highly used tool, so I get it!

**What problems is Cleary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have regular meetings and are always looking to hear from employees. The Q&A function is hugely valuable, and it's even better that anyone can host an event and use that functionality.

**What do you like best about Cleary?**

Cleary has a very intuitive UI and custom settings to tailor the view to different users. I also love that Cleary has such a seamless onboarding journey and task function to keep all the communication and to-do's in one place!

**What do you dislike about Cleary?**

It's difficult to change fonts and format an article or a page because the font formatting bar disappears.

**What problems is Cleary solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cleary has helped automate Shippo's first-day onboarding communication, which has saved the People Ops team a ton of time!
