**What do you like best about Trackr?**

I have found its usefulness in tracking order delivery within my Shopify store.  It is rather easy to work with, and installation process is non complicated as well.  I find that my customers can always value timely status updates of their ordered products.

**What do you dislike about Trackr?**

I have constraints while working with some of the small or those regional airlines that I sometime opt for.  They do not interconnect with such carriers and require that the tracking numbers be keyed in manually, which interferes with the perfect tracking system.

**What problems is Trackr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trackr helps to minimize the time spent on searching for order fulfillment by automating this process and leaving no need in manual data input.  This way I am able to find time in other aspects to do with managing my business.
