**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

What I like most about BambooHR is that it centralizes all HR-related information in a simple and intuitive platform. It is very easy to consult documents, manage requests, review personal information, and stay up to date with internal processes without having to rely on multiple tools. Additionally, the interface is clear and allows tasks that would normally be more administrative to be resolved much faster.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

One aspect that BambooHR could improve is the customization of some views and reports. Although the platform is very intuitive, in certain cases it would be useful to have more options to adapt the dashboards or configure specific workflows according to the needs of each team. Additionally, some more advanced settings may require some time to locate within the platform.

BambooHR helps solve the problem of having human resources information and processes scattered in different places. **What do you like best about BambooHR?**

What I like best about BambooHR is how intuitive and easy it is to use for both HR and employees. The UI is clean and straightforward, which makes onboarding, time-off requests, and everyday updates quick and painless without a lot of training. It significantly reduces administrative work because employees can easily self-serve.

I also appreciate the integration capabilities for standard tools, things like payroll, benefits platforms, and accounting systems connect fairly easily and support a streamlined HR tech stack. From a pricing standpoint, it delivers strong ROI for small to mid-sized organizations by automating core processes and improving overall efficiency, even though costs can increase as you add more features.

Lastly, while BambooHR’s AI features are still developing, I like that it incorporates smart automation (reminders, workflows, task tracking) to keep processes moving without constant manual follow-up. It may not be the most advanced platform from an AI or analytics standpoint, but it does a great job simplifying day-to-day HR operations in a way that’s practical and immediately impactful.

It was super easy to set up and they walk you through every step fo the process.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

While BambooHR is very strong on overall usability, there are several day-to-day frustrations that impact efficiency—especially in navigation and workflow continuity.

One of the biggest issues is with the employee list navigation. There’s no “next page” button at the top of the list, so if you have more than 50 employees, you’re forced to scroll all the way down just to move forward. Even more frustrating, when you click to the next page, it keeps you at the bottom instead of resetting you to the top—so you end up scrolling repeatedly just to review records.

There are also some disruptive system behaviors. In the ATS, you can get logged out unexpectedly while actively working, including in the middle of typing, which can result in lost work. Similarly, Microsoft (SSO) login can be inconsistent. After the system logs you out for inactivity (as it should), the MS login option doesn’t work properly unless you refresh the page, which adds unnecessary friction.

Reporting workflows could be much smoother as well. If you’re working within a report, click into an employee profile, and then want to return to your report, there’s no “back to report” option that retains your filters or sorting. You essentially have to rebuild your report each time, which is time-consuming if you’re working through large datasets.

From a broader standpoint, integrations are solid for standard tools but can be limited in flexibility, often requiring middleware or API work for more complex setups. Pricing is very reasonable at the base level but can increase quickly as you add features like payroll, performance management, and time tracking. Lastly, while BambooHR includes helpful automation, its AI and advanced analytics capabilities are still fairly basic and don’t offer much in terms of predictive insights or deeper workforce intelligence.

Overall, it’s a great system for core HR functions, but these usability gaps and limitations become more noticeable as your reliance on the platform grows.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BambooHR has helped us standardize and streamline several HR processes that used to be manual and inconsistent. Offboarding is a great example—what was previously handled through a series of emails and PDF checklists is now centralized, automated, and trackable, with reminders going out to ensure nothing gets missed.

It’s also improved how we manage performance, goals, and 1:1s by keeping everything in one place, giving managers better visibility and structure. The 1:1 calendar is still pretty limited, but the overall framework is a big step up.

The addition of Recognition & Rewards has also been valuable—having recognition tracked and tied to employee records adds visibility into engagement.

Overall, it’s driving consistency, accountability, and efficiency across the employee lifecycle—and it’s clear BambooHR is consistently making improvements to the platform.

The time-off tracking and approval workflow is what stands out most to me. Requests, balances, and manager approvals all sync seamlessly, which has cut down on the constant back-and-forth emails we used to deal with. It's made the whole process feel effortless for both employees and managers.

Reporting customization could be more flexible—building specific custom reports sometimes takes more clicks than expected, and a few export formatting options feel limited. Onboarding took a little longer than anticipated since some of the setup steps weren't immediately obvious, though support was responsive when we had questions. The AI-driven features (like suggested insights) are useful but still feel a bit basic compared to what I'd hoped for.

It's solved a lot of the manual, scattered HR admin we used to deal with—things like tracking time-off requests, managing employee records, and handling approvals across spreadsheets and email chains. Now everything lives in one place, so managers and employees can self-serve for most requests without HR having to be the middleman for every little thing.

The biggest benefit has been time savings—our HR team isn't buried in admin tasks anymore and can focus on more strategic work. It's also improved accuracy, since data isn't being duplicated or re-entered across different systems, and employees have much better visibility into their own information (PTO balances, documents, etc.) without needing to ask.

I appreciate having all my important information available in one place, especially personal details and government IDs. It makes BambooHR feel like a one-stop platform where I can quickly access what I need without having to search through multiple systems.

The Home page is intuitive and well designed. It keeps me informed about important updates, tasks, and deliverables, particularly onboarding requirements, making it easy to stay organized and stay on top of what needs to be completed.

The onboarding experience was straightforward and easy to follow. I liked how each requirement was clearly laid out, and I only needed to mark items as complete after submitting the necessary information. The step-by-step process made it simple to track my progress and ensured that nothing was missed.

The Google integration provides a seamless sign-in experience across both mobile and web, allowing quick and convenient access to the platform without additional steps.

From a performance perspective, the mobile app runs smoothly and reliably. It is responsive, easy to navigate, and doesn't consume excessive device resources, making it a pleasant experience to use on a daily basis.

While pricing is not something I interact with directly in my role, BambooHR appears to provide strong value by centralizing employee information, onboarding, document management, and self-service capabilities into a single platform. Having everything in one place likely improves efficiency for both employees and HR teams.

I haven't had much direct interaction with BambooHR's AI-powered features, but I appreciate the platform's focus on automation and innovation. Smart tools that help reduce manual work, streamline processes, and improve efficiency can provide meaningful value and contribute to a better overall user experience.

BambooHR makes managing our people much more streamlined by keeping employee profiles, onboarding, and time tracking all in one place. Instead of bouncing between disconnected spreadsheets or clunky systems to manage permissions and track payroll hours, everything is organized where it actually makes sense for day-to-day operations. It’s intuitive enough that adding new team members or updating records doesn’t come with a steep learning curve, which genuinely saves us a lot of administrative headaches.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

It can be a bit challenging to scale or adjust workflows, since changing user access levels or updating custom fields isn’t always a smooth process. The reporting tools can also feel somewhat rigid when you need to pull specific, granular data quickly, which can mean spending extra time wrestling with filters just to get the exact layout you’re looking for.

We used to deal with constant administrative headaches because we were bouncing between Paychex and an HR support setup that just wasn’t cutting it. Basic tasks like onboarding, tracking payroll hours, and managing user permissions across different teams felt unnecessarily complicated. Moving everything into BambooHR has finally given us one clean, centralized interface to bring our three companies together under a single system. That single source of truth makes day-to-day operations much more straightforward, helps us stay organized, and supports us as we continue to scale.

It provides a comprehensive view of the entire organization, along with space for personal documentation. I also really like that, for the most part, I’m able to update my own information myself. The integration of company-wide announcements and birthdays is a nice touch as well. Onboarding through the organization I work with was seamless, and it was very easy to get used to.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

A quick overview page with widgets would be really helpful. That said, as of now, there isn’t anything I dislike about Bamboo.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve needed to use Bamboo on multiple occasions to access my paystubs, and it’s been incredibly effortless to find and download them. I used to struggle with keeping all of my paystubs in one place, or I’d have to reach out directly to HR to get them. Now, it’s been great being able to access everything independently whenever I need it.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

On a daily basis, I do not use it. I use it about once a week, and when I do use it, the features that I need are all in one place. The tools I use are training, payroll, staff reviews, time off request, goals, benefits, additional onboarding files, community posts, and city celebrations.  I would like to mention how speedy and reliable it is for my team and me! There has never been a time when I have needed to get access and could not. Our past software has not allowed for this to happen and would constantly not provide bandwidth for our city and other cities, so having Bamboo is a refreshing tool.  There is a tool called Ask BambooHR and we have integrated that into out system. The AI tool is helpful and our staff has access to: Your Profile & Org Chart – Look up employee information, reporting structures, departments, and divisions
Time Off – Check your current time off balances, view projected future balances, see who's out of the office, and review your scheduled time off
Benefits – View your current benefit enrollments and upcoming benefit changes
Company Holidays – Look up company holidays for any given year
Company Policies – Answer questions about company policies, such as FMLA, EAP, tuition assistance, equipment usage, and more
BambooHR Navigation – Help you find your way around the BambooHR portal and answer how-to questions

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

There is now an "advertisement" about Clair, it seems super predatory, and I can't believe this is allowed. I actually think this is the one thing that BambooHr should NEVER do. its cheat looking and it makes it seem very unprofessinal. It leaves the worst taste in my mouth, even seeing it every time I sign in. There are people who cannot afford items and live paycheck to paycheck; however, having a city use software that teams up with a tool like this is trashy.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving communication very efficiently across the city. I love this tool! If there is a "announcement" its really easy to set up , and post for the dedicated teams and groups in our city that we need to communicate with. I use the training tool for each department, and the different departments all have separate training.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

I like the small touches like the confetti that goes over updates for birthdays and anniversaries. I like how easy it is to book time off, and track you annual leave across the year. If we didn't have Bamboo HR it would take a lot of work for me to track my allowance, I could easily loose track as well. I like that when I submit  my feedback for my quarterly performancethat it doesn't show my manager straight away and vice versa. It can be difficult to have honest conversations if we have time to prep / rehearse versus speaking off the cuff and in the moment. It loads quickly. It was easy to get setup on when I first joined which helped my onboarding run smoothly. I have not used any AI or integrations, i'm not sure I would find them useful or they would add to what I already use it for. I'm happy with my paycheck being on xero, it feels more secure so I don't think i would want an integration with bamboohr for that.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

I don't use all of the areas, performance is only used for quarterlies and not monthly 121s. It can be less customisable for more day to day conversations between me and my manager. I don't like the idea of AI in sensitive / hr topics.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

BambooHR gives me strong visibility into my team and the organization as a whole. I can quickly see who's on vacation, track upcoming work anniversaries, and understand the company structure at a glance. That makes planning around availability much easier and helps me stay connected to my colleagues.
The workflows are a real strength. They keep our processes organized and consistent so nothing slips through the cracks, and the centralized information storage keeps everything I need in one reliable place. It's also genuinely easy to use and makes collaborating with teammates simple, with very little learning curve.
I also appreciate the wide range of integrations available. Having so many options makes it easier to fit BambooHR into our existing toolset.
Performance is generally fine, but we do run into occasional problems that interrupt the experience. Support is another mixed point: the team responds quickly, which I appreciate, but they haven't always been able to actually resolve the issues we bring to them.
I'm not in a position to speak to pricing or overall value for money, since that side of the account isn't visible to me in my day-to-day role. I'd encourage anyone evaluating BambooHR to request a detailed quote and confirm exactly what's included in each tier, since my view of the platform is purely from a hands-on user perspective rather than a budget or procurement one.
I also haven't used any of BambooHR's AI features yet, so I can't speak to how well they perform or how much value they add. This is an area I'm interested in exploring, but for now I have no first-hand experience to share, and I'd rather be upfront about that than overstate what I know.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

The most frustrating thing for me is how the chain of approvers works. Some requests need sign-off from multiple people — for example, a vacation request that requires approval from two managers. The problem is the follow-through: the first manager approves, but the second one forgets, and the request just stalls. Reminders go out to both approvers instead of only the person who still needs to act, which adds noise and makes it easy to ignore them. When we've raised this with support, they haven't been able to help, so we're left managing the gaps manually.
Design and UI issues are another sore point, and they bother me more than they might in other tools. BambooHR is fundamentally a product about visualizing a company's information — org structure, time off, people data — so the interface is the product in a very real sense. When there are flaws or rough edges in the UI/UX, it undercuts the whole value proposition. For a platform built around clear presentation of information, the experience needs to be polished and flow-free, and that bar isn't always met.
Beyond that, performance is generally fine but not flawless. We hit occasional slowdowns or hiccups that interrupt the workflow at inconvenient moments — not constantly, but often enough to notice. Support is a mixed experience too: the team responds quickly, which I appreciate, but fast replies haven't always led to actual fixes. I'd rather have a slightly slower response that resolves the issue than a quick one that leaves it open.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BambooHR solves the day-to-day challenge of managing team time off and key dates in one place. Instead of tracking vacations through scattered spreadsheets or informal messages, I have a single source of truth for who's away, when, and for how long. That makes it much easier to plan around availability, avoid scheduling conflicts, and make sure the team always has adequate coverage.
It also helps with keeping track of important dates — things like work anniversaries and other milestones — so they don't slip past unnoticed. On top of that, the allocation statistics and reporting give me visibility into how time and resources are distributed across the team, which supports better planning and more informed decisions.
The main benefit is time saved and reduced friction. Information that used to be hard to pull together is now centralized and easy to access, which keeps the team aligned and lets me spend less time chasing details and more time acting on them.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

Its dashboard is clean, well-organized, and easy to understand. Expanding the widgets on the dashboard is a great feature too. Search capabilities are top notch, I am able to find whatever I need to check.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

Sometimes the website feels a bit slow, and I don’t think it’s due to my internet connection. Also, the timeline page with information about who’s on leave or whose birthday is coming up can be a little complicated to understand, especially when you’re working at a larger company (around 400–500 headcount and up). I can’t really speak to the pricing, but the onboarding was easy, and the support for my tickets was really fast. The AI integrations are great too—I really like using Ask AI.

I also think that the application integrations and other parts to add links are really great. I think that the app is useful with other apps and on par with the competitors. 

Also, pricing for the app seems really great because of the usefulness to the HR part of the company.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BambooHR solves the problem of slow and inefficient communication between HR, managers, and employees. By keeping employee information, requests, approvals, and HR updates in one centralized platform, it reduces the need for repeated emails and manual follow-ups. This benefits me by saving time, making communication clearer, improving transparency, and helping employees and managers handle HR processes more efficiently.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

I like having the vacation days tracker and being able to use the calculator to determine how many days off I will have accrued and used by the end of the year or other time. It is also helpful to have a calendar with my team's time off, I don't have to check in with everyone I can just look at the calendar and request time off.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

Each time I have to log in I need to do through 2-factor authentication, I would prefer to have the option to select my current device as safe.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BambooHR gives me the ability to track the teams within my organization, this make it helpful for me to see who I need to contact within each team. I am use the app to request time off and track my vacations, making the coordination with my team and manager seamless.

I like the option to request time off directly in the program. It's also extremely helpful to access all of my information including the time that I began working at my current employer. Another thing that I like is that I can see all of my coworkers in the program.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

It was difficult for me to understand why our company needed to change HR/payroll systems. However, once I was okay with the change by seeing the website in it's functionality, I began to enjoy it.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BambooHR is allowing employees to request time off directly within the app. Our supervisors are able to approve or deny right in the app as well which is helpful to know if our time-off has been approved. As someone who does not process payroll, I'm not familiar with the functionality of that side of the app. It is helpful to access my payroll stubs as well as tax information directly in the app.

I like that the performance and job details stays with my profile and I have easy access to my information, salary and time off amount. I think the flow to add the time isn't the best as is a little confusing that it won't show a time-off day unless the manager has approved. I don't know much about integrations but I find it weird we have both bamboo and ADP and they're not integrated between them. I thought the onboarding could be smoothier, at the beggning it was a bit confusing to find what we need and figure it out how it worked. I haven't find the need to use any AI feature so I'm not sure what to add about the reports/intelligence offered. neither the pricing as I'm not admin.

I feel that the flow to request time off could be improved. I'm always unsure with my request will appear on my timesheet as I don't see anything until my manager have approved.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

Bamboo HR is a great platform when it’s used well. When I started working at H+L (my current employer, a marketing agency), the onboarding process was seamless. It was great to see visual feedback in the platform as I completed each stage. I also really appreciated that it let me save feedback as it came up and manage PTO. Integrations such as calendar updates are very useful when asking for PTO. AI-Generated Peer Groups also helped me in my early stages to get to see a bigger picture of who I was working with and who I have to look for. Regardless of containing a lot of documents and features, the platform has always run smoothly with no lag. I'm quite sure that Bamboo is more than an expense, is a investment for any company.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

I do appreciate the design, but I feel it would be helpful to have a way of personalizing the panels and improving the calendar integration to add PTO as well as holidays these will have more impact for me as an employee on organizing my time, kind of being authomatic almost. I'd also like to have more control or visibility over the new positions open that I can recomend someone to, this will be impacfull not only for me as an employe but also to the company that can have easy access to such crutial iformation when hiring.

Before Bamboo, it was hard for me to see how many days off I had, because companies vary their policies, but being able to see even if I'm on a negative, it has helped me a lot in planning for the future, apart from my work life. Also getting to see new hires and their favorite things and knowing my pees birthday is very impactful on my day-to-day relationship builder, I consider myself a very social person who likes to stablish a great bond with hoever i get to know and things like these support these skills.

I use BambooHR for approving timecards, tracking employees' time off and pay, doing one-on-ones, and storing employee info. I like that everything is in one easy-to-find place, unlike before, when things were scattered in different Excel documents. It's slick, easy to use, and intuitive to find things. I appreciate the ability to do one-on-ones and track performance. It's easy to look at ones I've done before and write up notes during the session to review later. I also get reminders sent when it's time to schedule these, which is very handy. It's great that we can create our own specific questions, so everything isn't generic. I like it as is, without needing any changes.

It’s essentially replaced a mix of spreadsheets and disconnected tools we were using before.

I really like that we can keep everything HR-related organized and in one place. The company calendar is helpful for seeing who will be out of the office. The hiring feature also keeps us organized, and the automated emails help us stay in touch with qualified candidates. I’m able to view compensation history as well as continuing education history for our employees, which makes it easier to keep records up to date.

Sometimes the Time Off section is hard to follow, although that may just be due to how we have it set up.

We weren’t very strong at hiring and onboarding before, but BambooHR has made it much easier to ensure we have all the right paperwork in place before a new hire starts. Having new employees complete their paperwork digitally has been a real time-saver for us and helps the whole process feel more organized.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

I like BambooHR's very open and aesthetically pleasing interface. I like the way that it allows me to focus on items that are important, while also giving important information to me such as who is currently not in the office today and introducing new employees. It allows HR to post important notices and links to important issues. I also really enjoy the leave accrual calculator, which many other similar products are missing. When I first used it, the onboarding process was very streamlined and efficient, as well.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

The main use of BambooHR for the end user is using it for leave, so the other advantages of it (information about other employees, and the directory) are useful, but there is some overlap with information you might receive from other channels (such as Teams or the like). I would probably enjoy more integrations to allow BambooHR to be a more central repository of information rather than a bunch of individual minor services. Otherwise, I have no major issues with the product.

BambooHR is a valuable tool for helping onboard employees and provide them the ability to learn about each other, discover attendence availability, and easily log in one's one leave (while knowing exactly how much you will have at any given time in the future) in a streamlined and easy-to-use interface.

The core database is relatively stable for storing information once it’s actually in the system. The interface is basic but functional if you just need a simple digital filing cabinet for candidate records. The API integrations aren’t bad, and the day-off and vacation approval functions are useful as well.

The platform feels outdated because it completely lacks modern AI features for screening, matching, or summarizing profiles. The biggest dealbreaker for us is the sourcing process: there’s no native integration, proper extension, or parsing tool to pull candidate data directly from LinkedIn. When our team finds a great candidate on LinkedIn, every single piece of their information has to be copy-pasted and entered into the database manually. That’s a massive waste of time and it seriously hurts our hiring efficiency.

Right now, it only meets the basic need of having a centralized candidate database, but it also creates new problems because there’s so little automation. What I like most is how everything I need is visible the moment I log in. I usually just check the dashboard to see who's out, any pending time-off requests, and general team updates. It saves me from asking around or checking multiple tools. It feels simple, but it actually makes daily HR-related checks much smoother.

At times, I feel like I have to click around more than expected to find certain details. The dashboard is clean, but not everything is directly accessible from there. Also, I wish there were a bit more flexibility in customizing what shows up on the main screen.

Easy to navigate, simple interface. I've never been unable to find something I'm looking for. I most often use the "time off" tab, and view the org chart. I have no complaints with either of those features.

The only thing that I find difficult is accessing the company calendar. Right now I have to navigate to "Who's Out" and then click on a small button at the bottom that says "Full Calendar." I check the calendar not just for seeing who's out but also to find company holidays. I wish there was a more intuitive way to access it.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Both companies I've worked for have used BambooHR. I was actually glad to see my current company uses Bamboo when I joined! However, I can't say what I used to struggle with since I have never had to use another HR software. I also have to use Insperity to access my benefits, and I don't like Insperity as much as Bamboo. The UI feels more cluttered. They also make me change my password once a year, which I don't like.

Coming from multiple prior organizations that used Workday, I never feel lost in BambooHR or unsure about where to go or what to click. Everything I need is right in front of me when I log in; it isn’t cluttered or overwhelming, and it feels snappy to use. I can get everything done in seconds to minutes.

BambooHR needs theme support so I can set up a dark mode for my view. I find the default theme too bright for my eyes, and being able to choose between a couple of different colour palettes would be lovely. As an employee, I love how the dashboard shows my annual leave, so I can easily keep track of how many days off I have available. I also like that it lets me submit a leave request for my manager to approve. I don’t have to chase my leader to check the status or ask for approval, because Bamboo HR notifies the relevant stakeholders.

Our HR department has integrated courses on Udemy, so I can click the link directly and see which courses are available for me to complete. I can also see that many files are stored there, and I can find what I need quickly in one place without having to ask anyone else. When I need it, I feel I can trust Bamboo to handle the workload smoothly.

I was onboarded through Bamboo, and it gave me very clear instructions on what to do first and what to do next. That really impressed me and showed how professional the company is. When I uploaded the required files, everything worked reliably and was genuinely helpful.

I think AI chat box not really helpful at the moment because I prompted some simple prompts but it didnt respond. Most of the time is "I'm sorry, I couldn't find specific guidance on how to view other employees in BambooHR." or similar to this.

The timesheet view is the thing I actually open every day. I can see my weekly hours in one shot, which matters because I'm part time and I'm watching my total for benefits stuff. Clocking in from my phone takes about 5 seconds. Time off requests don't need follow up, I submit and it routes to my manager on its own. The interface is clean, nothing buried five menus deep. Sounds basic but most HR tools I've touched feel like filing taxes.

Honestly my main gripe is the home dashboard feels a little empty for what I actually need day to day. i want my hours this week front and center, not three clicks in. Holiday accrual rules and pay date stuff aren't surfaced anywhere I can find, so I end up asking HR questions that the tool could probably just show me. The mobile app is fine for clocking in but slower to load than it should be, maybe 4 or 5 seconds before I can tap anything. Would also be nice if the integrations panel was easier to find without hunting through settings.

Before this I was tracking my hours in a notes app and hoping I remembered to write things down at the end of the day. The time off request feature is super simple to use. I love the "job" tab that marks pertinent info like raise bumps for record keeping. The org chart is helpful, as well as knowing who is out of office. Quick document signatures, easily accessible newsletters in one location, job descriptions in one location, bday notices are a nice addition, as well as notices of new hires starting.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

Maybe this is a feature request, but the "calculate balance" button in the time off request section I thought it would help calculate where your PTO is projected to be at by a certain date in the future at the current rate you have given the dates you already have locked in for time off to help you determine if you would have enough PTO by that date to cover a day off. Also, independent contractors are not listed in bamboo--I don't know if this is a company practice by not including them, but it would be helpful to know if they are still employed with us before I try to reach out to them.

Clarification with org chart easily accessible on who to report certain issues about. Easily accessible time off information to refer to and easy to submit requests. E-signatures for company-wide documents needed like acknowledgment of policies yearly. And again, tracking of raises and job title changes is SO nice to keep for my records.

navigating the direct report's employee page is not always intuitive.  I have a hard time finding the information I am looking for frequently.  I also dislike having so many tools to manage direct reports (more of an issue with my org's use of BambooHR, than the software itself).

It seems to lack some of the integrations, especially I didn't notice any way to connect the calendar to a google calendar. I know there is a connection to work account, but having a way to sync personal account would be helpful as well

It is relatively easy to see the company structure, discover different people working in the organization and get support from different people. Personally I found the onboarding part to be relatively informal and less direct. I also like it's time off request feature.
