It is a user-friendly platform to work with. The interface is simple, so day‑to‑day tasks don’t feel like a chore. Getting the system up and running was surprisingly easier than expected. At our company we use it for everything from onboarding to annual leave approvals. So it is definitely one of our most used work tools. It has a lot of features without, so most of what HR needs is already built in. It has a good UI making it easy to navigate. I like the way it integrates the docusign feature, any contractual agreements between employer and employee can be signed. I like that it gives email reminders on when I should update my goals, prompts me to complete any tasks before deadlines. I can easily implement and create my goals, which can be reviewed by my manager easily. I use bamboo almost every week and had no issues with bugs. The automatic "log off" that requires to click on the SSO every 5-10min o so. Sometimes, the session expires but the "log back" form is not displayed; this causes you to click on the "clock out" button and getting a failure. The user interface is incredibly intuitive and clean. It makes the onboarding process for new employees seamless and professional. I really like the UI of BambooHR. It's clean, crisp, and super easy to navigate. You don't need any training to get on and use it, which is great because with a system like HR, you're not in there every single day. It's important that I can just jump on it from the get-go and use the system to its full potential. I am an employee and use BambooHR primarily for PTO submission and tracking, keeping track of benefits, and company documents. It is a fairly flawless PTO tracking and submission system. I like that I can access it securely from both a computer and mobile app. Unlike our previous system, which was clunky and difficult to access, having the ability to use BambooHR while at work on my computer or at home on my app for quick access to payroll, PTO, etc. makes it easier to have the information I need readily available. We have some documents that need links attached to them, such as YouTube or Google Drive. We often have to have people download documents and then get links rather than a simple 'click here' for what's associated with the doc, which has caused confusion for some employees. I've been using BambooHR for about eight years and find it extremely comfortable. It's very user-friendly and intuitive. I really appreciate how easy it is to access my calendar and request time off for sick time, vacation, and see who else in my department is off. This makes it the most useful aspect for me. I feel like we don't use all functionality within BambooHR. If there was a way to integrate my paystubs within BambooHR so that we don't have multiple different sources, I find that would be really helpful. Also, any training that we have to do requires going into two separate systems. BambooHR is very efficient for a small size company and offers good analytical dashboards for reports, which I find valuable. It helps me seamlessly record employee details and payroll data. Additionally, it is amazing for any company having less than 200 employees. It has helped automate workflows related to client onboarding, track the churn rate of employees, which is to be sent to leaders, and reduce data redundancy.
