I really appreciate its automated payroll (including ease of payment import files) and compliance features—they save a lot of time and reduce errors. The employee self-service portal is another highlight, making it easy for my staff to access their own information without needing Payroll or HR's support. I also find the custom reporting tools very useful for gaining insights into workforce trends or for quick for research, analytics and adjustments are easy through the employee data imports. We've also been able to streamline our employee's access to our benefits site with links on our home page as well as simplify capturing our accrual time and labor recording through use of Enhanced Time. **What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?** That said, I do think the interface could use a refresh or a video walkthrough for general employees—it feels a bit outdated and isn’t always intuitive, especially for new users. **What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the most valuable add-on services we've used with ADP Workforce Now is the Wage Garnishment management. It has significantly reduced our administrative burden by handling garnishments across six states, ensuring our employees remain compliant without requiring manual oversight from our team. This service has helped us stay aligned with state-specific regulations while freeing up internal resources for other strategic tasks. ### 30. There a some features that are lacking in the system that seem like obvious things to offer in a payroll system, that I've seen with other systems that ADP does not offer. **What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?** The way we use ADP feels very rudimentary. Our organization is very unique which means we have to do a lot of things manually based on the way we pay employees so our payroll process is quite long.
