**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

What I like best about ADP Workforce Now is how it brings everything into one place. Payroll, attendance, HR, benefits, and employee management are all connected, which makes daily work much easier and more organized. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and saves a lot of time by automating repetitive tasks. I also like the reporting features because they help track employee data and business metrics quickly without needing extra tools.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

One thing I dislike about ADP Workforce Now is that some parts of the system can feel a bit complicated, especially for new users. Certain features take time to learn, and navigating between different sections is not always very smooth. The reporting customization can also be limited at times, and customer support response times may vary depending on the issue. Overall, it’s a strong platform, but there’s definitely room for improvement in usability and faster support.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP Workforce Now helps solve the challenge of managing multiple HR and payroll tasks across different systems. It keeps payroll, attendance, employee records, benefits, and scheduling all in one platform, which reduces manual work and minimizes errors. This has helped save time, improve accuracy, and make day-to-day operations much more efficient. It also gives better visibility into workforce data through reporting and analytics, which helps with quicker decision-making and overall team management.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I love how the New Hire process is a smooth process. The Wizard is so easy to use. The Termination Wizard is also a great tool. I really like how you can adjust their final pay right then and there instead of having to do it in the paydata batch when processing payroll. This makes things easier. We've had situations where we pay out employees their unused, earned vacation time and entering this during the Termination process makes it so much easier on us. Customer service is always friendly, very helpful & knowledgeable of their product. I love to use the Bridge. I think this is a really cool feature that I use a lot. The chat feature on the Benefits side is very helpful. Running payroll is a smooth process. I love how the Payroll Reports are available immediately. ADP offers Benefit Enrollment which we used for the 1st time this year. We used to handle Garnishments manually and would sometime create problems or checks were lost or never received or posted to the wrong account. Now, garnishments are taken care of for us by ADP. Love that! We just transitioned from a 3rd party for our 401k into ADP & we love it. We recently changed core systems. The transition was seamless with ADP. We recently had employees acknowledge a couple of policys through ADP. It was a very smooth process and they were able to acknowledge through their mobile App as well.

Update: We used the configuration on the Home Page and we can now have Employees clock IN & OUT right away. We have also added retirement to the Home Page as well as time off balances with the ability to request time off, and other helpful links.

Update 5.8.25: We just stared using Onboarding and Recruitment in ADP and I must say I love it so far. It makes the hiring process so much easier and the set up of the new employee is already in there. We are loving this feature so far. Employee sets up their direct deposit, uploads their documents and acknowledges policies right from the start.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

ADP does not offer Expense Reimbursements. We use currently use Concur, in which works with ADP, but it would be nice if ADP was like a one stop shop for us.
ADP needs to have some type of security measure when fraud occurs. We recently had a New employee who has been experiencing Identity Fraud since 2007. When she logs into ADP, she can view a W-2 that does not belong to her. The W-2 is of the "other" employee using the same name and social. When I contacted ADP regarding this issue, I was told there was nothing they could do. This concerns me that the "other" employee can see personal information and W-2 of our employee. Unfortunately,  the system thinks it's the same person holding two jobs in two different states. Hopefully ADP will work on something to fix these types of issues.

**Recommendations to others considering ADP Workforce Now:**

If you like having issues with payroll, like doing things manually, enjoy headaches and bad customer service....please DON'T sign up with ADP because they are everything BUT that. :)

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For some time I had issues with the Appointment feature link always being expired, but recently have noticed that it works now. Navigating was a little challenging at first, but once you use it more and more and basically explore with it, it gets easier. I still get a little lost sometimes, but sometimes that's a good way to learn. Another thing they offer is the Learning bytes which are guides and tips to follow with any questions you may have on a particular task you are trying to complete. This is a feature I forget they have, but that falls on me. When I do use them, they are really helpful.

ADP payroll is a one-stop shop for everything from HR to compliance if you want that in your payroll company. They have multiple packages, and the staff is knowledgeable in what to do to keep you up to date in your state. The system itself is easy to manage, with an intuitive flow on how to set things up and utilize the product.  Running payroll is simple with ADP.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Because they are a multifaceted payroll company, there is a ton of upselling that happens. I have asked to be put on a do-not-call list many times, and they still continue to try to sell me things that for my small organzation, I do not need.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had some issues with my previous company not being able to run payroll correctly for an employee who works in both PA and NY. ADP was able to eventually work out a solution that has the employee and us in compliance with all their taxes.

I like the ease of use of ADP Workforce Now. It's very clear and precise using the bridge. It's also very easy to use and is good for questions and answers, helping others. The initial setup was fairly easy for the most part, and though there were some bumps, we got through those and are now humming right along with it. I find that it provides me clear reports and easy-to-use reports. Also, the time and attendance feature for a certain group of employees is really easy to use and easy to set up.

At first it was hard to follow. Lots of information to digest all at once.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I use ADP Workforce Now to process my payroll and our HR needs. I love my account team, Shannon Radloff and Jeanette Messer, because when I have an issue, they are always right there to help guide me. The new chat feature is pretty awesome too. These aspects make me a better user in all areas of ADP, and they've helped me grow and learn. I really can't pinpoint one area—I love ADP. For me, it's a 10; I am an ADP fan.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I dislike the PTO accruals and resets process. Right now, I have to manually reset a terminated employee's PTO balance after we process and pay out. I would also like a better understanding of the permissions setup process.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I like ADP Workforce Now because the mobile app and the desktop app work together, allowing me to access information on my mobile. I appreciate that I can approve time off requests, see my pay, and download documents on my mobile device. It's versatile and solves the problem of having to go to multiple places to get things done. I find the software easy to use and navigate, especially with categories that help me know exactly which department I'm dealing with. Approving time off requests is a breeze with just a click of a button. The setup was simple and easy too, just click a link, input personal information, and it's good to go.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

The only thing is the mobile experience. I can't submit a time offer through the mobile, which would be nice to be able to do. So I have to do that from the desktop version, but that's about it. Other than that, it works pretty good.

I use ADP Workforce Now to manage my team, payroll, hours, and time off requests. It integrates mobile and desktop app access, letting me approve requests and download documents on the go. It solves the problem of having to visit multiple places to complete tasks.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I find ADP Workforce Now easy to use and easy to figure out, even if you are new to it. I appreciate the SmartCompliance feature because it allows me to set up a new state quickly, walking me through step by step, which is much more convenient than trying to locate all the information on state websites. It really enhances my experience by enabling us to pay and file payroll taxes on time, allowing us to 'set it and forget it.' It's also efficient and quick in processing payroll.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

So much requires the HR module (which we don't have) - and it's a bummer that we cannot do some simple reporting stuff without it, unless we get creative.

**What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?**

I use ADP Workforce Now to manage employee onboarding, document handling, attendance tracking, leave approvals, and daily reporting. It has significantly improved my efficiency, especially when preparing salary sheets, because it provides accurate, real-time data on employees’ in-and-out timings along with their names and employee codes. I also really like the daily reports feature, which helps me track missed punches and address any issues promptly. Customer support is another major strength: we have a dedicated point of contact, and the regular demos make it easier to understand the system and use it more effectively. Overall, moving from our previous platform to ADP Workforce Now has been a positive change.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I only have one concern with ADP Workforce Now: it doesn’t offer an app-based punching option or a selected-area punching feature. Some of my employees work in co-working spaces within about 300 m of our location, so they have to come to the center first just to punch in, and then go back to their workspace.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ADP Workforce Now to manage onboarding, documents, attendance, leaves, and reports, which has improved my efficiency—especially when preparing salary sheets using real-time data. It also helps me identify missed punches, and the customer support has been excellent.

Given ADP is a large and well-known provider of workforce/payroll solutions, it was good to know that many other peer organizations use the same platform and thus the skill/knowledge of it is transferable across other job settings. The mobile app for time management was also fairly well received.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

On the backend, our finance and operations teams had issues dealing with customer service issues when troubleshooting, given how large ADP is. The user interface on the user end was also sometimes outdated and difficult to manage when there was a website flaw (particularly load times).

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It served as the primary payroll and time management software for our organization, which has many international offices. Given ADP’s reach and scale, it was especially helpful for managing these tools across multiple teams in different locations.

The ADP Workforce Now Chat feature is beyond the best feature. They have helped me countless times assisting me to process payroll consistently and on time. It has many options for integrations allowing multiple ways of time keeping to be imported.

I dislike the reporting and the way it offers it customization. Extremely hard to understand the set up of the interface and feels difficult to manage on my own. The reps have helped me many times and the reporting has turned out perfect.

The chat feature is always impressive and my ability to see if employee checks have been cashed or remain outstanding. It is such a help to be able to log into one place instead of your payroll system and bank - it is extremely reliable.

I use ADP Workforce Now to process payroll, PTO tracking, and payroll reports. I appreciate being able to keep track of all things payroll related in one place. The electronic time cards and the ability for employees to submit their time off requests through the portal save us a lot of time. I also use the chat feature a lot when I have questions, as it is convenient and the representatives are always very helpful.

I wish there was a way to send reminders to employees to complete their timecards thru the portal.

ADP Workforce Now makes managing employees feel more organized and less stressful. The dashboard is also pretty user-friendly and simple to use, and once you get familiar with it, everyday tasks become much faster.

Since it has so many features and menus, it can sometimes take a while to figure out where everything is.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has resolved many of my day-to-day issues with managing employees, payroll, and HR tasks. Previously, handling payroll, tracking employee hours, and keeping records up to date often meant switching between multiple systems or doing things manually, which wasted time and increased the chances of errors. With ADP Workforce Now, everything is centralized in one platform, making payroll processing more accurate, simplifying time tracking, and giving employees easy access to their own information.

It’s an HRIS platform that brings together all the core HR functions in one place, including payroll, benefits, time tracking, recruitment, performance management, onboarding, and more.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I feel like, with any HRIS, there are some cons. For starters, I think they need to improve the onboarding section. When creating templates, you can’t arrange the forms in the order of view/read, sign, view/read, sign. Instead, it only lets you add all the view/read forms first, and then add all the forms that require a signature at the very end.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it’s always finding ways to improve. One problem they’re helping us solve is the performance management aspect. Before migrating our performance management to ADP, we had managers complete a physical form.

I really like the payroll automation feature of ADP Workforce Now. Before, handling payroll was extremely stressful and time-consuming, involving manually entering hours, calculating pay rates for different staff, and constantly checking for errors. I really like ADP Workforce Now because our employees find it very easy to use. When our employees are happy with the platform, it simplifies our jobs in HR. We're not bogged down with small tasks like printing pay stubs, looking up W-2s, and manually entering PTO. ADP Workforce Now streamlines these tasks for our end users, who are essentially our customers, making it easier on the HR department. A major draw for us is the single sign-on platform; since we use ADP Workforce Now as our full HRIS system, it allows us to manage the full life cycle of an employee using just one username and password. Everything our team needs, from applying for jobs on our website to offboarding, is accessible within one platform. This replaces the need for multiple platforms and eliminates duplicate data entry.

If I could choose one thing that could be better, it is the customer service. There’s a dance that you have to play when you have a problem because the company is so large. There's so many different people. I believe it would be better if we had more access to our account manager. It's very hard to reach her. So when we can't get her on the phone or via email, it's not a fast process. And when we do discover that we can't get in touch with her, there are so many different people that we have to go through to solve a small problem.

ADP Workforce Now is very user friendly.  It is able to break down your companies needs down to the job and/or employee.  We have multiple connections/APIs set up with ADP which eliminates a lot of manual work. The tech team at ADP is very responsive and knowledgeable.  We currently have 2 databases set up with ADP Workforce Now that I am in constantly daily. Working with the Garnishment Team, Wisely Team is always very helpful. Working on set up for new policies is very user friendly and working with the ADP team is very helpful.

What I like best about ADP Workforce Now is the easy navigation between Time & Attendance and payroll processing. Their customer service is also much better than UKG’s in my experience.

I have been using ADP Workforce Now since 2016, and even the implementation and setup process was much smoother and easier to manage from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

One thing I dislike about ADP Workforce Now is that it does not automatically calculate hourly rate changes when an employee receives a raise in the middle of a pay period. This requires manual adjustments between effective dates during payroll processing.

I also wish the reporting feature was more flexible, similar to UKG, where reports can easily be customized by adding or removing headers and fields as needed.

Another improvement would be the ability for practitioners to open a separate employee or manager view window so we can see exactly what employees and managers see while still working in another window at the same time, similar to UKG’s functionality.

Other than those items, there is not much I dislike about ADP Workforce Now.

What I like best about ADP Workforce Now is that it keeps so many moving pieces together in one place. Payroll, timecards, onboarding, benefits, reporting, employee self-service — it all connects well and saves a lot of manual work once things are set up correctly.

I also really appreciate the flexibility. There are definitely times where it takes digging and problem solving to figure things out, but I actually enjoy that side of it. The reporting and setup options allow us to tailor things to fit our organization instead of forcing everything into a one-size-fits-all process.

From the employee side, self-service has been a huge improvement because staff can access their paystubs, tax forms, timecards, and requests themselves instead of needing to contact payroll for every little thing.

I also really enjoyed the ADP Pro Summit because it was nice to connect with other people who work in payroll/HR and learn new ways to use the system more effectively in real-life situations.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

What I dislike most about ADP Workforce Now is that some very basic payroll and accounting functions still do not work as smoothly as they should. Sometimes it feels like the focus is more on adding future-facing features and flashy enhancements instead of fixing practical day-to-day functionality that payroll teams rely on.

For example, the inability to directly tie timecard batches to wage changes makes hourly wage splits much more manual than they should be. That creates unnecessary extra calculations and review time during payroll processing. Another major frustration is that imputed income does not allocate based on distribution splits, which causes GL allocations to be slightly off for employees with splits unless adjustments are made manually.

In my opinion, core payroll and accounting accuracy should always come first. The system has a lot of power and potential, but getting the foundational functionality fully streamlined would make a huge difference for the people using it every day.

I also think the customer service experience can vary quite a bit depending on who you reach. Sometimes we connect with someone incredibly knowledgeable who understands the issue right away and is very helpful. Other times it feels like there is a major disconnect in communication, especially when dealing with more complex payroll or configuration questions, which can make problem resolution frustrating and time consuming.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP Workforce Now helps us keep payroll, HR, timekeeping, onboarding, benefits, and employee self-service all connected in one system instead of trying to manage everything across multiple platforms or spreadsheets. That integration saves a significant amount of manual entry, reduces duplicate work, and helps information flow more consistently between departments.

From a payroll perspective, it gives us much better visibility into employee data, timecards, earnings, accruals, and reporting in one place, which makes payroll processing and auditing more efficient. The employee self-service tools have also reduced a lot of routine administrative questions because employees can access their own paystubs, tax forms, balances, and requests without needing payroll or HR to pull everything for them.

The system also gives us flexibility to build rules, reports, and workflows that fit our organization’s needs rather than forcing us into a rigid process. The speakers in the general session and in Payroll Like a Boss were great. Payroll Like a Boss, in particular, really resonated with me. It felt relatable and motivating, and it encouraged me to think about my career and personal growth, as well as my team’s growth.

This was my first time attending, and it felt very overwhelming trying to figure out where to go and what to do. For anyone attending by themselves—especially first-timers—I really think there should be a buddy system or some kind of support to help people connect. So many attendees were already in groups, and it was hard to meet others on my own. The class descriptions could also be clearer; one class I took wasn’t for me, and about five others left too, which made me think the expectations weren’t set well. Also, since there’s a room for Ambassadors, it should be emphasized more that people can go there and what it’s for.

We manage multiple FEINs, multiple company codes, varying PTO policies, union rules, tipped employees, and other complex payroll scenarios, and the system handles them with a high level of accuracy.

The employee self-service features, such as direct deposit updates and W-4 changes, also help reduce administrative work for payroll processors, allowing them to focus more on complex payroll issues and exception handling. In addition, the system offers strong role-based security features that support proper segregation of duties and help strengthen internal controls.

I love how the recruitment to onboarding process is so streamlined with ADP Workforce Now. Everything is managed electronically, and there is good communication with prospective candidates. We've received excellent feedback on how easy this process is. Also, creating events in compensation and performance is very simplified, which alleviates such a workload for us. The reporting is very simplified as well, and if we can't customize ourselves, their custom reporting team is readily available to assist. ADP has a great support team that has guided us through issues and helped us get them resolved.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Benefits enrollment still needs some cosmetic assistance - associates still struggle to comprehend selections without direction from HR. The hierarchy needs to be more customizable - it is very rigid on where benefits are categorized and associates have a difficult time identifying the specific medical plans and determining the differences and which they should select. Even with using comparisons, they still struggle to understand without specific outline.

ADP Workforce Now is continually improving. Things that I suggest or give feedback on, they listen, take action, and test it before rolling it out, so when it does roll out, it works. With the improvements ADP Workforce Now has implemented, especially cloud-based and the AI Assist, I'd give them a ten.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I'd like ADP Workforce Now to have a little bit better integration. There are certain things that only practitioners can do, like creating custom reports for accounting. I can't give them access to run their own reports without giving more access than I'd like, so I'd like it to be a bit more granular. This would allow people to build the exact reports they need without accessing too much information. The initial setup process seemed easy, but we ran into several challenges, especially since we didn't have all the fields and GLs set up, which caused scrambling for information.

ADP allows me to digitize my grant/agreement allocations through the use of timebank once payroll is calculated. It also allows me to calculate the worker's compensation premiums and provides a customized report so i can import this data into Sage Intacct.

We have too few employees who participate in our company's benefits so the benefits set up in ADP only does the minimal participation; there's no bridge between our benefit companies and us so it's a manual process to set up employees on our benefits outside of ADP.

ADP solves our allocation calculations for grants/agreements, taxes and worker's compensation premiums. The pricing also allows us to save money from having to hire a full time HR person.

I am beyond frustrated with this system.  As one of the HR admins for our company we have had little help with getting the system configured to our needs and with tech support when we encounter issues. We were told many times during our implementation that certain things were not possible, but now I am finding a few of those are able to be set up. But we don't have a reliable person to contact to help us, our account rep is only knowledgeable in Payroll and every time I have called for assistance the person on the phone is unable to help because they do not know the system well enough. Using the help feature within the system is little help because of the time it takes for any feedback.  I currently have two items that I submitted on 4/21 that have not been resolved. I actually had to escalate them just to get someone to look at them. We are having to utilize several outside sources to complete tasks that should be done within ADP because of the functionality.  We have to use DocuSign to assign documents for employees to sign because currently if you upload a document and take the time to add the necessary check boxes and fields you can only assign that document to one person. This is a huge problem when we have to assign this one document to 50 people. We cannot use E-verify or background checks because we have people that start working for us that are unable to use a computer due to their disability and I cannot enter the info in the system on their behalf. We need to assign company policies for specific groups of employees to sign but because this is tied to the security profile it would be too much of a hassle to set all the different security profiles. Just adding a new hire is a cumbersome process because so many things do not flow to the new hire profile from the candidate profile including the rate of pay.

I find the recruitment portal in ADP Workforce Now very easy and intuitive to use. It's a simple system without a lot of bells and whistles or tons of customization, yet we've managed to accomplish many things on our own and build out what we need. So far, it's been good. The onboarding process, though newer to us, is going smoothly. The implementation was smooth, and the price is also quite reasonable.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

It's not able to be customized a lot, so there's some things we have to either troubleshoot for or be okay with that it doesn't do. There are certain process steps that we're not able to customize and reconfigure. There also needs to be a way for the recruitment portal to send candidates with resumes directly to hiring managers, which you can't currently do.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ADP Workforce Now as our full applicant tracking system. It links onboarding to other parts of ADP, supporting our recruitment process and ensuring compliance. It replaced our old system, providing a vital role in recruitment and onboarding.

Workforce Now was a solid, well-built platform for my org. Payroll processing is reliable, and the system overall feels stable and mature. It does a good job keeping employee information, payroll, and HR data all in one place, which helps from an administrative standpoint.

The reporting is also pretty strong, and we didn’t have issues with the core functionality - at least on this side of the system. Overall, it feels like a system that can scale with an organization and handle the basics fine.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

While Workforce Now itself works well, our biggest challenges were with Workforce Manager (timekeeping). It was not very user-friendly for our staff, and we ran into ongoing issues with accuracy and reporting—especially since many of our employees work across multiple locations and departments. That made it difficult to reliably track hours and allocate labor costs the way we needed.

We also found the overall experience to be a bit fragmented, with different components not always feeling fully integrated. For a workforce that isn’t highly technical, it created some confusion and frustration.

ADP Workforce Now helped centralize payroll, HR, and employee data into one system, which simplifies administration and reduces the need for multiple tools. We have since reverted to a simpler HRMS but definitely miss some of the features only Workforce now offered in terms of custom fields etc.,

It seems to take a long time for them to research how to resolve the issue which doesn’t seem efficient because it waste a lot of of my time. I think having documented processes on how to do things in your system would be a lot easier. I’ve asked for the learning management system. Documentation and I have been unable to get anything from ourselves person the person that trained us we paid for a service that we don’t know how to use and she showed us some things, but I need documentation to go back to to reference instead of having to call and waste a bunch of time

We can structure our ADP to fit Ontario standards. I can easily set up different types of employee levels, such as full-time, part-time, contractor, full-time contractor, and T4 vs. T4A contractors. That flexibility is really nice.

I also like that it connects easily with the CRA, and we get good support from the India team whenever we need it. Pricing was also an important factor in selecting this tool compared to others, since we pay based on the modules we are procuring.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

Sometimes the calculations for deductions and taxes aren’t consistent because, a lot of the time, they are manually adjusted by the India team. When that happens, it’s difficult to receive feedback from them and to clearly identify the level of accountability.

We were able to populate our payroll with the various employee types, and then set up individual rules and access levels for their login features, all the way through to the taxes that need to be set up for each of them. It’s very flexible.

I've been using ADP Workforce Now for over 30 years, and I'm really familiar with the software. I like that I can chat and reach the ADP Support Center. The AI assist also stands out a lot, especially for reporting, which is something I'm currently working on. Setting it up is easy as long as you know the ins and outs of the ADP software.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

For time and attendance, I don't want the office employee to use the ADP mobile app on the website to clock in or out. We operate in multiple states, and they should be able to clock in or out from their desktop, where I can see their desktop identification or something similar.

I use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, but there's an issue where the timesheet department doesn't show in batch 90. The AI assist is helpful for reporting.

It would be nice to have the ability to reference a page (an employee profile, for instance) while doing something in another part of WFN.  Always having to close out of a benefit page to reference something in an Employee Profile means clicking around a lt.

Carrier Connections has allowed me to automate our information feeds with our vendors for benefits and other products we use (earned wage access vendors, etc.)  These feeds allow me to focus on more important work and instantly transmits the information to our carriers.

I liked that I could call the agent anytime, even though I had to be one of only five people who got access. At least everything worked. It was a bit challenging at first to figure out where everything was and how it all worked, but in the end it did work.

Sometimes it would take 2–3 business days just to get a single question answered. On top of that, the agents would change frequently, so I had to keep track of the inquiries I’d already submitted and remember exactly what I asked. Even though I typed everything out, I still had to stay really on top of my questions to avoid repeating myself.

Right now I’m not using it, but I did like the reporting. There were reports for everything, although it took some time to get familiar with it and learn where to find what I needed.

I think once you log in, ADP Workforce Now is easy to use. It is very self-explanatory, and you don't need a lot of instructions to go in and verify what you're expecting, like when you request days off. It's very clear how much it would take from your balance and when you can expect approval. So that was very nice. I found the setup really easy, taking less than four hours, and even less than an hour just to verify where everything was, like balances, payrolls, and expected dates. The information was very self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?**

I find it frustrating that every time I log in, I have to sign back in even if I saved it on my computer. It always requests a lot of things just to set it up, so it's kind of hard to use. I used to use it as a payroll app, and I really think the signing-up part should save your information, so you don't have to go in and out repeatedly.

**What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While ADP Workforce Now is hard to use with frequent login issues, it's easy to navigate once logged in, especially for requests like days off. It's self-explanatory, clear on balances and approvals.
