What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

As a multi-entity organization operating across state lines, I’ve really valued the updates to ADP Workforce Now’s compliance tracking and tax management features. The system’s proactive alerts and streamlined state registration tools help reduce risk and ensure we stay ahead of regulatory changes. What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

As our organization grows and operates across multiple states, having more consistent access to a dedicated account representative who understands our structure would add significant value. What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now?

The applicant tracking and benefits modules worked well. We liked that when a Director left, you could easily move all their direct reports to someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?

We never were able to get some of the modules to work like they should have and reports were not accurate at times. We continued to hear from our Customer Service that our issues stemmed from our implementation but no one was willing to go back and assist in getting those issues resolved. We would hear quite often "that is a known problem but there are no plans to fix it right now" when we had report and other issues. The demo that we were showed in the beginning that seemed so awesome was not the experience we had utilizing the system. We tried for about 18 months to resolve issues and finally just gave up and moved to another HRIS system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
