I have implemented many systems over the years and Datablend was by far the easiest to do. There was no hurdle or obstacle too big that our implementation manager could not overcome for us . They were able to configure everything we wanted, unlike other systems where the answer was simply "no, it can't do that".

We have, now, been able to automate postings from our expense management system directly into our accounting system saving our purchase ledger team a lot of time.

Their interface is straightforward/intuitive and could be easily maintained by a non-techy employee.

Seeing the automation opportunities available courtesy of Datablend has already given us some ideas for the future - we will definitely be setting up more workflows and connections with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The account manager is highly responsive, and the integration consultant I worked with demonstrated a great deal of expertise. Although the implementation process took longer than I had expected, the consultant made sure we were fully prepared for the scheduled go-live date. We did encounter a few hiccups, which is to be expected with a brand new implementation, but they were always available to resolve any issues promptly, even with their busy schedule.

Their platform was initially very intimidating to someone like me who doesn't know anything about building integrations, but after the training I received and watching the consultant make changes for us, I feel a lot more comfortable going in there to manually run workflows or make changes to the schedule.

Their support staff is courteous and responsive as well. I worked with one so far, and they always responded within a day and kept me updated on progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really have to be nitpicking to find something I dislike about DataBlend, but if I have to list something, it would be that I wish we could make some minor changes to the workflows we have.

The support team can help with errors, but if we want to add something new, we have to sign off on a change order.

But honestly, I'd rather we pay them to get it done right than me trying to figure it out and break things. So this isn't really a complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have just completed the implementation of Data Blend and Valentina was extremely supportive and on hand whenever i required assistance. I do not have an IT background, although she demonstrated the system in a way i understood how things worked to the point i was able to solve some issues for myself. It was not as quick as i initially thought and required a lot of dedicated time from myself, which i was not expecting. This was my first time running a project like this so i could have potentially be slightly naïve initially.

The sales team also promised me a date in which this would be completed, which i can only believe was never discussed internally , as when i was passed over, this was evidently clear that the deadline was unachievable. I love DataBlend as a quick way to upload data from our other systems into Sage Intelligence. I also like the flexibility to be able to map accounts if they are needing to be posted to a different G/L account than was set up in the other system. This allowed us to not have to change the historical accounts in our other systems. DataBlend was also very helpful in creating a 3 step posting for a complicated payroll posting. We are able to upload one file and DataBlend does the rest of the work to create 3 journal entries. Customer support has been great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first, it was hard to figure out what an error meant, but after working with it for awhile it has gotten easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is very user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate and quickly find what I need. Whenever I encounter an error, I can easily step into a workflow to identify and resolve the issue. I also find the Customer Support team to be prompt and helpful. It's quite frustrating to be logged out of the website after only around 10 minutes, especially since I have to receive a code on my personal iPhone every time I want to log back in. As a daily user, this has resulted in a significant number of messages from the login service accumulating on my phone. On top of that, I think the data refresh process could use some improvement, as any changes I make to our data system take around 15 minutes to show up, requiring me to perform a data refresh each time. The quick data mapping helped us solve our missing actuals in Adaptive. The mapping went really well with Alan and we were able to figure out a few things we weren't tracking in Adaptive that we will now! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use DataBlend to connect our Salesforce system and accounting system. We need both systems to mirror each other for most transactions. We used to manually enter invoices, create customers, enter payment confirmations and now we don't have to do so. This has been a big time saver. It was not difficult to get used to the new process. Very reasonably priced connector that allows me to export Adaptive data to Google Sheets without having to use Excel as an intermediary step. I went through implementation with the founder of the product, and it was such a white glove experience. I've also been able to get support from him directly as well. Great company to work with. They are able to find solutions to integrate multiple platforms. Originally, we started small and we now have multiple connections and are working on projects where our current IT could complete, but timing does not work and DataBlend is able to assist and put in place faster Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
