I no longer need to send schedules on WhatsApp because everyone can see their schedules in the mobile app. If someone stays a bit longer, I can automate approvals for those extra minutes, which I'm doing for 15 minutes. Also, I appreciate not having to manually create payroll reports anymore since they are now automatically generated by Synerion Agile. I also really appreciate the initial setup process as it was very easy and smooth. **What do you dislike about Synerion Agile?** I would like to see stronger AI versions, I notice that sometimes AI reporting is wrong and I don't use much of it. Like, I like to see transferred to Payroll hours but sometimes it displays all the hours. **What problems is Synerion Agile solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Synerion Agile to manage attendance with genuine biometric entries and automate payroll reports. The new upgrades have made it much more user-friendly, and auditing time is now a breeze. **What do you dislike about Synerion Agile?** The only downside so far is that when I need to edit someone’s time, it takes me back to the beginning of the list instead of keeping me where I left off. That means I have to scroll back down to find the spot I was working on. **What problems is Synerion Agile solving and how is that benefiting you?** It lets me know how many exceptions I have to work on without getting too deep into everything. I can choose to review all items, or just fix the exceptions and move on to the next task. I like the lots of functionalities and find it easy to use. You can pretty much do everything yourself, which is great. I use the time card every day and have set up every employee file to automatically calculate according to their criteria. Plus, I use the signoff once a week. The initial setup was good! **What do you dislike about Synerion Agile?** Like I said, you can pretty much do everything yourself but you gotta dig around for it. I think the settings could be a little better organized. It has made sure that I kept accrued hours consistently logged across all employees. **What do you dislike about Synerion Agile?** The system can be quite clunky sometimes.
