**What do you like best about Aclaimant?**

The support is punctual and thorough, and we have had most issues resolved in short order. There are a plethora of items we have requested for AClaimant to provide for us, and the rep assigned to work with us has been more than accommodating each time. The system is easy to use, almost every change we've sought has been easy to implement and given that I am the chief user and spend upwards of an hour or so per day, our data from multiple outside sources has been easily integrated from my end since day one.

**What do you dislike about Aclaimant?**

No real issues. We understand that we do not have the most thorough offering that AClaimant provides.

**What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This RMIS system allows us to have a central repository for all of our claims in our multiple business divisions. Before this, our processes were manual.

I appreciate how easy Aclaimant is to navigate. The customer support we get is excellent and our personal rep Morgan is wonderful. She is always there to help or teach us how to use new updates.

I do not dislike anything about Aclaimant.

Aclaimant keeps all our claims together in an organized way. It is easy to navigate when I need to find a document for a claim and the ease of use is top notch.

I love how easy it is to customize the forms as well as export reports. Having Aclaimant has been a huge time saver especially during the end year reporting season.

**What do you dislike about Aclaimant?**

It was a bit of a learning curve during the implemnation process but we had an excellent implementation specialist who was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner.

**What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It completely changed our incident reporting structure. We are now getting more complete incident reports. End of the year reporting with OSHA is now seamless and easy.

Aclaimnat eliminates the paper trail of forms used to ensure compliance with health & safety. In addition, leaders are able to view safety activities through the analytics.

**What do you dislike about Aclaimant?**

We just recently implemted the software, so not enough usage to determine dislikes.

**What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate reporting, tracking, and streamlining of proactive health & safetyt program implementation allowing our properties to prevent incidents before they happen. Streamlining these preventative measures help improve work conditions and ensure compliance across the corporation.  Also allows communication to flow more seamlessly between team members so that positive action can be taken fast.

Layout is intuitive and easy to follow. Everything to manage claims is at your finger tip and easy to locate.

**What do you dislike about Aclaimant?**

Some screens are a little repetitive, but I wouldn't consider it a deal-breaker.

**What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to track auto claims that don't warrant submission to the insurance carrier, and loop in HQ staff as needed for their involvment.

Multiple people will receive an email with the incident report simulanteously.

Too many tabs to open. I wish everything was all in one place.

It helps with knowing when incidents occurred without waiting for an email from onsite staff. It is beneficial because it allows us to add pictures as well.

Aclaimant allows us to track accidents & incidents real-time on jobsites, ensuring Superintendents gather all information needed to quickly & appropriately respond.

Because Aclaimant is customized to suit our unique business, the launch process was thorough yet lengthy. While customization is needed, beginning with an industry-specific template would be helpful to future customers.

**What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aclaimant provides a central online data-collection platform for accidents & incidents. Accurate data collection is the first step to analyzing incidents and responding to improve safety. From the time an incident occurs through closing the claim, a comprehensive workflow ensures tasks are completed by the proper employee in a timely fashion & documented for future reference. The resulting data is presented on an Analytics Dashboard empowering management to manage risk actively.

We haven't been able to identify anything that we do not like yet.

Losing track of how many claims or near misses we have had. Not having the ability to monitor items closely. Now, we can see all of our data at a glance, real time.

It is a great place to house all of your documents and make it easier at year-end to recap trends and your OSHA logs as well.

There were a few bugs at the beginning, but the Aclaimant team was on it and fixed them as soon as they could.

**What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us solve housing our WC documents and making it easier for our field offices to fill out paperwork.

Aclaimant is easy to navigate and puts all of my incident management needs at my fingertips.  One of my favorite things is the creation of our OSHA Logs!!

The one thing that I hope Aclaimant adds in the future is a Reporting feature.

Account Rep is an A+ and works to find creative solutions to problems in claims reporting.

None at this time to dislike on a real time basis.

Training staff that are remote and doing training on a consistent basis when turn over is an issue.

You are supposed to be able to have the claimant do the forms electronically. I could not get that to work for me.  I still have them fill out the paper forms, and I upload them.

It helps us keep risk management items organized and all in one spot. Anyone who has access can look at it and see what is going on. They also are open to new suggestions on how to make the platform better or work better for us which is important to us while we are working with someone. Great custoemr service.

There aren't notifications for events, but they are working on it.

**What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use to use Google Sheets to track claims data and they are now housing it for us - it's all in one spot. Also, it's way more efficient for our managers to submit incidents through the platform versus using a piece of paper or a electronic document and then having to find it later on. It's now completed and stored in the system.

The ability to move from one platform to another is helpful and very easy, allowing me to access the data I need immediately.

I have not experienced any downsides.  We have had a few "glitches," specifically, as we have added platforms, but Aclaimant's customer service and IT support have been outstanding.

Aclaimant allows us to maintain, reference and use critical data quickly and efficiently to support all levels of our business, from the executive to the operations level.

**What do you like best about Aclaimant?**

Aclaimant is the first tool in all my years in the insurance industry that allows clients to translate their risk information into actionable data.  It is not an RMIS system, it is bigger and more meaningful.   It is unique in the industry.

**What do you dislike about Aclaimant?**

No dislikes specific to Aclaimant.  Rather, when you commit to embedding Aclaimant into your organization, you must do just that, commit.   Not dissimilar to any technology tool, except this one will reap rewards with that commitment.

**Recommendations to others considering Aclaimant:**

Do not try to categorize Aclaimant as just a RIMIS system.   Rather look at it as a unique empowerment tool for your organization.

**What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking back control of risk and loss data for clients.  The ability to own and control that data outside of the insurance industry.   Creating personalized visibility of risk elements in the company.

Extremely user-friendly to all employees of the organization, from management to our workers in the field.

**What do you dislike about Aclaimant?**

I've been using the software for almost two years and have no complaints.

**What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our field workers can use the software on their cell phones, tablets and laptops.  The program has offline capabilities that allow our workers to create incidents and safety reports without an internet connection.  Once they leave the remote area, the reports are sent through the system.  All reporting is now completed in a timely manner.

Easy to work with, very customer oriented team.   They worked with us to develop a data entry incident form that met out needs and continue to work with us to ensure a smooth transition to their product, providing excellent customer service from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Aclaimant?**

it takes a little longer for us to get our claims processed by our insurance company when sent via email through Aclaimant, but it hasn't really been a big deal and they are usually processed within 24 hours.

**What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can email our claims in to our insurance company eliminating the reporting double-entry that we had to do previously, so it saves time.   we also can see real-time claim data through our dashboard.

It has made the claims reporting process so much easier for our staff.  A claim is filed on the Aclaimant Site and then reported to the appropriate carrier.  It has cut down on errors in our filing process.

**What do you dislike about Aclaimant?**

Aclaimant does not accept Loss Runs in PDF Format, and this has been a challenge to us.  It would be helpful if they had a way to convert the PDFs.

As mentioned, we are seeing fewer errors in claims reporting.  I like that all work comp information can be stored in one location, and it is secure.

The ease of entering data and pulling data you want for reporting and analytics.  
I also use Aclaimant to submit claims to our Third Party Administrator.
Very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Aclaimant?**

You have to pay attention to the updates, sometimes you'll come upon something that is different while using the product.  There is an Update banner that appears, you have to pay attention to that.

**What problems is Aclaimant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of Reporting was a big concern in our company, with Acaimant, every branch can pull their own reports and run analytics to see where they stand.  Aclaimant is always upgrading and improving.

Still needs to priortize some basic functionailty into its logic based workflow.

Form generation has been the biggest drawback (i.e., the printing of claim data onto a pre-developed form/letterhead).

Nothing I dislike about the system, it has been customized for our needs.

We are eliminating old paper processes and consolidating different reporting streams into one interface, allowing different user access levels.  We also used the systems smart tasking features to assign other taks to users depending on how intake questions are answered.
