What do you like best about Timeero?

Timeero has been incredibly easy to use from day one. The interface is simple and intuitive, making onboarding quick and painless. The tracking accuracy is outstanding—by far the most accurate of all the apps we’ve tried. Having to have the Pro version, just to receive the address locations of where Timeero users stop at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Timeero solving and how is that benefiting you?

We didn't always know where our field team was, so this supports the safety aspect. It also means my field team no longer has to complete expense claims each month, as the system now handles that for them. However, it's disappointing that the stopping addresses feature isn't included in my package, even though it was shown in the demo. We only realized the addresses weren't coming through after setting up the whole company and starting to use it. I was then informed that this feature is only available with the pro package, and asked if I wanted to pay more for a higher tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Timeero?

Timeero is easy to use, has great customer support and is relatively easy to integrate on its own into the company business.

The application is continuously being updated with new features and there's an open-ended customer request and progress tracker on new features being developed for release which I really enjoy. Most companies are not as transparent or willing to share how their customers would like their product to evolve and grow.

I'm especially thankful for our Timeero account representative's correspondence, friendly and professional interactions so far. Katelyn Haul has so far demonstrated a great ability to listen and take action with our request, providing conversation summaries, action lists and following up on our requests.

Keep it up Timeero! I'd recommend Timeero to other business partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timeero?

Timeero is a great, easy to use application, but it would appear that it's still in its development stages. Some configurations and features still aren't developed to the extent that we'd require for the business as a standalone application.

A basic payroll system for small business would also be a great next step for Timeero, instead of having to rely on unreliable, usually costly/partial connections to third-party applications.

There is sometimes buggy and inflexible behavior, but that's not to say that it's understood that development seems to be taking care of the issues and the support team is providing the required support to allow the client to use the application.

Bonus: It would also be great to be able to use and at least test the open API without having to change subscriptions. At least in a sandbox setting to test the capabilities of the API prior to purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Timeero allows our team to be on the same page as far as who should be where. We work onsite with clients across many counties and even states and with the click of a button we can access all the information needed about which employee should be on which client's site.
