**What do you like best about Praisidio?**

I use Praisidio to simplify and strengthen our workforce management. It has truly transformed the way we operate, making it easy to run detailed reports on PTO, payroll, sick time usage, start times, evaluations, and more. Praisidio has made handling a large amount of data much easier, reducing the time taken to less than a minute with automated or one-click reports. I highly recommend this program to teams to save time, as the time savings cover the monthly cost. The platform allows us to run reports more efficiently, helping us manage staff and budgets better with payroll data. I appreciate how easy it is to run reports and the excellent customer service from the team. The system provides great data when you take the time to learn it, and the automation is even better when team assistance builds the reports needed. Using Praisidio has saved us a lot of time, allowing us to focus on other tasks. The initial setup was very easy, with the team handling all the work after the initial meeting.

**What do you like best about Praisidio?**

Praisidio is amazing! Implementation was a breeze and it complemented how our data sits in ADP. I really like the capabilities to draw insights from the data that has already been entered and stored in ADP without having to run reports. The possibilities for refinement are exceptional as well. I cannot say enough about the customer support; there is no one as customer-service oriented as Vahed. It’s a delight to discuss data with him, all while he addresses the validation topics during our meetings, which he schedules so quickly.

**What do you dislike about Praisidio?**

To make site access easier as part of the implementation, they’ve suggested creating a “My Apps” shortcut, although I haven’t set that up yet.

**What problems is Praisidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us gain a year-to-date insight card for our management team. They used to wait until the start of a new year to see prior year insights or summaries, but now it provides "real-time" data insights. Additionally, we're able to ask questions about ADP data that we wouldn't have considered running reports for, which is amazing. We can finally use ADP data as needed. No more questioning whether it is worth keeping that data value in ADP.

I love how the Praisidio platform is easy to use and offers seamless integration, making it simple to bring insights to our field-facing team members without having to search in multiple places. The team behind it is super easy to work with and is open to our ideas. The initial setup was also easy. Overall, it’s a super easy and insightful platform.

Nothing! Great platform. Every hurdle we have come across, the team has been able to come up with a solution for us.

I use Praisidio for easy access to ADP data, insights on payroll and overtime. It integrates seamlessly, letting us deliver insights to field teams without multiple searches. The platform is very easy to use.

Vahed and Ken are incredibly knowledgeable about the ADP system. They quickly understand the needs of the business and translate those needs into reporting and analytics that tell the story and provide the data required to make the most strategic business decisions. Their talent is amazing and are personable, relatable and passionate about their work.

**What do you dislike about Praisidio?**

No downsides other than limitations within the ADP system that are out of their control.

**What problems is Praisidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They pull information from the system and from ADP modules that don’t currently have built-in analytics (such as goal-setting and LMS). They’re able to extract the data, create the necessary code, and present exactly what we need to track KPIs, measure ROI, and make strategic business decisions.

I appreciate how Praisidio is very customizable and how the company is very willing to work with you. It makes cross-referencing data much easier, especially when combining data from different sources. This simplifies and eases the analysis for those with data in various places. The team at Praisidio made the initial setup easy by handling most of the heavy lifting, which was not very difficult.

**What do you dislike about Praisidio?**

Nothing necessarily does not work, but it just takes time to train the module to spit out your data the way you need it. You need to create custom terms or be VERY specific on what you want.

**What problems is Praisidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Praisidio for quick, more detailed analytics and combining data from multiple sources. It makes it easier to cross-reference data, simplifying my analysis tasks.

Although you can process data quickly and efficiently, it’s important to clearly define the parameters for your reporting so the results are consistent and easy to interpret.

The main benefit of creating the HR Dashboard is that it’s now available on real time to our operations teams in our platforms, and at the same time is has highlighted some data issues in our HRIS.

Can be a struggle at times to try and build out reports yourself, but with Customer Service so great hasn't been an issue.

Saving a ton of time on running weekly or monthly metrics and reporting that may have to come from separate systems.  Everything is automatically pulled and tracked and ready and available for me to pull the numbers

**What do you like best about Praisidio?**

We started working with Praisidio a few months ago and the results and support have been nothing short of spectacular.  Our main objective was to create dynamic Dashboards.  I was trying to finish ONE Dashboard for over a year with our HRIS system.  With Praisidio and the Artificial Intelligence features, it’s almost immediate and 100% customizable by the customer.  They also helped us build complex dashboards with custom definitions reflecting our terminology and calculations, such as turnover.  I looked at another vendor where the dashboards were out of the box and not customizable.

They also automated a powerpoint presentation that I update each quarter.  The system memorized the presentation with data that doesn't even exist in our HRIS. For instance, although we went live with our HRIS in 2022, Praisidio can produce presentations with data going back to 2017. The best part is that these presentations now update each quarter automatically with the latest data. 

We can also import data that does not exist in our HRIS with spreadsheets.  We have not even touched the surface of this yet. For example, we are starting to dive into the budget with our Finance department and Praisidio is guiding us.

**What do you dislike about Praisidio?**

Honestly, I have not seen any yet.  The responsiveness and ease of implementation have blown us away.

Reducing our time with spreadsheets and powerpoint presentations.  Also, aligning HR data with Finance data, which will also benefit our Finance department.

Praisidio is an impressive Generative AI analytics platform that transforms how HR data is managed and reported. It streamlines reporting by making one-time and recurring reports highly efficient, with automated delivery in Excel or PDF formats. The platform also includes strong access controls, ensuring that data visibility is managed securely and appropriately.

What really stands out is Praisidio’s seamless integration with HRM data sources (In my case ADP), along with its ability to work with external datasets. This flexibility makes it a powerful, all-in-one solution for organizations looking to maximize the value of their HR data.

The system is remarkably easy to use. Users simply describe in detail what they need, and the AI generates accurate, insightful reports. Over time, the platform continues to improve in both precision and reporting power with the more prompts generated, custom terms entered, and prompt feedback given.

Equally impressive is Praisidio’s support team. They are highly responsive, quick to resolve issues, and contribute to the overall reliability of the platform. 

Praisidio brings together advanced Generative AI, robust data integration, and user-friendly design in a way that makes it one of the most exciting tools in HR analytics today. It’s clear this is a company with a strong vision, and it will be exciting to see how they continue to innovate in the future.

Praisidio was only offered to HRM's not ERP systems.

Praisidio has allowed to increase efficiency of creating org charts, Praisidio reduced 3 hours a week alone.
The ability to pull niche data, number of employees whose first of last punch of day was drive time. Creating a report that counts the amount of tardies employees had from Q1, Q2, Q3.

Praisidio has been a phenomenal addition to our HRIS ecosystem, integrating seamlessly with ADP and giving us the ability to combine, mesh, and report on a wide range of HRIS data with ease.   The Praisidio support team—led by Vahed—has gone above and beyond from day one. From onboarding to troubleshooting and custom report development, their responsiveness and expertise have been exceptional. They consistently take user feedback seriously, rolling out enhancements quickly to better support end users like myself.  Their ability to define and map custom terms specific to our organization has been a game changer in the ability to develop automated reporting and analytics.  Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the system and the service and look forward to a long-term partnership with Praisidio. You can then automate these reports to go out as one single report or as a group of reports to those employees that need to receive them.  We are able to set up the reports then let the system work for us.

At BlueGrace Logistics, we are always looking for innovative solutions to help us better understand and support our people, and Prasidio has been a game-changer for our HR/People Analytics efforts. From day one, their platform has provided clear, actionable insights that have allowed us to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

One of the biggest headaches we faced before Prasidio was having to navigate between two separate systems—iCIMS and ADP—to get a complete analytics picture. Not only was this time-consuming, but iCIMS reporting in particular is not exactly user-friendly. Prasidio eliminated that frustration by consolidating our data into a single, simple dashboard that their team helped customize specifically for our needs. Now, we can quickly access the metrics we need without the tedious back-and-forth.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple for our team to dive into analytics without the steep learning curve that often comes with new tools. **What do you dislike about Praisidio?**

The biggest challenge is set up and if you want to get the most out of the platform then you have to dedicate time to defining the metrics you are looking for. We were fortunate to have clean data in iCIMS and ADP, and Vahed with Prasidio was such a help in crafting exactly what we wanted.

**What problems is Praisidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data in Silos – Before Prasidio, HR and recruiting data lived separately in iCIMS and ADP, requiring time-consuming manual navigation between platforms to get a full picture. Prasidio consolidated everything into one place.

Inefficient, Complex Reporting – iCIMS reporting wasn’t intuitive or quick to use, which slowed down decision-making. Prasidio replaced that with a simple, user-friendly dashboard.

Manual Workload & Errors – Pulling, cleaning, and reconciling data from multiple systems was a tedious process prone to human error. Prasidio automated that workflow, saving time and improving accuracy.

Limited Customization in Legacy Systems – Existing reporting tools had rigid templates and limited flexibility. Prasidio’s team worked with us to customize dashboards that matched our exact KPIs and business goals.

Slow Access to Insights – Gathering meaningful analytics used to take hours (sometimes days). With Prasidio, leaders can now get real-time metrics instantly, enabling faster, data-driven decisions.

Praisidio has quickly become an essential part of our People Operations, Planning, and Systems toolkit. It allows us to seamlessly connect data from UKG, ADP, and iCIMS — eliminating manual crosswalks and spreadsheets and giving us confidence in our data during a major HR systems transition.

The Collections feature stands out — we use it to curate relevant metrics for different stakeholder groups, enabling strategic conversations around talent movement, headcount, retention, and more. The interface is clean, flexible, and actually built with People teams in mind — not just analysts.

**What do you dislike about Praisidio?**

There’s a slight learning curve upfront with using natural language to "prompt' queries in your data. And while the feature set is constantly improving, some capabilities (like time-based audits) are still on the roadmap. That said, the team is highly responsive to feedback and genuinely collaborative — which is rare in the HR tech space.

**What problems is Praisidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were juggling data across disconnected systems — with over 2,000 employee records needing reconciliation during our UKG implementation. 

Praisidio let us:
 - Automate mismatch detection between systems like ADP and UKG
 - Centralize workforce analytics into a single source of truth
 - Share insights securely across stakeholders without manual work
 - Support dual maintenance and data integrity during a complex HRIS migration

It’s helped us level up our People Analytics maturity and reduce the burden on our operations team.

Praisidio has been a game changer for our company and how we retrieve data from ADP.  We are able to get data so much faster.  Working with the implementation team has also been fantastic!  Great customer service and always willing to help us.  The integration has been fast and they system is easy to use, especially for how many features it has.  We use it all the time now.

The collaboration between Praisidio and my team has been the highest form of customer service. We've needed to not only get analytics from our current HRIS system, but we've been partnering on bringing in historical data from previous HRIS systems. Having the ability to work through mapping old data to our new data so we can gain historical insights is a huge time saver. Praisidio is as engaged as you are. If you're looking for a quick plug in tool with little to no collaboration, this isn't for you. The more you partner with Praisidio the better your experience and data will be.

Bridging the gap between years of data from our old HRIS and integrating our new HRIS data so we get true insights over years. 
We're also able to integrate our recruitment data as well.

They've also provided an integration between UKG and iCIMS for new hires.  The out of the box integration is less than desirable. Priaisidio has provided a completely customizable integration where we can send as little or as much data as we need for new hires ready to start. 

During a new HRIS implementation they were able to assist with the data migration. They provided daily reports with what changes took place in the old system so we knew exactly what to update to keep both systems current during our dual maintenance phase. Without Praisidio we would've been manually tracking every change and the room for error would have been much greater.

Pulling data from our ATS and Performance Management system and delivering data we never thought we could pull and analyze.

**What do you like best about Praisidio?**

People teams pull data out of their known system to gauge employee engagement and identify problem areas that may lead to future attrition in an organization.  The Praisidio product takes data analytics further and quickly provides People teams with deeper insight into areas that may also create risks or problem areas an organization may not even be aware of. The platform can highlight previously unknown data points for People teams like the number of manager 1:1s, meeting load, the count of management and peer attrition that can impact work and collaboration. 

I also enjoy working with the Praisidio team.  They are open to and welcome feedback from their clients.  The feedback I provided in one meeting was implemented into the platform a short period later.

**What do you dislike about Praisidio?**

At this time, there is nothing regarding the product I strongly dislike.  As I said, the team is great with feedback and works to improve my experience.

**What problems is Praisidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an attrition and engagement issue within particular teams in the organization.  Using the tool provided insight into how teams engage with each other, allowing our People Business Partner to make recommendations to the team.  i.e. - Too many meetings and not enough maker's time, workload distributions, and how frequently managers had 1:1 with their employees.

**What do you like best about Praisidio?**

Praisidio aggregates fragmented talent data and gives customers unprecedented visibility into talent risks and improvement opportunities. In addition to its diagnostic capability, the platform also provides actionable recommendations. The platform is broad, supporting numerous use cases, including employee engagement and performance, manager development, and pay-gap/bias detection to support DEI&B.  It ensures that talent analytics have a tangible impact on business performance, For example, faster issue resolution resulting in higher NPS scores, or highrer productivity through on-time product launch and delivery.  Moreover, with fact-based insights, Praisidio enables HR leaders to have a seat at the table with business executives and the board of directors.

**What do you dislike about Praisidio?**

We are at an inflection point. The space is still in its early days. Business leaders need to better understand the challenges and opportunities that data presents. The goal is to address talent retention proactively, and focus on specific use cases like engagement, burnout, leadership development, productivity improvement, and employee retention. As is the case with any disruptive technology, It takes time to educate and evangelize a new approach. Leaders need to understand that a data-centric approach creates win-win opportunities. We are not there yet although early adopters understand and embrace the new technology.

**What problems is Praisidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Praisidio allows my clients to positively impact their customer-facing initiatives like time to resolution, defect reduction, and sales performance. These results are naturally dependent on critical talent and provide real-time visibility.  They enable actions that improve employee performance, engagement and ultimately retention.

**What do you like best about Praisidio?**

In my role as an HRBP I especially valued Procaire's retention paths. Retention paths helped me identify at risk talent, and narrow down why those employees were at risk. Having clear areas that needed to be addressed, such as meeting load or number of tasks, allowed me for much more direct and meaningful conversations with managers and leaders, and I was able to create goals for them to accomplish with their directs to help retain the employees before it was too late.
I regularly used the meeting load tracker to help reduce meeting burnout and help managers improve calendar management with their teams to optimize for larger blocks of maker time (time free of meetings).
With my org's leadership team, we set a goal for every manager to have at least weekly one-on-one with each direct to improve connection. Procaire made it easy for me to track and present progress to the team.

**What do you dislike about Praisidio?**

The area of risk assessment and analytics is still in the very early stages in most companies so it takes time and intention to get in a habit of using it regularly.

**What problems is Praisidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping identify at-risk talent and areas for managers to address that are backed by data. This allows HRBPs to lead more meaningful and direct conversations, and set clear and achievable goals for people managers.

Praisidio provides an unmatched level of visibility into talent turnover risk.  In addition, it automatically generates mitigation strategies that guide management to intervene at the right level.

Without business sponsorship, the value of this tool cannot be realized.

**What do you like best about Praisidio?**

When I initially learned about Procaire, I was under the impression that it was just a tool to figure out who was at risk for leaving the company. I quickly figured out it does so much more than that. It's a tool that helps leaders analyze employee engagement, burnout, Diversity Inclusion & Belonging, Maker time, and so much more. I don't think I've figured out how much it can do. 

It easily links with Outlook Calendar, Workday, Jira, Github so it can gather the meta-data. It then uses its AI to analyze the workforce. Some might be concerned about a data privacy issue, but since it only looks at meta-data, our employee's PII is protected. Our security team was comfortable with the data and privacy protections the Procaire team had put in place. And we log in through Okta - our SSO. 

My first "ah-ha" moment came when they were doing a demo of our data and showed that one of our employees who had recently left the company actually had a big impact on others. We didn't even realize it - he was a lower level, shorter-term employee, and we didn't think anything of it. When others from his dept started to leave, we had no idea that one reason may have been because this employee had left a month or two earlier. He was in many different projects, working across the organization, and had built up a small network around him. Had we known this, we may have been able to intervene before he considered leaving. 

During Covid, many of our employees suffered from burnout, and there were several complaints about having too many meetings. They didn't have time to get their work done. We now have the data to determine "maker time" and the number of hours people spend in meetings on a given day or week. We are now using this to help managers be more thoughtful on who should be in meetings. We need to do a better job at allowing employees to have the time to get stuff done. 

We are just at the beginning stages with Procaire, and I see some big potential. We are populating a library of tasks/activities to help managers reengage employees based on issues flagged by Procaire. We also loaded our training information and our talent review information into the system to help us get a wider view of risk and engagement in the company.

**What do you dislike about Praisidio?**

This isn't a Procaire issue, but we are in the midst of changing HCM's and much of our data is in various systems and spreadsheets. So we aren't doing real-time analysis. We are loading information in regularly, but it is lagging. My recommendation would be to have your systems in a stable place before implementing. Otherwise, it's quite a bit of work to keep the data fresh and up to date.

**Recommendations to others considering Praisidio:**

Have a stable HCM and systems in place before trying to implement.

**What problems is Praisidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a comprehensive overview of our employee's engagement and risk for leaving. We now, we can be proactive in addressing problems almost before they start. This is allowing us to be more thoughtful on how we work with our critical and high potential employees. And on the flip side, we can be more thoughtful on how we might follow up after a voluntary or involuntary termination.
