Praisidio has been an incredible addition to our existing HRIS platform (ADP), helping us streamline manual processes and unlock the full potential of our HR data. From the very beginning, our team recognized how powerful and intuitive this platform is and the benefits it will deliver to our organization. Implementation and integration with our existing HRIS system were seamless—truly as simple as the click of a button. The platform’s clean, user-friendly interface makes exploring analytics effortless, while its robust reporting capabilities allow us to build customized dashboards that meet our specific business needs.

What truly distinguishes Praisidio is the partnership and customer support they provide. Vahed is amazing and the entire Praisidio team have been outstanding. "Praisidio AI Dashboards & More - Game Changer!"
What do you like best about Praisidio?

We started working with Praisidio a few months ago and the results and support have been nothing short of spectacular. Our main objective was to create dynamic Dashboards. I was trying to finish ONE Dashboard for over a year with our HRIS system. With Praisidio and the Artificial Intelligence features, it’s almost immediate and 100% customizable by the customer. They also helped us build complex dashboards with custom definitions reflecting our terminology and calculations, such as turnover. I looked at another vendor where the dashboards were out of the box and not customizable.

They also automated a powerpoint presentation that I update each quarter. The system memorized the presentation with data that doesn't even exist in our HRIS. For instance, although we went live with our HRIS in 2022, Praisidio can produce presentations with data going back to 2017. The best part is that these presentations now update each quarter automatically with the latest data.

We can also import data that does not exist in our HRIS with spreadsheets. We have not even touched the surface of this yet. For example, we are starting to dive into the budget with our Finance department and Praisidio is guiding us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Praisidio?

Praisidio is an impressive Generative AI analytics platform that transforms how HR data is managed and reported. It streamlines reporting by making one-time and recurring reports highly efficient, with automated delivery in Excel or PDF formats. The platform also includes strong access controls, ensuring that data visibility is managed securely and appropriately.

What really stands out is Praisidio’s seamless integration with HRM data sources (In my case ADP), along with its ability to work with external datasets. This flexibility makes it a powerful, all-in-one solution for organizations looking to maximize the value of their HR data.

The system is remarkably easy to use. Users simply describe in detail what they need, and the AI generates accurate, insightful reports. Over time, the platform continues to improve in both precision and reporting power with the more prompts generated, custom terms entered, and prompt feedback given.

Equally impressive is Praisidio’s support team. They are highly responsive, quick to resolve issues, and contribute to the overall reliability of the platform.

Praisidio brings together advanced Generative AI, robust data integration, and user-friendly design in a way that makes it one of the most exciting tools in HR analytics today. I like the automation with Praisidio. Their team will work with you to set up the reports you need or would like to have for your business. You can then automate these reports to go out as one single report or as a group of reports to those employees that need to receive them. What do you like best about Praisidio?

At BlueGrace Logistics, we are always looking for innovative solutions to help us better understand and support our people, and Prasidio has been a game-changer for our HR/People Analytics efforts. From day one, their platform has provided clear, actionable insights that have allowed us to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

One of the biggest headaches we faced before Prasidio was having to navigate between two separate systems—iCIMS and ADP—to get a complete analytics picture. Not only was this time-consuming, but iCIMS reporting in particular is not exactly user-friendly. Prasidio eliminated that frustration by consolidating our data into a single, simple dashboard that their team helped customize specifically for our needs. Now, we can quickly access the metrics we need without the tedious back-and-forth.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple for our team to dive into analytics without the steep learning curve that often comes with new tools.
