I love Report It! My team spans across the country and having an anonymous reporting option allows us to capture any and all concerns with our employees. Having an app, website and phone number gives us a great way to connect all levels of employees with the resources as well.

I'm not pleased with the anonymous reporting feature. It's unclear to users that they need to keep a report number for follow-up. As an administrator, I'm unsure if employees are seeing updates or follow-up questions. The system's interface is not user-friendly, and I questioned its integrity early on. The supposed benefits, like integration with ADP, haven't been useful. Even if offered for free, I wouldn't buy it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many people are reluctant to offer information with an identity attached, so anonymous reporting brings more situations to the attention of the city departments. When people turn off their location and forget to enter the address of the situation being reported.

It can be difficult to access the system if the reporter is outside the geofence. Access is there, but it takes a few steps to find it.

The Report It app is very easy for team members to use. We are receiving feedback from team members that we may not have received if this system was not in place. It's so important to receive this information from team members so we have an opportunity to solve their problems. I believe it is going to help with retaining valuable team members.
