It's unclear to users that they need to keep a report number for follow-up. As an administrator, I'm unsure if employees are seeing updates or follow-up questions. The system's interface is not user-friendly, and I questioned its integrity early on. The supposed benefits, like integration with ADP, haven't been useful. Also valuable is the ability to attach photos and video, which are a huge asset. and the ability to respond back to the reporter through the app. **What do you dislike about Report it: Anonymous Reporting Solutions?** When people turn off their location and forget to enter the address of the situation being reported. It can be difficult to access the system if the reporter is outside the geofence. Access is there, but it takes a few steps to find it. Not sure reporters see the city's responses sent through the app back to their phone. We are receiving feedback from team members that we may not have received if this system was not in place. It's so important to receive this information from team members so we have an opportunity to solve their problems. I believe it is going to help with retaining valuable team members. **What do you dislike about Report it: Anonymous Reporting Solutions?** Anonymous complaints are viewed negatively by the Operations team and we have seen some complaints that appear to be malicious. It allows the team member to be heard. It can also be a great way to collect statements from team members when there is an issue, instead of having to collect them manually.
