"The Best LMS Tool in Terms of Ease of Use and Intuitive UI"
What do you like best about Litmos?

Creating a CAT module is easy and intuitive. So is the process of creating a course and a learning path, along with the options under the setting tab. 'Boost' is another very useful feature. The layout of people, teams and features under account settings is a nice design. Overall, the interface is simple and clean, user-friendly, and mobile-compatible. The fact that it is a cloud-based LMS is a huge plus, since implementation is quick and efficient. We also spend lesser time on user support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

The reporting tab is not as intuitive and requires a lot of configuration to deliver reports. Tracking specific custom fields and analyzing learner data is a lot more work than it should be. I have also run into occasional issues with the search functionality on the people tab, and when using the reporting engine. What do you like best about Litmos?

The Litmos platform has been ideal for supporting both our new franchisee onboarding and internal compliance training. We particularly value how easy it is to create, assign, and track learning content across our large and diverse network of both our franchisees and colleagues. What do you dislike about Litmos?

What do you like best about Litmos?

As one of the primary system administrators in our Learning & Development team, I have gained extensive experience using Litmos LMS, and it has consistently proven to be a reliable and innovative platform for our organisation’s learning requirements. Litmos distinguishes itself through its straightforward implementation and smooth integration with our HRIS, which greatly reduces manual work and maintains data consistency across our systems. The platform’s intuitive design benefits both learners and administrators, making the adoption process both smooth and scalable.

One aspect I particularly appreciate is our regular fortnightly calls with our Account Manager, Stephanie McGhee-Walker. Her insights into upcoming changes, industry trends, and new technologies have been extremely valuable. Her proactive approach has enabled us to stay ahead and adapt our learning strategy to meet our business’s evolving needs.

What do you like best about Litmos?

I have been using Litmos for the past six months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! One of the standout features is the excellent customer support. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, their team responds quickly and is incredibly helpful.

My employer chose the Litmos On-Demand Administration for our instance, and it has been nothing short of wonderful. We hold regular implementation meetings to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The system is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage our learning programs effectively. I particularly appreciate the robust reporting functions, which provide valuable insights into learner progress and engagement. I have several saved reports emailed to me weekly to help monitor our learners’ progress.

Another major advantage has been the Single Sign-On feature for our learners. This has made a significant difference compared to our previous LMS, where we frequently had to assist users in resetting their passwords. Now, our learners can access their courses effortlessly, greatly enhancing their overall experience.

I use the system every day to support learners and regional managers, continuously looking for ways to meet the organization’s training needs through this product. My team is currently exploring some of Litmos's integrations to assign learners to specific content and keep their managers updated on their progress.

What do you like best about Litmos?

I’ve had a very positive experience using Litmos as our learning management system. The course authoring tools are intuitive and easy to navigate, and the Litmos Training Academy courses for administrators have made them even more powerful and practical. I appreciate the flexibility in testing options, whether embedding quizzes throughout a course or using a more comprehensive final assessment module.

Our experience with customer service has been excellent. As a new company implementing a completely new training method, the support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Their assistance has made setup and troubleshooting much smoother than I’ve experienced with other large software providers, including other LMS platforms. What do you dislike about Litmos?

One area that could be improved is the sheer number of options for setting up courses and learning paths. It can feel overwhelming at first. What do you like best about Litmos?

Litmos stands out as one of the most user-friendly LMS platforms I have encountered. I have used it in several different roles and capacities, and I continue to be impressed by both the technology and the quality of service provided. The dedicated manage admin support truly sets Litmos apart and was a significant factor in our decision to choose this platform. The team is outstanding—they not only guide us in optimizing our use of the platform but also provide essential support to our small team of two, who are responsible for supporting an organization of 600 people. The Google Calendar integration for the ILT courses has been problematic. We have not yet been able to use this feature as intended. First and foremost, the customer support, account management and leadership teams are top notch. Anytime we have a question, a challenge or need guidance, they are very responsive. We have been very pleased with Go1 for content within Litmos and we also love having Blinkist as an additional resource for our teams. Out of the box, it's not the most intuitive interface. It's not bad by any means, but we wanted something that any level of employee could easily navigate and get to where they needed to go. Fortunately we were able to customize some of the platform which got us closer to that goal.
