Creating a CAT module is easy and intuitive. So is the process of creating a course and a learning path, along with the options under the setting tab. 'Boost' is another very useful feature. The layout of people, teams and features under account settings is a nice design. Overall, the interface is simple and clean, user-friendly, and mobile-compatible. The reporting tab is not as intuitive and requires a lot of configuration to deliver reports. Tracking specific custom fields and analyzing learner data is a lot more work than it should be. I have also run into occasional issues with the search functionality on the people tab, and when using the reporting engine. The Litmos platform has been ideal for supporting both our new franchisee onboarding and internal compliance training. I’ve had a very positive experience using Litmos as our learning management system. The course authoring tools are intuitive and easy to navigate, and the Litmos Training Academy courses for administrators have made them even more powerful and practical. I appreciate the flexibility in testing options, whether embedding quizzes throughout a course or using a more comprehensive final assessment module.

Our experience with customer service has been excellent. As a new company implementing a completely new training method, the support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. The Google Calendar integration for the ILT courses has been problematic. We have not yet been able to use this feature as intended. First and foremost, the customer support, account management and leadership teams are top notch. Anytime we have a question, a challenge or need guidance, they are very responsive. And their webinars are informative and timely. Second, they have partnerships with fantastic content providers. We have been very pleased with Go1 for content within Litmos and we also love having Blinkist as an additional resource for our teams. Out of the box, it's not the most intuitive interface. It's not bad by any means, but we wanted something that any level of employee could easily navigate and get to where they needed to go. Fortunately we were able to customize some of the platform which got us closer to that goal. A highly desired feature has finally rolled out to Litmos customers, which is the Custom Roles & Permissions option! We are a complex organization comprised of various personnel/departments with unique positions and responsibilities.
