What do you like best?

Quinyx enables me to directly follow the way in which the colleagues of mine and I worked as well as the way we spent the time. With Quinyx, it is very quick to request one day or even 2 off and I like the emails the mobile app sends me when something happens, something I have to understand and / or keep track of. I also love the point that I can quickly change my recorded absences as well as add or perhaps delete teams. It's the same for adding or perhaps dismissing employees. What do you dislike?

It often spills over into a different language, so you will find a great deal of screens before you become used to it. What do you like best?

Planning and drilling time summaries are also useful for analyzing retail labour costs, and the Quinyx analysis can be conveniently collected and linked to reports from various units and years within the same project. Planning is simple for professionals, and the design and long-term use of a standard calendar will help reassure workers. Some of the strongest qualities that improves the identity of the employer's brand is the willingness of workers to interact with their own jobs and create a more versatile workforce. SuperUsers ought to be totally focused on the Quinyx software and become advocates for their company. What do you like best?

As a manager handling most of my workforce from a distance Quinyx has made the biggest difference. It's very helpful to be able to create and maintain schedules on multiple workplaces at once. I get at quick overview of who is working where and when. The fact that the employees themselves can wish to trade shifts or show interest makes my job a lot more effective and my employees happier. Staffing mostly. As a manager handling schedule for over 25 workplaces each day, from a distance, Quinyx is absolutely crucial to me.

What do you like best?

The overview of the scheduled versus punched hours is a very helpful way of getting a better insight into the retail staff costs. You can easily get a report from Quinyx and compare this to different units or the same unit in different years. The way of scheduling is made easier for planners, a base schedule can be created and rolled out over a longer period to ensure stability for your employees. What do you dislike?

The SuperUser should be completely focussed on the Quinyx tool and be an ambassador within an organization. The most important task for such a SuperUser is to make sure that all features are being used to the maximum and that all departments that can benefit from the system are aligned. What do you like best?

To give the employees an easy mobile tool witch helps them in planning their spare time ahead. This, they can do from anywhere as long as they have internet-connection.

What do you like best?

Quinyx gives me a very good overview of time we have worked and how much vacation I and my colleagues have left at any given time. Using Quinyx it is very easy to ask for a day or two off, and I love the messages I receive on my mobile phone app when something happens and needs being taken cared of or followed up. I also like that it is very easy to change registered absences and add or delete shifts. The same goes for adding og deleting personnel.| Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Keeps resetting itself to another language, and there is at lot of screens to get acquainted with before you get used to the system. It is not a problem anymore to know how much spare time employees have left of vacation for the rest of the year. The employees gets easy access to their working hours via their mobile phone, and can punch in and out directly using their phone. They can also apply for leave directly through the app. Another great benefit of Quinyx is the quick and easy communication. What do you like best?

Easy to use, can reach all staff fast. We are offering our customers Premium taxi service, it is of utmost importance that we have knowledge of how many drivers are available in the future. What do you like best?

We just started implementing Quinyx in our organization and are off to a great start.

The system is user friendly and the acceptance among the users has been great so far.

I like the intuitive workflow of the deviation handling for the managers and the easy to learn app for the employees.The tools for analysis and cost calculation has been fast and accurate in our period of testing the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

With every new system there are some bugs and kinks that needs to be worked out, but there has been few and the ones we have encountered has been non-severe. One thing I’ve noticed is that the way graded sick leave is handled is a bit complicated. I am confident that the solution for this issue is right around the corner. What impact Quinyx will have on our work is a bit early to fully answer, but I look forward to having better integrations of our workforce management system in relations to our HR-system. What do you like best?

For us working as a HCM providor Quinyx is a perfect compliment to our customers. It's the most popular solution out there and it's very easy for our customers to integrate to so it's very easy for our customers to get a high value out of their HCM processes directly. Our customers is looking for a full HCM Suite and together with Quinyx our customers also get the possibility to get full control of their workforce management. Many of our customers needs to ensure a great way to plan for their employees and for the employees to get a higher level of flexibility to change hours. Det finns för många begränsningar i Q. Många onödiga klick. Alldeles för lätt att "sabba" schemat om man råkar röra ett pass i viss vy. att man inte kan koppla dokument i Q. (dvs att de ligger där och ingen annanstans) Att man inte kan fylla på ett utrullat schema med nya pass då rullas de gamla ut igen, (om man inte bygger ett nytt fast schema (Jag skulle vilja kunna göra ett tillägg i ett bef fast schema) Att jag inte kan lägga upp hur många personer jag vill ha i tjänst per timme en viss veckodag och utifrån det bygga ihop mina pass. Det är krångligt att lägga upp ett nytt schema och se om jag fått med alla timmar jag behöver ha för att fylla mitt behov av personal. att texten i qmail i appen är i ljusgrått - svårt att se. Att jag inte ser vilka andra som är mottagare av ett qmail som jag fått - som schemaläggare/superuser vore det bra då våra anställda ofta skickat till alla schemaläggare och sen aggerar vi på det allihop. Vore bättre om vi kunde se när nån annan svarar. att det inte finns ett fält på ett pass där vi kan skriva saker om aktuellt pass som bara vi ser - inte den som jobbat eller andra schemalagde personer. Dels att det finns funktioner som inte kan exkludera. T.ex. jag vill inte schemalägga någon över ett dygn och vill därför ta bort den möjligheten men har förstått från supporten att det inte går. Jag vill kunna schemalägga arbetsuppgifter så att man halvdag jobbar med något och halvdag något annat men då behöver personen stämpla in och ut när de byter pass vilket blir dumt. I find Quinyx to be a very complete service that lacks major drawbacks but for now we are in an transition period where we haven't recieved Quinyx Neo as of yet, and that puts certain limitations on what can be done, more specifically the limit of 1 fixed schedule per employee, other than that i have no issue/complaints. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

It simplifies everyone's life because you can create the shift and assigned them to staff, manage holidays and requested days off, control your labor and see if you are within your forecast.

After implemented it is a very useful tool to make the staff aware of their shifts and worked hours.

What do you like best?

My skills and academic background are Human Resources. Our business suffers a lot with sazonal factors that push us to adapt our human force in a weekly basis, and some times even day by day. To me, is amazing to have a tool that allows me to do this in a intuitive way. At the same time i get the warranty that all this adaptions and changes are processed with no human error or lost. In a simple way, with Quinyx, i swap between four or five excell sheets to an unique powerfull tool. What do you dislike?

Honestly, i didnt get yet to a point i could say that i didnt like something. This is a tool that has to suit and fit to a long range of different realities. There was one or other particulary aspect that i had to adapt the way quinyx works... and i cant say this is something i dislike but i have to accept that is not possible to any tool to suit 100% to our business particularities. What do you like best?

I personally like the scheduled staff tab on Quinyx as I'm able to see the daily percentage of our actual staff cost as per our actual sales. This helps us immensely in terms of hitting our targets as care home operators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that Quinyx doesn't let you print. For instance, if CQC were to ask to see our rotas for a given week, I would like to print straight from the Time tab rather than an excel version of the rota.The excel version does look a bit complex and the rota needs to be clear and simple as it is in the Time tab. I think making use of the Budget tab and inserting your expected sales over a coming month helps the managers of the homes when preparing rotas. They are able to see what the staff cost would be for one week and compare that to what is expected. Therefore they are able to move things around on the rota. What do you like best?

I like the thought of Always improving the system and the tasks you can do in it. To Think about the Daily users when setting Neo up so so good. It will make it easier and faster for the workers to do right.

What do you dislike?

The opportunity to be the one to change rules for what you need to fill in or the rules for what would give a warning and how the warning should be. Should it only be as a notifikation of the fault or are you not allowed to do the change. We as a Company should be able to choose some. What do you like best?

Its a clean design and its easy to use. You dont need to be an IT expert to use it and its a good way to work for both myself and our costumers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

Quinyx API is well documented, easy to use and allows us to integrate Quinyx with our reporting and forecasting solutions. Hourly forecasts (per scheduling unit) of sales/customers/etc. as well as optimal staffing based on this forecast can be pushed into Quinyx to support the scheduling process. Scheduled hours, worked hours, staffing costs, absences, etc. can be extracted from the API for more advanced reporting in BI tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

All features are not yet available in the new modern web interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Create shifts and schedule employees based on a forecasted optimal staffing (based on forecasted number of customers, sales amount etc.) to make staffing more efficient. Overall to make scheduling and WFM easier and more efficient for both manager and employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A bit too expensive, but from some aspects it is still worth it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do a calculation of how much money you put early into scheduling, include costs such as when things don’t go as planned and you need to correct them afterwards and etc. Then read on how Quinyx is used and see if it can help you lower the labor cost. As for a demo which is a good way to see all the features and how you could use them in your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Simplicity. Very good overall design of the program. Very easy to find everuthing that you need. Nice to look at and work witj Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Slow program. It can take some seconds to open up. It is also bad that i can not see 2 of our bank shops at the same time despite beeing a manager for both Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Easy to plan rota for months in advance, schedule every day people and choose how much schedule you want to post. Easy for staff to book holidays and days off and usefully when they need to contact management thru the app notifies when you have messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes have experienced that even if I am logged in and working in the program automatically it will log me out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scheduling meetings with my colleagues, liked when I have to contact one of my colleague and I find all the contacts and details I need. Easy to keep track of rota make notes. Kept me in touch with every day events Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
