**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

The schedule overview helps a lot with getting a clear understanding of everyone's availability. I have quite some flexibility as a manager to change the booked vacations of my team members if it's necessary. For example, in case they made some mistakes with a type of vacation or with its length.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

There are many things I don't need or don't fully understand. For example, many properties are only relevant for employees paid by working hours, and they are not that relevant for full-time employees who don't need to clock in and out during their working day. 
I also don't fully understand the unassigned shifts concept. I was told I could ignore them, but it'd be nice to know where they come from.
The dashboard is useless for me, and I'd rather have a Schedule as a home page.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hard to say. It's just a tool for me to handle the planning of the vacation days of my team members and ensure they are taken into account in the internal HR systems. I can't say that in my role, I can fully judge what business problems Quinyx solves.

It is a well rounded scheduling tool that handles all the legal sides of the business while being a reputable time and access system for payroll. On top of this features like Qmail allow engagement when necessary

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

Quinyx has designed a user-friendly platform that makes uploading and managing content easy. The layout of the platform also helps our users easily identify what they need to know and what they need to do on a daily basis. The Quinyx team is also very receptive to feedback and values the user's perspective. I can attest that I have seen some of my ideas and suggestions come into fruition on the platform, as the teams collaborate with all of their customers and make enhancements that will benefit the majority of their users.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

The future looks extremely bright with Quinyx and we are very excited to see the upcoming enhancements. I feel a lot of resources have gone into these enhancements and sometimes if we are dealing with a current bug or issue we have to wait for the enhancement to be rolled out in order to see a fix.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quinyx is solving our internal communications with our field associates. We are able to streamline communication and tasking processes through Quinyx.

I like how easy it is to adjust punches and shifts for my staff. I find that there are very little problems with the app or the desktop version of quinyx and it typically runs smoothly on good Internet.

There's very little I don't like about quinyx but I think ultimately I wish it were easier to adjust details about people.

It is so easy to navigate for both manager and employees. I get very little complaints from my staff about the use of quinyx. Sending important information to my team via quinyx makes life very easy.

i actually really love the color scheme, its easy on the eyes. Quinyx has a very simple and clean interface while i can still customize my settings. so far i havent had any complaints with it!

HOnestly not much, my opinion changes to more positive with every update

To get a fast and accurate view over the hours that is gonna be billed to workers and an easy overwiev over the budget

That hours in ATK and minutes isnt easy for workers to understand. 

Example: Worker has 50.50h ATK 

And is off 30 minutes with ATK.

In the system 0.5 is 30 min. So the workers get comfused.

The many flexible ways of creating solutions for our business, open API's makes Quinyx a very good tool for our scheduling.
It's simplicity for users, both employees, scheadulers and managers.

Sometimes there is no solution for our collective agreement, and sometimes to areas of usage collides.

We have the whole global company in one solution which creates endles possibilities for us to share knowledge, support eachother and get data that can be compared across the company. It also creates a familiar enviroment for our employees that allowes them to work in different parts of the company without learning to many new systems. Employees can also take more controll of their hours.

Being able to access Quinyx via the app to check and amend shifts is super useful. We have a variety of different shifts, so it's easy for the team (and myself!) to forget what which one we're working the next day. The app is also super reliable so I know I'll have no problems checking it when I'm on-the-go, and it allows me to make quick changes without needing to be on a desktop

There's really not much to dislike! If i had to pick something I would say needing to put underlying shifts for absence, but it's super easy to correct

Quickness and ease of creating and sharing rota's, notifying the team of any changes, the team being able to request time off without having to be at work, keeping track of costs

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

The compatibility with other services is great. How easy it is to export the payrolls for all units at once. The overview you get of all employee's schedules and their hours. That the employees get a good overview of their hours and updates of schedule in real-time. Easy to punch in/out from website, webpunch or mobile device. Great with multiple options. The support is fantastic, quick responses and very educated answers. Always friendly. The help docs are also very useful.
Easy to work with and to log in. I use it really often, like i log in at least 10 times at the day and i like that is always smooth, and its easy to intergrate and to be updated with the news.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

That you have to click so many times to get to where you want to go. Not always logical where to find certain reports/features/functions. Would like an option to change settings for all units at once, for example set the same geofencing radius for all units instead of doing it separately for every unit. Would also like to be able to search for an employee in all units, currently I have to search for a person in each unit if I have forgotten where they are placed.
On mobile phone is really hard to update shifts and to change them without to somehow change everything else.

Super simple to use, functions well and it looks great.... booking and managing shifts are easy... really like the easy way you request holidays and record time punches with the app. Good overwiev about every schedule and good about how to get everything you need at the same place.

Since we are used to reporting timestamps manually, it will save us alot of time to have everything being reported digitally. There is alot of functionality and will certainly cater to our needs. The Quinyx app will be used daily, and it is relatively simple to understand.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

You need to be invested in the training from Quinyx's end since being a complex system. If not, you might rely too much on the Quinyx support and managing the system yourself will be difficult, even with the helpdocs.

Solving the problem of having to go though time reports manually and checking for attendance in the same way.

Quinyx is a great way to allow the team to submit coverage and access their weekly schedule!

Having to republish the base schedule with every permanent schedule change can be quite time consuming

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

Employee scheduling is easy to use and adaptable to your store's needs. The costs tracker is very accurate and extremely useful.  I use the planner every day and can schedule months in advance.  Recently some new features have been added such as being able to drag and drop shifts which is excellent.  Since colleagues have had the Quinyx app I have never had any issues with people getting shifts wrong or missing communications.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

Holiday planning and reporting could be a lot more user friendly at a store level.  The Analytics and time tracker reports are clunky and inflexible. Once they are run, if you haven't used one of the filters correctly you  have to start over again. If a part time colleague applies for holiday this has to be deleted and re-created by manager in order to allocate the correct number of holiday hours.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quinyx has made the process of rota scheduling and costing a lot quicker and easier and that noticeably reduced the amount of time we have to spend on admin. The team are used to the app and engage with it, I don't have to worry about colleagues getting shifts wrong or missing a communication.

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

Quiynx is very easy for someone to pick up and learn with plenty of features to help you deal with holiday, sickness and abscence. Using it daily is very stress free and also easy to show others to also learn how the system works.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

Sometimes the copy feature to move shift's over can be a bit slow in response.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quiynx benefits me in being able to keep a tight schedule on holiday, sickess and absences by downloading reports easily. Also due to it being an app and accessble on my phone so when I receive Qmail either on the shop floor or out and about it's easy for me to tap and easily action what I need to do. The cost and hours balance is intuitive and helps me make sure I am always in line with employment costs with ease. Sickness and abscences Quiynx will also alert of me of trigger points meaning it is one less thing to keep track of as logging it into quiynx will notify you.

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

The ease of use to create rotas for a large working team, getting them rolled out so everyone can see them instantly is a great benefit to help run a successful business. from a staff point of view, it is great that they can request holidays and days off as they organise events in their lives, which then enables me as a manager to be able to build rota planning around this. It is easy to log in and obtain information quickly in order to help plan a day or week. Quinyx has become part of my life and I love using it as it makes my job at the start of the day easier.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

When holiday planning, it takes a long time to build a report to be able to see the whole teams holidays for the year, to be able to click on a staff member and have their uploaded holidays listed would be great, life changes and sometimes holidays need to do also and it would be great if this was quicker and easier to access.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since Quinyx was brought intot he business it has become an essentail tool as a manager in planning a daily rota from early in the day, seeing staff levels and times at a glance. This is also true to the weeks planning and I use it multiple times in the day to ensure that opening hours and any work scheduled outside of these hours is covered (I even find myself sometimes not putting a manager on the close when building a rota and rolling it out, to ensure my management team is engaging with this as a whole and not just looking at their own shifts). It has made rota's and shift attesting a more pleasureable experience and I find that even if working on this at home, it is no longer a chore, but becomes enjoyable.

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

Quinyx is a streamlined service that makes accessing a rota or work schedule one technology touch away. It's easy to adapt the service to your wants and needs with the various filters (ie. collapsing coworkers shifts so you can only see yours etc.) and the calendar view is a particular strong idea that really supports visual learners especially and can be rolled out across staff with ease.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

The app can be somewhat unreliable and prone to bug crashes, and the logging out can be frustrating, especially because autofill password on IOS is not available for the app. It's not ideal especially for part time staff whose shift pattern can vary.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rotaing can be a laborious task at times and Quinyx allows us to roll out schedules quickly and with ease. The desktop version is particularly helpful and can help maintain a work-life balance by offering this - I would be more likely to play around with scheduling if I was to use it predominantly on my mobile, which isn't ideal if you want to avoid taking your work home. By having a reliable desktop version of the site/app (which not all places do nowadays), I can leave work when I leave work as I'm less likely to go to the effort of logging in at home when i do not need to.

I appreciate the layout of monthly vs daily schedules and the ability to filter specific employees. The notifications before the beginning of the shift have been very much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

There is no calendar integration with apple calendar and no way for users to add their own availability on the app.

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

Notifications for staff when you change shifts, accept holiday etc is useful so you don't have to notify staff in person. For the level I use it it is generally very simple to use and not unnecessarily complicated.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

I don't always seem to recevei notifications when some staff request holiday, other times I do. It it is slightly clunky when changing between weeks, perhaps it could be quicker. I wish that employment budgets would update in real time when you change shifts, rather than having to re-load the week. I also wish holiday allowances gave the remaining holiday allowances as a fraction of what is avalilable- for example if somebody has 20 hours remaining our of a total allowance of 100 hours, it was writtin 20/100.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When shifts change it is a much more efficient process that they receive a notification so we don't have to tell staff individually. With previous payroll we had to physically print out a rota, its great staff can just look on their ophone. Previously if shifts changed we had to print out the rota again and give it to all staff, and there ended up being loads of different versions. Staff can no longer claim to be mixed up about what shifts they are working. Its easy to work out whether I am under or overspending on employment budgets.

Quinyx is very user friendly and allows me to manage all of my staff scheduling, holidays and budgeting in one place. I use this tool daily and all staff have access via the app where they can see future shifts, request time off or shift swaps with ease. I'd be lost without it!

I currently have no issues with using Quinyx.

Quinyx allows me to do all of the work needed for my budgeting, holiday planning and staff scheduling in one place. I can create a base schedule and then roll this out for however long I would like. All staff have acces to the schedules once I post them so I don't have to field questions about shifts as everyone can see them as soon as I publish them. All of these things save me valuable time.

Autonomy for Staff, they are in control of their requests. Also Quinyx makes it very unlikely that there will be any errors in booking shifts and time off.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

The layout when you set the screen to more than a week. I find it too compact and difficult to allocate days off by looking at the bigger picture.
There should be some way of modifying what you're looking at or the ability to print it would help.

It takes the pressure away from the Manager having to be the sole guardian of booking holidays and shifts. 
Costing elements are excellent also.

Its easy to see each individuals shift and what hours they are due to be working. This is made even easier on the left hand side which shows contracted hours and how many hourse over/under they are.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

Holiday allowance doesn't always update fully for the upcoming year. Be able to add lieu time onto existing shifts where a collegue has worked an additonal 30 minutes or more.

Its easy to see the full work week layed out in front of you and easy to spot where more staff are needed and what times.

holiday management can be a pain with having to manually add underlying shifts - I#d prefer a system thatautomatically included holiday in rota-ed hours. Otherwise fine!

Communication of scheduling among a fragmented part time workforce. Previously we needed lots of chasing up and keeping lists, but now it's a simple one stop solution to roll out the rota

I like being able to see all of my staff punching in and out. It allows me to always be able to go to one place and find their whereabouts or information.

I think Quinyx should make all members fill in all their information. So once a person is added to the system, they should be contacted and made to fill in emergency contacts, address, DOB etc.

Before I was having to change the borough every time I wanted to use it. But now that both my borough's have merged. I can see the whole workforce in one screen, it makes my task infinitely easier

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

I like that I can access my schedule, and also check the schedule of my coworkers. I like the ability to send a message within Quinyx, and the convenience of having it as an app on my phone. I love that I can easily open the app and check my days off or quickly apply for a day off if I am at home, or downtown, or somewhere other than work. The app is also very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

I dislike that sometimes it has taken up to five minutes for Quinyx to recognize that I AM in fact, at work. (using geofence). I turned off its ability to access my location unless I am using the app because when I went on vacation last year, I received a notification through Apple (my iphone) that Quinyx had checked my location 207 times in a three day period. 
I was on vacation. As in, not scheduled to work. There is no reason for Quinyx to be checking my location in the background if I am not signed in to work, or trying to sign in to work. Especially 207 times. That is not an exaggeration. 
I also dislike that if I take my lunch break at a different time than it is scheduled, signing back in half the time it says I am not scheduled to work, or else it says I am late for work.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quinyx makes it easy to figure out availability on the fly; if I am at church, for example, and someone asks me if I am available a certain day for a service project or something, I can open Quinyx on my phone and immediately figure out my availability, and apply for a day off if need be.

It is very easy to use. Creating rota's and costing at the same time is marvellous and time saving. Its great that all the team can see what is going on and communicate with me if needed.

Sometimes the system can be a little glitchy but that is maybe down more to our system rather than quinyx istself.

-It offers very organised and effective services with always reachable and fast customer care support.
-It helps me in my main duties such as;scheduling,booking and reporting vacations,sickness and also my staff punch in and out using this tool.
-Its automation has incredibly helped us reduce labour cost and time spent in scheduling.

-Nothing negative about this tool.Quinyx has a support line that helps when isssues arise.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-I have the possibility to have a quick look at the schedules of our over 150 shops and also the payroll process is very fast because of the data we get from the system is updated.
-The dashboards gives me a good overview of what's happening.'My workmates' feature helps me alot in finding my colleagues and contacting  them while 'working today' helps me to see who is at the office.
-The forecast part makes work easier for our store manager to make the schedules and at the same time see how effective the schedules are.
