It is clean and decently easy to pull in payroll. The integration directly into ADP's 401(k) portal is seemless and leads to 0 errors. **What do you dislike about ADP Workforce Now?** The customer service is a huge pain point. The chat feature is helpful for quick fixes but the dedicated customer service managers constantly are reassigned and unhelpful over the phone. Call time constantly have large wait times, usually with no help. **What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its a cost effective HRIS platform for midsized companies. ### 47. It manages our time and PTO properly, as well as out legal documents. **What problems is ADP Workforce Now solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can access our Tax forms anytime of the year from anywhere, it also provides a space to keep links to our work benefits. There is a PTO calendar that we can submit and our supervisors can approve or not these requests. ### 48.
