I find the system easy to use, and it offers customization options that fit my business needs. The reporting features are especially useful, allowing me to monitor sales and inventory in real time. I’ve also found their customer support team to be responsive and helpful, both during the initial setup and whenever I’ve needed troubleshooting assistance. The pricing structure becomes confusing when you start adding extra features, and the overall cost can increase rapidly. The system sometimes experiences glitches and relies significantly on a stable internet connection, which can be problematic during periods of downtime.
