I like the magic trip feature in TripLog because it automatically starts my trip when I drive, which is really convenient. I also appreciate that I can submit my trips for approval, and my manager can review them to let me know if I missed anything. TripLog gives me a preview of how much my mileage is expected to pay out, which is great when I'm waiting for my check. Additionally, I think the setup of TripLog was wonderful, and the support team was very helpful in sending us those magic trip buttons so our employees didn't have to manually log through the app. I do recommend TripLog greatly because it has improved our mileage reimbursement process and made it more accurate. I love the magic trip button. However, I wish that it would use more of the AI features or something like that to try to distinguish if I'm actually on a work trip or if I'm not. Because magic trip records every time I get in the car even if I'm going to my child's school that I go to every day. It automatically marks it as a business trip instead of personal. There magic trip constantly is failing for my employees, and they lose mileage reimbursment that way. TRIP LOG'S system deleted miles without ever being asked to do so, causing my techs to lose pay. The app crashed on my employees. Signing up takes a tag team of people. There customer support is awful, they never get back to you on things your put tickets in for, even when they day they will. TripLogs automated mileage tracking and receipt capturing have significantly increased the efficiency of our staff. Our account has occasionally seemed to be past due as a result of the automated payment functionality not functioning as intended. Although the support team was able to help us fix the problem, we hope that it wont come up again in the future. In particular, our automatic payment did not go through, therefore we had to manually settle our account. The system didnt recognise that autopay was activated till after that. It's a tool that makes our financial operations smoother and easier. It keeps us efficient and allows us to save time and increase productivity. We tried MileIG but it was really buggy and unreliable. Nothing is more frustrating than a tool that doesn't work properly or consistently. Our automatic payment was not automatic last time which caused our account to appear past due. I had to manually pay our account and then the system said autopay is on. the best thing about this system is that you have the magic tracker for mileage so it takes away your manual data entry so a great User experience
