The data integration post-enrollment, for data to feed from bswift into our HRIS was time-consuming, it took about 3 months to build out the data sets and integrate for a data feed into our HR system. This interactive program guides our employees through the enrollment process and offers recommendattions for specific needs by asking a few questions.
