There are a lot of advanced settings and editing employees info is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is hard to tell what the errors are, it just gives you a code. It is sometimes unintuitive when it comes to where some specific settings and actions are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that we can view all of our benefit options, and I find the system easy to use. It also integrates smoothly with Paylocity, which is very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There aren't very many trouble shooting options with bswift when problems occur or we have questions about something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bswift links into Paylocity which makes it easily accessible for employees and admin. You can add easily benefit documents on open enrollment videos that employees can easily review at home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The admin side of the software can be a little clunky, but overall is still very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the reporting is a bit too complicated, and sometimes overwhelming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it easily integrated with our HRIS so that all benefit premiums are accurate each payroll. Also was an easy open enrollment process. When we went through implementation, our implementation consultant was fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few things about the UX that I don't love and the reporting can be a little bit confusing but overall I would say it's pretty easy to use and figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was able to get up and running quickly for open enrollment, thanks to our broker, who helped with integration and setup. Easy to use for employees and to load data quickly for rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The data integration post-enrollment, for data to feed from bswift into our HRIS was time-consuming, it took about 3 months to build out the data sets and integrate for a data feed into our HR system. In the meantime, we had to upload deductions and manually make any changes in our HR system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not very user-friendly. Too many different steps to locate information, needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

that it lists all my benefits in one place, selection is easy and comparison is nice during the enrollment process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it could be more "bubbly" like cleaner looking and relatable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bswift offers a very flexible interface to help manage enrollment and management of even the most fully buffet style benefits packages. This can also include new benefits such as behavioral health and legal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The branding of the interface can be a little limiting. There are only certain places where you can put your company logo and color scheming. Better matching to more graphical elements and fonts would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoyed the "Ask Emma" feature of Bswift when enrolling for benefits for the year. This feature was not available previously and it was nice to know there was a tool to help me navigate what options were best for me and my family. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Finding providers wasn't as easy as signing up for benefits. I was taken to other new web pages and it would have been nice if it could all remain in one space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
