I appreciate the dashboard's visuals and how easy it is to navigate.

I found it frustrating that it was sometimes hard to find different pipelines when I was searching for existing candidates in the ATS.

The platform now features AI-driven personality insights from video interviews, an updated look and feel, and a new batch credit usage report.

Wide number of tests to build a great test battery.

Ease of use for both the business and the end user.

Some of the tests are quite similar to each other.

**What problems is HR Avatar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us sort through the massive number of applicants we received on a public job posting. Those who were serious took the employment test, and those who weren't, didnt. Once we had a pool of people who had taken the test, we had a pretty good idea who was going to be a good fit. After meeting applicants in person, we were able to confirm what HR Avatar had already shown us.

It was a daunting task bringing in people from a public job posting (a first for us), but we felt confident that the people we brought in to interview were up to par.

Ease of use, does not require major knowledge to run, extensive catalog of functions, excellent price-performance ratio, free trial is available

**What do you dislike about HR Avatar?**

The technical service takes a long time to respond and did not give me the right answer to solve my problem

**What problems is HR Avatar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the candidate selection process our staff had to conduct interviews and tests in person which meant an expense in paperwork and time, with HR Avatar we automated the process, the interviews were conducted virtually eliminating the expense of paperwork and improving the work time, the evaluation process in more effective and allows us to better highlight the qualities and skills of each candidate

This product is good because it allows us to see everything about the candidates such as their skills, their cons and their work experience. I like that and I also like the interface which is simple but functional.

I only had problems in the implementation but it was nothing serious for us.

HR Avatar for me is a great software that helps in general when hiring people for some positions and I have found it useful for its easy execution of its functions, excellent for investigating work experience, checking references, evaluating talents and being able to hire without any problems.

Selecting a candidate for a job became an easy and fast task, it gives us accurate results about the candidate's capabilities, easy to use and install, it offers a free trial which allows us to know the product's features

The interface is not visually pleasing, it could be more dynamic

We use it to conduct video interviews to avoid the expense of conducting interviews in the office, it gives detailed reports on the qualities and skills of each participant facilitating both the selection process and the assignment of jobs, to make the most of the skills of each applicant

The times I have used it I have especially liked the interactive features and the integration with out business processes. In addition to the ease of use and efficiency, I like that the customer service is very friendly and helpful.

No problems at all. Thats why I have no negative comments.

We are very happy with HR Avatar in general it is good to use it because it saves us time in hiring, provides us with a good user interface and we can check references, do video interviews and it speeds up the whole hiring processes.

Overall, I like this software because of how useful it is for identifyng the best candidates, it is simple and determines the right position for which we are applying. I also like that I can navigate through its functions easily and without complications.

HR Avatar works perfectly but on certain occasions we had some problems with the results of the candidates.

This product solves the problems of determining which are the best candidates and evaluating them, it is also useful for talent assessment, reference checking and works very well most of the time we use it.

I have liked it since I implemented it because of its functions of being able to challenge the candidates skills and evaluate their performance to see if they are at a good level. I also like the interface and the analysis and troubleshooting area.

HR Avatar is excellent for finding candidates specialized in the areas we need. I like how easy it is to use and it offers good features for recruiting and I love hiring the rigth candidates.

**What do you dislike about HR Avatar?**

The interface is old. However, this is not a problem and does not affect performance. But I hope that someday it will be more modern.

My experience with this tool is incredible because I save a lot of time using it, as it is excellent for recruitment, test administration, effective evaluation of our clients and testing their skills.

What I liked the most was that it is accessible from anywhere as long as there is an Internet connection. I also loved the test catalog and simulations, as well as the notifications that indicate when the candidate finishes the test.

I have no cons, just small bugs but nothing serious at the moment.

HR Avatar is the best choice for finding the right candidates. It is generally useful and we always use it for hiring and video interviews.

Being able to assess candidates' skills and have a general sense of their personal abilities saves time and focuses interview efforts. Easy to use. Has a number of features that help us capture candidate information needed, It has been easy to integrate with out existing recruting process.

It can be cumbersome to put together a battery of assessments that do not have redundancy to capture all needed skill levels.

HR Avatar solves the problem of pre-screening applicants to find the ones who are most-qualified and eligible for interviews; saving us approximately two hours per candidate.

I like it because I can make good decisions for example for positions like E-commerce Stock Control and it has been the best because we interviewed and always found the right person for the position.

I like the ease of use of this platform with good features, it is also useful for evaluation and it is very intuitive and easy to use. On the other hand, I liked how easy it is to evaluate levels and hire condidates for our organization.

We used HR Avatar to minimize the time of work for the recruitment of personnel, the extensive test catalog was a salvation for our staff saving time and improving the profitability of the company, the test results are received in a short period of time speeding up the selection of personnel

This product is easy to use and provides a good way to evaluate candidates and check references. I liked the quality of the contract and that it provided and easy way to leverage strengths and save time.

My only dispapointment is that I cant find a way to change the language.

HR Avatar is great because it helps you gather information to find good potential candidates in an easy way, we can do video interviews, reference checks and all that in one easy to use place.

We like the versatility of HR Avatar - being able to customize questions for large groups of applicants or customize for specific roles. Our support team at HR Avatar has been helpful as well! We really enjoy the flexibility of HR Avatar that allows us to use 'advanced mode' or 'simple mode' on the platform.

**What do you dislike about HR Avatar?**

Some settings and display options in the system are a bit difficult to learn at first. Our support team is always happy to help when we get stuck though!

I like the flexibility and its talent acquisition and data management features, and I love interviewing remotely.

Perhaps the user interface could be improved a bit to modernize it.

We use this amazing system for talent acquisition data management and I personally like the way it works and helps us make the right decisions by conducting talent assessment and hiring in the best way.

We use HR Avatar for computer literacy skills, customer service, leadership, and emotional intelligence evaluations.  I like the interview guide provided after the evaluation is scored.  The evaluations can be monitored or non-monitored to prevent from potential candidates from having someone else take an assessment for them.

**What do you dislike about HR Avatar?**

I wish it was a little more customizable, but that is a pie in the sky request.  Otherwise, I have no dislikes.

HR Avatar saves me time in doing reference checks and also ease in administering assessments quickly.

The "whole person" approach in assessment. Assessments are easy to set up, and uncomplicated for the test-taker. Pricing model is great - pay for what you need only. Very easy and quick to add to our account in a pinch.  I've had great customer support when I needed it.

The name? I love the product but the name always feels a little silly.

Assisting in the applicant screening process. Helps ID applicant strengths to set-up more focused interviews.

I like this software that stands out for its ease of use. I like the start-up and simplistic interface and I also take advantage of its assessment, recruitment and video interview features.

**What do you dislike about HR Avatar?**

In some cases I had performance problems.

In general, this tool ends up being useful to determine which candidates are serious and qualified and are suitable for the required position. In the end, it solves hiring problems.

**What do you like best about HR Avatar?**

I love that HR Avatar intergrates with our ATS to make it easy to review scores. Also being able to review their pics gives us assurance on who is completing each assessment.  Also the break down in each compentency assist us in making sure the candidates will be the right fit depending on the HM's needs.

**What do you dislike about HR Avatar?**

Early this year how the score was calculated changed, and I reached out because I noticed that candidate scores had dropped drastically. I was told that it was a "weighted score" versus an overall average and that how the scores are calculated are reevaluated and changed from time to time.  This threw off how we review scores and caused us to have to manually calculate scores to get a true average.  And recently I realized the scores went back to a normal calculation. I think when these changes are implemented it would be good to have a notification instead of just noticing and having to research it myself. It also caused additinal work for my team. 
Another issue is does HR Avatar take into consideration changes in the workforce in regards to scoring Tenure.  Post pandemic we see alot of candidates that have been in contract and temp assignments over the past few years and this drops their tenure score, and ultimately their overall average.

**What problems is HR Avatar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While its not currently solving a problem, it is assisting with a need to score candidate behaviors.

After some testing of HR Avatar and its implementation in the human resources department, I have to highlight how well-designed the training test program is, offering great variety for use in hiring new prospects. The option to collect essays written by the candidate seems to me an excellent feature since, with this, we can evaluate what the future employee thinks and why we should hire him or her. The interview option is perhaps the most important of this service, since here we see the candidate and know what has motivated him or her to want to take the tests to work with us. I would also like to highlight the user interface, the customization it has for the creation of surveys, and any support material needed for the evaluation of qualified personnel.

**What do you dislike about HR Avatar?**

The initial setup can be tedious, especially for people who have not used an HR program; however, after the initial setup, it is very easy to use, and I think anyone can access it. I would like more customization options for the interface; there have been no updates in this regard, and I think they need a new and more eye-catching look.

**What problems is HR Avatar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had some problems in the recruitment area since we did not have an effective human resources area, but thanks to this program, we have been able to select excellent candidates for positions needed in our work environment. The pre-made tests have saved us time in designing questions for the candidates since HR Avatar practically offers everything for the evaluation within their service. We are able to test skills through the options they offer and conduct video interviews to determine who can take a place in our company.

Better decisions on candidates to hire; simple, accurate, and detailed reports; reliability in screening candidates as it can determine where candidates are having problems to deal with and also shows potential risks in hiring the candidate; the assessment reports are incredibly accurate; and the suggested interview questions are very well done and easy to use from the user's point of view. I like that the results are immediate, and we get suggested interview questions to dig deeper into areas of concern.

Some problems with the results of the candidates not being displayed are that the price of each test can be very expensive, there are not many tests  available to assess the candidate's skills, and I would like to see the program results in more detail. It would be easier to go through many assessments at once without having to click on each one. The simulation should be improved to suit the profession.

Administering pre-employment testing prior to interviewing has been by far the best HR decision, helping us achieve those goals by reducing turnover and improving the skills and culture for all types of roles in our organization. It has allowed us to create assessments that help us determine risk factors for each candidate. We have been able to guide our candidates through the interview and onboarding processes.

It should be noted that it offers a complete testing service allowing for better selection of future employees when hiring; the option that candidates for a position can record themselves answering questions to see their training is excellent. The opportunity to create scripts for virtual interviews and to customize them is another advantage that I find to hravatar; there is a beautiful organization having access to catalogs of tests to organize who fails and who wants the best candidates.

The tests are not infallible; candidates may take the tests and get lousy results. However, if hired, they can perform good functions; I think it does not take the emotional factor; in some cases, for the interviews, the service may have errors, resulting in delays that harm the hires.

It is always necessary to have new ways to hire new employees; it brings advantages for the human resources area allowing to speed up the interviews for hiring. However, I do not consider it an essential product since it prevents some critical issues.

**What do you like best about HR Avatar?**

I really liked have verifiable data and information about potential candidates. I like having secondary or supportive data to inform hiring decisions, particularly when it comes to character and behavorial factors. I liked that the service asked for photo verification and double checked IP addresses to prevent fraud (which it did catch on a few occassions. It was easily usable and high functioning in volume. We used for nearly every interview so we were able to use it often. When we do have a problem, customer service did reach out and help, but the integration with ADP was not adjustable.

**What do you dislike about HR Avatar?**

The results of the two assessments we primarily used were not well explained. I do not know how to interpret average or above average results. As a practioner, I was not able to review any direct responses or any of the questions asked - just simply given results. A clearer picture of each result and what they meant would have gone a long way. The integration with ADP was troublesome also. It was a very inconvenient work around that caused outages and log-in errors.

It helped us gather and support hiring data to make informed screening decision about candidates for our entry-level positions. It performed well with little errors, and allowed us to assess candidates in a meaningful way without relying solely on a behavorial interview.

Writing an essay during the test is quite cumbersome and would take up users time making trhe test longer than necessary. This can impact candidate willingness to take test thereby reducing our pool as recruiters.

As a  recruiter, candidates are more likely to take test when the questions are more function specific rather than general knowledge based especially when dealing with mid level and senior candidates. HR Avatar can speed up the screening process, especially for online applciants (compared to the previous onsite paper-and-pencil test). It has the available battery of tests to assess competencies of applicants for the vacant job.

Many variations of testing, ease of use, and the availability of many services in one platform

**What do you dislike about HR Avatar?**

The recent update that we need to copy paste the URL/link and send to the applicants if we are using a multi-administration link.

**What problems is HR Avatar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of sending reference check, and consolidation of results. It maximizes our time so we can do other things.
