Maybe it's their internal systems or processes, but the staff could not resolve various issues: there were errors on my enrollment and other forms; the staff had to do manual workarounds on documents with PII; my account manager left the company and no one told me until I escalated the matter as my emails/vmails went unanswered. I've worked w over a dozen benefits brokers in my 25 yr mgmt career and have not seen these many issues w one firm. I had to escalate to VP level and then to the CEO of the company before any headway was accomplished. Geez !!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
