If you call in the middle of the day and request a callback, if they don't get to you before the end of the day, you never receive a callback.
If you send them a message or letter, they often simply don't respond.
Agents aren't empowered to take steps toward the resolution of a problem. Instead, they file a ticket and let you know that within a week or two, you'll get a follow-up. A follow-up that, in my experience, never actually occurred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
