Simply Merit provided absolutely exceptional support that was instrumental in helping our team meet a very tight deadline. Their customer service is truly the best I have ever experienced—they acted as a genuine partner, patiently guiding me through every step and resolving all my concerns.

User Adoption: Managers found the system remarkably easy to use, and the budget feature was particularly valuable.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

It took me sometime to understand how the system functioned. It was not a easy Plug and Play! My ultimate 'blue sky' wish would be to have certain features automatically synced with the system—for example, performance ratings, automatically feeding updates like salary changes, new hires and terminations straight from the HRIS! While these are 'dream big' improvements, I don't want it to take away in anyway from all the positives Simply Merit has to offer.

Simply Merit helped us move away from spreadsheets. Need I say say more?

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

I really like SimplyMerit for its dynamic importing, which is great because it allows us to have more context and ensures information is accurate when it gets into the system. The support team is also very helpful. They don't just offer standard answers; they really listen to our feedback and help us in whatever way they can. It's refreshing, and we truly appreciate that. Additionally, the platform helps us with enhanced communication and management of our merit processes, and the insights report created each year is interesting and useful. The letters they provide for employee communication are largely customizable, allowing us to share information the way we want. I am impressed by their frequency of updates they make based on feedback and their curiosity to make a better product. SimplyMerit makes it easy to interface with other systems, and the onboarding process was smooth, thanks to their support team.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

I think some of the customizability can be enhanced a little more. Being able to globally manage a few more things rather than individually or at a team level would be beneficial. Do so would be very useful to the way we process, and might be something that could help us do a more effective job.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SimplyMerit for effective communication during merit processes and to evaluate compensation practices. It provides customizable letters for clear employee communication, dynamic importing for accurate data handling, and a great support team to help streamline tasks and save time.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

The ease of reviewing data and allowing managers the autonomy to make proposals.  The process made it easy for executives to view their entire team and make approvals and/or suggestions.  Allowed HR to oversee entire process company-wide. The support by the SimplyMerit team provides quick, friendly and educated responses and assistance.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

I do not have any dislikes, the system worked well for our organization and met our needs. One area we would like to enhance is on the bonus calculation to avoid having to uploads and download multiple times for final calculations. We look forward to using again during our next merit and bonus cycle.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved the problem of manually processing proposals in spreadsheets.  The benefits have been ease of manager input, executive approvals and admin access to review, change and download in preparation of updating our HRIS and payroll systems.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

The name says it all.  Although it's simple to use, the functionality is impressive -- giving us everything that we need.  It is also flexible enough to make edits as needed.  The ability to produce confirmation statements for each employee is great. Implementation was a breeze. Customer Support is very responsive and very knowledgeable of the product. Uploading and downloading information is very easy.

I see no downside, we have had great success with this product and the team at MorganHR

Our HRIS does not offer this critical functionality. We feel extremely lucky to have found SimplyMerit.

My company had a great experience with the simply merit system and team!

We have just under 2,000 employees and was nervous about how we were going to navigate our first merit planning tool. The Simply Merit customer service team was amazing! Every time I had a question, big or small, they always got back to me extremely quickly. Excited to continue using this system!

None that i can think of! They are great to work with.

SimplyMerit is a low cost, highly customizable solution for merit and bonus planning and payment.  The system allows us to customize merit and bonus allocations, as well as helping with meeting budget and providing an audit trail of approvals.  The individualized letters that managers can access directly to provide to their team members saves our HR team time.  Simply Merit also provide incredible customer support!  And we wouldn't have been able to implement without the security features that were required by our company.

I honestly haven't had any challenges - it's provided what we need.

It's an easy to use, customizable system that can handle how our merit and bonus programs are structured.  The customized, individual letters were also a big feature for us.

Ease of configuration.  Intuitive for end users and HR admins.  Customer support/responsiveness from the team.  Ease of distribution of award letters right in the tool.

Really nothing.  We do have a fairly complex bonus system that we had to get creative with configuration to do but it worked out and they were a great resources to help us figure out options.

SimplyMerit is easy to use for HR and managers. The support we receive from the SM team is A+++++! They regularly make updates and add new features that are of great value to us.

Would love to be able to directly connect our performance management system with SM to sync ratings across both systems.

We save an amazing amount of time using SM versus spreadsheets and don't have all the issues that come with multiple iterations of spreadsheets.

The user interface is very easy to use and it is very customizable.

In order to update certain fields, you have to complete an import to override current information. Would be nice if you could edit directly in the interface.

In the past, we created manual spreadsheets with passwords, locked cells, etc and then would ask managers for updates. We were also creating letters via mail merge.

I find SimplyMerit very easy and intuitive to use. It helps us roll up our merits and makes viewing them straightforward. I appreciate that it tracks our ratings and our dollars efficiently. The system allows us to make necessary changes based on budgets and is effective in holding managers accountable. The initial setup of SimplyMerit was very easy.

I use SimplyMerit to manage merits for 600 employees, moving away from Excel. It's easy to use, tracks ratings and dollars, allows budget-based changes, holds managers accountable, and simplifies merit roll-up and viewing.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

The setup was fast and the support was excellent - this was critical because our merit launch date was quickly approaching. Time constraints meant that we weren't able to provide training managers, but we received feedback from many of them that the tool was easy to use!

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

Data was easy to download but somewhat cumbersome to reformat for analytics, especially with multiple currencies. I know the SimplyMerit team is looking to build out that part of the tool.

The flexibility within the tool is incredible. The SimplyMerit team is super-responsive and works closely with you to accommodate your organization's needs.

There isn't anything that we don't like.  Like any other system you have to get used to it - but the logic is easy to pick.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

SimplyMerit was incredibly helpful to our compensation team. It saved us a significant amount of time—no more Excel spreadsheets being sent back and forth with our leadership team.

We were able to provide managers and above with direct access to enter merit increases, have them reviewed by their leaders, and allow for suggestions, approvals, and declines—all within a single system.

Our leadership team found a lot of value in the compa-ratio data, which even led us to develop a course on how compa-ratio plays a key role in our compensation decisions.

The ability for our VPs and CEO to easily view their budgets and ensure they were staying on track was especially helpful.

Neil, Alex and Stacy have all been a huge help to make SimplyMerit work for our organization!

If you're looking to move away from spreadsheets and into a more streamlined, efficient solution, SimplyMerit is an excellent choice.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

Needs easier way to delete team members that are no longer active
Needs more than 1 primary admin option (maybe 3 primary admins that can view everything on the configuration page) and regular admin that can only view certain options.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s really helped cut down on all the email back-and-forth. Now, if a leader has a question, they can just reach out about a specific item and we can go through it together. Plus, it’s a huge relief knowing the data I upload won’t get changed or messed with.

SimplyMerit provided us with a one-stop solution for our annual compensation cycle.  Imports were a breeze, set up and mapping were intuitive, and the platform provided us with the flexibility to make changes that best support the unique needs of our organization.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

- The tool is very easy to train leadership and managers on and provides a simple experience without overwhelming them. We received extremely positive feedback on the ease of use of the software for our end users.
- Their Customer Service is outstanding. Whenever we ran into issues with our data or had questions, their responses were quick and throrough. The training team was also amazing and super helpful.
- There are a lot of features that are customizeable that we didn't initially expect. Proration and allocation were made very simple and saved us a ton of time and manual calculation.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

- This is an evolving platform and their Support Team is very communicative on what they are working to improve and where the tool is going. There can be improvements in the areas of data imports and exports to make it easier and more customizeable. It can be intimidating at first but does not take long to get the hang of.
- It would be nice to see more integration or ease of translation between HRIS systems. This has been mentioned as part of their eventual roadmap so hopefully there are strides made as this would save even more time in the data cleaning process.

A large portion of our merit process was previously handled within an Excel spreadsheet for a large number of employees across different legal entities. Being able to use a centralized software as easy as SimplyMerit has saved us a ton of time and frustration.

I love SimplyMerit! Very easy and user-friendly to use as an admin, plus our managers love how simply and direct it is.

I haven't found a downside yet, after using it for 5+ years.

No more back and forth approval emails - it's all in one place! It's also very easy to upload data from a separate HRIS, as well as easy to download reports and performance letters. Distributing performance letters to  managers is so easy now, just one click on the site and they can download their own. Much better than sending out close to 100 emails to managers with the letters for their direct reports.

SimplyMerit could work on their options for the set up of equity when you have guaranteed ratios between types of stock. But that is a very specific request.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

Simply Merit covers the vast majority of scenarios that most organizations utilize. It includes Merit, Promotions, Equity and lump sum payments. This system was able to handle 99% of our requirements and our managers found it very easy to use. The support team including Neil and Stacy were always very helpful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

My biggest critique of Simply Merit is that importing data from ADP into Simply Merit is not as seamless as other systems I've worked with. While you can pull your ADP data into Simply Merit via an import, I would have liked to see this be accomplished through a more hands-off approach such as a overnight file feed. I would also warn users that if you are utilizing ADP fields for purposes other than what those fields were designed for, you may need to make some adjustments to your data before importing into Simply Merit.

Simply Merit allowed our organization to upgrade from a manual spreadsheet-based merit process to a fully electronic process, which helped us to empower our managers to make appropiate decisions regarding merit increases.

SimplyMerit helped us get away from managing our merit & bonus cycle on spreadsheets.  Having the information laid out for managers to view their entire organizations, with all the data points necessary to make decisions, plus the real time changes and approvals was a big timesaver for us.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

The configuration and data uploads process was tricky at the start, with not having familiarity of the product and how the data we import would translate into the platform.  It took several tries with the employee salary history and the incentive plans, before we got it how we wanted to portray it.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SimplyMerit allowed us to move off a spreadsheet managed process, that was very manual and despite being a shared file, was always at risk of having data overwritten.  SimplyMerit allowed our managers to have access to their teams with HR delegates having the ability to provide guidance when needed.  The roll-up approval process and the ability to manage within budgets saved us a considerable amount of time.

Ease of use, budget is always displayed, and management can easily see recommendations and make changes throughout the process.  I like the ability to process multiple transactions simultaneously, Merit and multiple bonus types.  Communicating with employees is easy; using the letter feature for merit and bonus allows the manager to print and present a letter to each employee.   The customer support is outstanding!!!  Always friendly and very helpful no matter what the question is.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

I wish there was a search feature in the Manager Activity section.   I don't like having to continue to click next or guess which page my manager may be on in the event I need to resend an invite or check if the invite has been accepted.

No more Excel or manual processing.  Managers stay informed throughout the entire process.

I liked how quick we could get the system up and running. We could arrange the fields how we wanted to and upload any custom data fields we needed. Being able to pull the data was also helpful.

The biggest dislike we had was with the final merit statements. Either this is how it is or we just didn't have time to research it fully, but we could not create a dynamic statement.

Coming from a traditional spreadsheet to manage our year-end process, SimplyMerit made the transition to a tool easy and effective. The overall design has a similar look and feel that we were used to with an excel spreadsheet and allowed us to customize for our organization. The tool is simple enough that everyone at different levels can easily allocate merit and bonus dollars while keeping a pulse on their entire organization/team. Beyond the capabilities of the tool, the overall service we receive from the SimplyMerit team is great! They are timely, and truly have the customer at the heart of everything they do.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

One challenge we have is that the tool does not configure with our current HRIS, Paylocity. This results in additional work for the HR team to export and import the information.

Using SimplyMerit we have streamlined the entire process and reduced the manual tasks associated with the annual review cycle. This allows the HR team to be more intentional in the training and guideance provided to leaders.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

The user interface is very easy to use for managers and requires very little training on behalf of those administering the system. The administration portion of the system behind the scenes allows for a lot of self-service, which is very nice to be reactive to changes and manager requests versus needing to rely on system administrators to make minor changes. Being able to batch upload data, from all fields to just a few is extremely slick and there are fantastic controls to not allow any fields to be uploaded from the template if even one field has issues. This limits the need to fix issues one-by-one iteratively. If you want to get out of Excel and provide your employees with a simple interface for planning annual increases and other compensation rewards, look no further!

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

Some of the system steps required quite a bit of assistance from the company's system experts, such as the notification letters, but they are extremely responsive making this not much of a negative. The system's manager interface can be a bit cumbersome with losing the headers if they have more than 20 direct reports, but should managers really have that many direct reports? I wish there was an option to not allow managers to spend beyond their budget controlled by the system, but this is ultimately able to be managed by training on the budget process.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No need to pass spreadsheets back and forth or require managers to calculate employee salary placement in range on their own. Recommended increases are also able to be embedded in the tool requiring fewer offline supporting materials for managers to make fully informed compensation decisions. It additionally allows clear monitoring in real-time how the organization is spending allocated budgets, which includes a system approval from next-level managers.

- minimalist UX/UI; in other words: very user-friendly, easy to navigate, neutral colors so it's easy to review data; when things are flagged or if a budget is over the alloted amount, it is shown as red text which is easy to see against the neutral color palate
- information is shown in easy to understand columns and rows, breakdown of calculations are shown and easy to understand
- manager friendly! easy to train non-HR personnel on how to use. Literally took about 30 minutes to train everyone; with any new platform implementation, we expect to get dozens of questions from managers. But the system is designed so well that we got only a handful of questions from managers
- customer support: superb! shoutout to Neil Morgan and Austin Keller. They really gave us white-glove service that continued even AFTER the contract was signed. (shocking, right?). After implementation, if we had any questions, they were quick to respond and always happy to hop onto a video call. 
- customizable based on how our company operates
- generates letters to employees with smart fields that can be customized on the template; there is also an option to send those letters directly to employees through the system
- lighting fast to implement! did it within two weeks! this is outstanding compared to other platforms I used in the past. It would take multiple months to implement on top of COUNTLESS meetings between us and the Account Manager
- option for managers to add comments

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

- while compensation letters can be generated and sent to employees directly through SimplyMerit, there is no "signature" feature. Would love to see some kind of integration with Docusign or Adobe Sign in the future

SimplyMerit was utilized for our merit process this year.  The system is easy to use and accomodating to various modes of compensation (merit, bonus, stock, etc.). The ability for managers to go in and make their recommendations and the ability to have real-time data is awesome, especially if you have had to use a spreadsheet to manage a merit process.  Our managers made many comments on how easy the system was to use and how intuitive it was. I also received very positive comments on how smoothly and seamless the process was compared to other years. The analytics and reporting is very robust. We were able to provide compensation letters to our employees very easily and the presentation was excellent. We have a very complex merit process and the staff at SimplyMerit were amazing.  We had a lot of asks, needed a lot of hand holding, and had many last minute changes.  We were always met with a smile and an answer to our needs.  The customer service was fantastic.  I would highly recommend SimplyMerit if you are looking for a stand alone system to facilitate your year end merit and bonus process. You will not be disappointed and it is worth the spend which is very reasonable for the service provided.

Would have liked to have a freeze pane feature so that when you scroll right you could still see the employee name.

We solved the problem of passing around and managing an excel spreadsheet for a merit process that encompassed over 3,000 employees.  This reduced our security risk, overall time spend and reduced errors. Our managers were happy with the process.  Employees received compensation letters.  The reporting was excellent and allowed us to see an analysis of our data.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

SimplyMerit was extremely easy to set up. We did not use the direct link from our HRIS to SimplyMerit and instead imported a report, but the process was almost too easy and their how-to guides walk you through the fields needed. Once imported, you can start setting up the system right away.

SimplyMerit has some of the best customer support I have ever received from a vendor. They consistently give proactive feedback and suggestions, respond immediately to any errors or questions, and go the extra mile in every regard to make sure you and your pay planners have the best possible experience.

The compensation/bonus statements came out great and we got lots of compliments from employees and leadership. No errors at all as the information is pulled directly from the software. Tens of hours of time saved!

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

There was a limited amount of custom fields, it would have been nice to have a few extra when setting up the merit/bonus statements.

The system can be a bit tricky to navigate for pay planners who have multiple reporting lines, but SimplyMerit does have "Help" videos and guides that come up addressing this.

**Recommendations to others considering SimplyMerit:**

Really great system if you are just moving away from Excel. It was fantastic to see their budget update in real time and employees enjoyed the system despite the huge amount of change management.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We (finally) got away from Excel for merit planning. This saved hours of our HR team and leadership's time as they did not have to consolidate different versions of excel documents and waste time creating formulas. We also did not have to create several templates for different countries, bonus types, etc. for our yearly reward statements.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

The flexability that the application allows.  The initial set-up was extremely easy and manager liked how simple it was to use on their end.  Even though the system wasn't able to complete work with our bonus plan as structured SimplyMerit helped with a way to get it done.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

At times having to upload all data and or updates can be time consuming.  Everything in the system however works as advertised.  There are little improvements I would like to see around notifications and approvals.  Also the ability to make some corrections without having to upload a file.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SimplyMerit didn't solve a problem but is an application that allows for flexibility and user friendly.  The application has allowed the company to get all of the benefits of other applications at a great value.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

Loved that it was a live system allowing multiple users at the same time. This allowed us to move away from managing spreadsheets and keeping version control.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

No at-a-glance dashboard to show how much was spent on merit, promotion, and adjustments. We exported the data and created a dashboard.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working through the budget setup. SimplyMerit could not split out the merit & promo/adjustments budget and then provide the total roll-up.
We can see a total % increase and total dollar increase by person when the data is exported. 
Is there a better way to identify ineligible employees, while still leaving them in the budget 

Benefits realized - Overall, we saved numerous hours managing /combining spreadsheets to calibrate with managers and then rolling it up. The tool was intuitive and easy to train managers. SimplyMerit customer support was very responsive and helpful.

The only thing I can think of is that we are unable to create the letters on our own. But customer support is very fast with producing the letter templates.

We were able to upload all necessary data such as prior compensation history and compensation bands, which allowed managers to make informed decisions for their team. The support we received was responsive and we were able to provide comprehensive training prior to inviting managers. Overall the team found SimpleMerit to be a helpful tool and relatively intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

Equity, bonus, and salary are all split out on different tabs, so some managers needed additional coaching to ensure they completed all three sections. We wished there was some additional flexibility around locking certain cells, for example, we loaded in market adjustments that we did not want managers to be able to edit, but we could not lock the field. It was relatively simple to cross-check throughout the cycle but I think having the ability to control what fields can be edited and what fields are locked (market adjustments, performance ratings, etc.) would be a nice to have feature.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less reliance on spreadsheets, more control over locking data, streamlined approval process. In addition to what we hoped to achieve, we were also able to improve manager understanding of compensation bands.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

The customer support and responsiveness has been really great.

In terms of user interface it is very intuitive and easy for our managers to use and a huge step up from a spreadsheet-based process.

We always get our questions answered very quickly, even if the answer is "we can't add that functionality at this time". I've used other platforms where they either overpromise on functionality / customization or give unclear timeframes as to when things can be changed / added. This can make planning and designing a compensation process extra difficult given the training/communication aspects to managers of using a tool.

With SimplyMerit, I find they can often accommodate customization requests and if they can't, they are clear about it.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

The tool is still mostly geared toward merit. For a company that fully utilizes bonus and equity planning cycles, those functionalities are not as fleshed out as the merit portion is.

Very minor items like not being able to lock the scrolling when you have many fields in the planning panel was an issue for some managers.

**Recommendations to others considering SimplyMerit:**

Given the relatively low cost, what they can do, and the level of customer support and engagement, I would recommend SimplyMerit to any smaller sized company looking to step up from a manual/spreadsheet based approach.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our goal is for managers to have more ownership and for planning to go down to the first line manager. SimplyMerit has greatly moved the needle for our company in that respect. Our first year (without a tool), almost all planning was held to the Director/VP level. We've managed to increase participation and ownership for planning and decision making with each cycle we've used SimplyMerit for. 

In addition, this has greatly reduced the manual and administrative work that was required previously including tracking multiple spreadsheets and versions and creating mail merge letters for employees. The tool makes changes up and down managers' levels very easy.

The team that sold us SimplyMerit implemented it! Everything they promised was delivered & with white-glove service (not all HR systems can do that even though they promise it!)  They were there in the details with me during implementation as an extension of our HR team.  I was also impressed with how quickly it was implemented!

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

I can't think of anything!  It was incredibly customizeable.  The only thing I can think of (which is more an issue of our internal team) is that I wish I could auto-approve everything at once because our managers aren't the best systems users and I had to go through and approve several for them.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We haven't found a system that actually did what we needed (layered market adjustment, promotion, merit increases together but kept them and reported them separately)  Other tools just werent customizeable enough for us.  Simply Merit is really Simple.  All other comp tools are just too convoluted to solve the real issues that HR pros are facing.

Straightforward, intuitive, and easy to learn.  I was very impressed with all interactions I have with SimplyMerit's team.  Their initial presentation was probably the most clear and straightforward meetings I've had in recent memory.

I have no issues.  Everything went as promised and we had no issues with any calculations.

Annual bonus and merit payouts to over 350 employees.  Allows solid documentation and eliminates the likelihood of human error with spreadsheets.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

It was a simple and easy implementation. Also, managers were easily able to navigate the tool with minimal assistance from Human Resources. SimplyMerit provided documented instructions on how to implement the tool and tutorials for managers. It was great having those resources available rather than having to reach out to SimplyMerit for help. When I did need help from SimplyMerit, the team was always readily available. I was able to rely on them for technical support.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

It would have been great if the tool could allow managers & employees to sign their merit letters electronically.

**Recommendations to others considering SimplyMerit:**

SimplyMerit does everything you need to increase the dollar or percentage amount for merit, bonus, stock options, and stock options. I have implemented other tools before and implementation support was always challenging to receive. SimplyMerit was always readily available to connect with me over video or phone to assist me with any technical issues I had. If you have limited time to implement a merit tool, little time to provide training to managers, and a limited budget, then SimplyMerit is the tool purchase. The implementation was within a week at most. I provided managers with the resources SimplyMerit already had in place. SimplyMerit can also offer live training.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My main concerns and priorities when looking for a new compensation tool were: automation and cost. I had previously used spreadsheets to manage merit for several hundred employees. It was a very manual process and prone to error. SimplyMerit automated the whole process and helped maintain accurate information. In addition, the tool itself was affordable. Other tools were two to three times the cost.

As an administrator of the Simply Merit tool I find the data upload template is lengthy with many fields not relevant to our organization and I wish I had the ability to customize emails sent from the tool.

We had a lot of exceptions to a standard process that had to be reviewed. That is more of an issue on our end than a problem with SM.

Managers are able to make promotion recommendations straight into the system and provide their feedback. The system is user-friendly! Much better than the Excel worksheets we were previously using.

**What do you like best about SimplyMerit?**

Super easy to use. Has the core functionality needed for the cycle without overdoing it with too many bells and whistles. Very well received by all levels of leadership.

**What do you dislike about SimplyMerit?**

Analytics are via an Excel Spreadsheet and were hard to use. However, the core value proposition of this is collaboration, transparency, and process management - it's a winner in all those areas. We weren't buying it for analytics, and they have solid exports that allowed us to do that ourselves.

**What problems is SimplyMerit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compensation cycle management. Transparency in budgets, salary ranges, decision-making. Multi-level approval processes.
