**What do you like best about Macorva?**

Macorva seamlessly integrated with our salesforce instance to provide a streamlined way to generate surveys to consented patients via email and text. By doing so, we increased survey responses by 75%. For survey responses that were negative, we enabled communication to the person's manager for coaching opportunity. Macorva provides an infrastructure that makes it simple to understand your customer's feedback in a timely fashion. In addition to the product, the team behind it is a pleasure to work with from sourcing to implementing, and post implementation reporting.

**What do you dislike about Macorva?**

Nothing comes to mind that needs to change with Macorva. If you plan to integrate with salesforce, have your development team read their thorough documentation.

**What problems is Macorva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing direct responses from patients after interactions with our employees, while immediate notifying managers of sub-par responses.

Radiant AI needs work. Generated 1-1s / OKRs etc are hit or miss in terms of relevance.

Solves the problem of being able to easily survey the company and get actionable insights from the results. Very helpful for that!

**What do you like best about Macorva?**

My team and I recently implemented Macorva with an initial lens on Employee Engagement Surveys and Performance Management. We are thrilled with the ease of use, support from the Macorva team, and the amount of time people leaders have saved by leveraging the AI feature, particularly for end of year performance reviews! We're excited to expand and use additional Employee Experience and Customer Experience surveys in 2024!

**What do you dislike about Macorva?**

Macorva is not able to do everything "off the shelf" that you may need, but the team has ALWAYS found a workaround as well as committed to partnering with their internal Engineering Team to make it a permanent offering.

**What problems is Macorva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to set up engagement surveys, ease of reporting, significant time savings for people leaders as the AI feature creates the initial end of year performance review draft.

**What do you like best about Macorva?**

The personalized service we were given once it was determined how our surveys needed to operate as well as the continued check-ins with our manager to make sure everything was going well.

**What do you dislike about Macorva?**

At the beginning, the service was a bit diffucult to use and understand. It didn't quite work for our company the way it needed to. Once we communicated our issues with a new case manager, he was able to get us changed over to a different kind of service to make it work so much better for us.

**What problems is Macorva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the issues that the employees are having within their places of work. Giving them a place to tell us their problems withot the fear that they will be retaliated against.

I like their forward thinking and constant growth and improvement, particularly with inteegrating AI technology. I especially appreciate the catered support received by Samantha Mager who made our first time using Marcova a breeze.

It would be helpful to make portions of the survey mandatory for the customer to complete.

Marcova is solving our need to collect feedback and data from our clients.

The support is amazing and that makes it recommendable. Integration with ADP was painless. The features available are solid.

The features set needs to be fleshed out and the system needs to be more flexibile to be considered 10/10.

Ease of use and setup make Macorva especially valuable to me. Being able to provide leadership the surveys they've requested without difficulty makes my life easier!

It's refreshing to deal with a vendor that is flexible and wants to provide a product that meets & exceeds my needs, rather than working with a cookie cutter product my needs may not fit into.

Haven't found anything yet, Macorva is very easy to work with

They provide a cost effective and flexible solution to our customer survey needs. We decided to change vendors due to cost and inflexibility and Macorva has exceeded our expectations. The support is fantastic!

Marcova has exceeded my expectations. Everyone I talked to is very professional and always willing to help with my questions.  They made the implementation process easy to follow and continually improved the platform, which is a plus.

Performance Management was always an issue for us, Marcova developed an user friendly platform to help us with this issue.

**What do you like best about Macorva?**

The appearance of the platform to users is clean and simple.

**What do you dislike about Macorva?**

Inability for intricate skip patterns and lack of multiple language capabilities.

**What problems is Macorva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each new function has to be built therefore requiring time and patience. However, future surveys should be easier to program once capabilities are built.

Creating, testing and optimizing these features take time as we strive to deliver a seamless  user experience. 

We prioritize making our product accessible in numerous languages for our diverse clientele. Currently, our system supports multiple language capabilities with our default language translation coming from AI large language models. Any customization of these translations will require a more in depth process with client support to ensure client expectations are met.

Macorva makes gaining insights from our employees and customers simple. Macorva's unique technology,  access to normative data, and easy use make them the best!

**What do you dislike about Macorva?**

We use the API for ADP Workforce Now and we see no downsides to using Macorva.

**What problems is Macorva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining insights from both employees and customers. We have multiple surveys with them. Including engagement, CX, 360 and on-boarding surveys.

It's been easy to replicate the same questions over different periods to gauge employee engagement.  It's been critical during Covid to evaluate/understand work from home and work engagement aspects.

**What do you dislike about Macorva?**

I'm not aware of anything I don't like about it.  Easy to use.  Good feedback.  Pretty intuitive.

**What problems is Macorva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee morale/engagement.  There seem to be some when we first started who didn't fully trust the "anonymous" nature of the feedback but I think we've worked through that.  It gives pointed areas for us to focus on with each team member.

**What do you like best about Macorva?**

I like that Macorva is easy to use for my  Clinical staff, administrative staff, and patients. It is the ultimate platform to request feedback, and use the results to tie to follow up actions. I really appreciate the ease of use throughout the platform, and the advanced features to tie it to patient outcomes.

There are no substantive deficiencies in this product. Particularly compared to alternatives currently available.

We love that it uses AI to tie feedback into actionable results for all our employees.

**What do you like best about Macorva?**

The speed at which I had a custom Exit Survey created and in use was impressive.

**What do you dislike about Macorva?**

I wish there was a way to better track my bulk mailings related to the cost centers- I have to filter through Excel- not a big issue.

**What problems is Macorva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not collect honest feedback at the point of employee termination, now I find out from the FORMER employee directly about why they quit.
