We have locations across the United States and also have several members of our team who are Off Shore. We code our employees based on their location and color code those locations to help us identify where all employees are located. The features in OrgChart make this possible and makes our CEO happy! **What do you dislike about OrgChart?** There are a lot of features that I'm still not 100% familiar with and can be intimidating trying to figure it out. However, the support team is always great at helping when I get stuck. **What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?** OrgChart allows me to import our off-shore employees so they show in our organization since they are not in UKG so they don't flow to the chart. ### 2. The training we received with the implementation was very thorough. **What do you dislike about OrgChart?** No downside as this is a great tool to have. **What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to not have to manually produce the organization charts is a great time savings. Also having the pictures linked gives employees a better opportunity to know who their colleagues are. ### 3. From the outset, Ryan Berg astutely handled my sales call, demonstrating kindness and prompt responsiveness to my inquiries. The proficiency continued with Francois Smit, who expertly oversaw my implementation process. Collaborating with him was an absolute delight. Despite my hectic schedule in recent weeks, Francois orchestrated our implementation meetings flawlessly, ensuring every moment was productive and valuable. Their dedication and competence truly elevated my overall experience. **What do you dislike about OrgChart?** While the program offers comprehensive training that led to successful outcomes, I can't help but notice its somewhat bulky nature. Even as a proficient technology user, I anticipate a learning curve to navigate the program seamlessly. Despite my confidence, I foresee that it might take some time to achieve the level of ease I desire. **What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously used OrgPlus, but they stopped carrying government accounts. My previous support team member at OrgPlus recommended OrgChart to accomplish the same functions. We will use OrgChart to display employee data for planning by our C-Suite team. This has been the best component about the OrgChart software. It really saves so much time, having a daily refresh of information send over from UKG. **What do you dislike about OrgChart?** There could be some improvement to the implementation process. There should be weekly meetings already scheduled and clear deliverables set. Our trainer was so helpful, patient, and so knowledgable in the system. My colleague and I feel like we're almost experts with the amount of knowledge he transferred over to us. The refresh, autoarchive, planning and charting customization are really helpful in a large organization. **What do you dislike about OrgChart?** We like everything about it! We have not experienced anything that has caused an issue. The team, the program, and the possibilities for strategic planning are all excellent. **What problems is OrgChart solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously had a standalone program that did not connect to our HRIS. This was a manual process to update our company photo directory and our organizational growth has made the manual program become inefficient for us. The connector into ADP eliminates a lot of time and effort spent to update an ever-changing directory. We're really looking forward to the efficiencies! ### 46.
