"Effortless Design with Instant Results"
What do you like best about Canva?

I use Canva to quickly create visual content like social media posts, presentations, banners, and simple marketing designs. It’s especially useful when I need clean visuals fast without getting into complex design tools. The templates and drag-and-drop approach make it easy to turn ideas into shareable designs. Canva solves the problem of needing good designs without spending too much time or relying on professional design tools. It removes the complexity of traditional design software and lets me create polished visuals quickly. That saves time, reduces dependency on designers for small tasks, and helps me get content out faster. What I like most about Canva is how easy and fast it is to use. The templates, drag-and-drop editor, and built-in assets make it simple to create good-looking designs without a design background. It lets me focus on the message instead of struggling with the tool. I typically combine it with social media platforms, presentation tools, and cloud storage to share and publish designs. This makes it easy to create visuals in Canva and then use them directly across different channels without extra steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

One thing that could be improved in Canva is the level of control for advanced design work. For more complex layouts or detailed customization, it can feel limiting compared to professional design tools. Some features and assets are also locked behind the paid plan, which can be restrictive if you use it frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Design with Ready-Made Templates"
What do you like best about Canva?

I like Canva because it is very easy to use. It has ready-made templates, which save time and provide a clear starting point, so we don't have to design from scratch. This makes it possible for anyone, like students and teachers, to create professional designs easily. The initial setup was very easy as we could sign up quickly, invite team members, and start designing right away without any technical setup or training. Canva also integrates well with other tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Our team switched to Canva from traditional tools because it's faster and offers less effort for design creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

Some advanced features are locked behind the paid versions, which limits free users. Improving offline access, giving more free assets, and better control over detailed editing would make Canva even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Title: Canva Makes Design Simple for Everyone."
What do you like best about Canva?

What I like best about Canva is how easy it is to use. Even without any design experience, I can create professional-looking designs in just a few minutes. The drag-and-drop feature, ready-made templates, and large collection of fonts, photos, and icons make designing very fast and convenient.

The most helpful part of Canva is that it saves time. Instead of starting from scratch, I can choose a template and customize it easily. It is useful for creating social media posts, presentations, posters, resumes, and many other designs.

The biggest upside of Canva is that it is beginner-friendly, affordable, and accessible from anywhere. It allows anyone to be creative without needing advanced software or technical skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

One thing I dislike about Canva is that many good features, templates, and elements are only available in the paid version. Sometimes when designing, I find something useful but cannot use it unless I upgrade to Canva Pro.

Another downside is that customization is limited compared to professional design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. For advanced editing, precise control, or complex designs, Canva can feel restrictive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best Graphic Design Everyone Can Use"
What do you like best about Canva?

Canva is a great design tool for everyone to use, you don't need special skills or know how, its easy to find your way around and everything is straight fkrward and makes sense. I have been using it awhile now but I am definitely no designer. I usually use their templates and edit them to make them mine. I also like to upload my own images to use which is easy to do like everything on Canva.

There is a good range of elements to use on Canva but to get the full benefit you really need a paid account now in my opinion. There are photos and videos for just about everything and graphic elements also for everything.

I'm not a huge fan of the AI features but I do love the background remover. There is so much you can do on Canva I have omly scratched the surface. I need to watch some tutorials on YouTube to learn how to do even more, like text effects more than just the effects you can access in the toolbar.

Canva is great for making images to use on just about everything. I use it mostly for making images for websites or blogs, social media posts, profile pics, business cards, personal projects like invitations and so much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

I don't really like the AI feature, I don't think its ready for prime time. Text isn't right when it generates images with text, it doesn't spell right and jumbles up words.

I would prefer if there was a cheaper tier for when I am not using it as often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turning Vision Into Visuals, Fast"
What do you like best about Canva?

I love how Canva makes powerful storytelling feel accessible. It helps me go from vision to visual in minutes—whether I’m creating liberation-centered graphics, community flyers, or professional documents—without sacrificing quality or my voice. The platform feels intuitive, supports collaboration smoothly, and stays flexible enough to hold both grassroots creativity and polished, institutional-level work in the same space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

Many of the most useful features and key design elements are locked behind the Pro paywall, which can be a real limitation for community-based and grassroots work that often runs on tight budgets. I’ve also found that the more advanced layout controls and file export options can feel somewhat restrictive compared with full design software, particularly when I’m trying to create highly customized designs or prepare projects that need to be truly print-ready. "Canva Makes Reusable Team Templates Fast and Easy"
What do you like best about Canva?

Canva is a great tool for non-designers who need to create simple, creative materials quickly. I mostly use it to build custom templates that my team can reuse for recurring tasks—things like website banners, email headers, and presentation layouts.

It’s a big time-saver: once I’ve set up the structure, everyone else can simply swap in new text or images without needing me to step in and do it for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

The only real frustration is the custom canvas editing. When I’m building these templates from scratch, the manual editing tools feel a bit limited. It’s hard to get things pixel-perfect, and the layer management could be much better. If they improved the "from-scratch" editing capabilities, it would be the perfect workflow tool. "Effortless Professional Design for Marketing Teams"
What do you like best about Canva?

What I like most about Canva is how quickly I can turn an idea into a usable design without relying on a designer. The templates are practical and easy to customize, especially for ads and marketing creatives. The drag and drop editor, preset sizes, and brand kit features help maintain consistency while still moving fast, which is important when working on tight timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

Canva works great for most day to day designs, but it does have limitations when it comes to advanced customization. For more complex layouts, detailed layer control, or heavy animations, it can feel restrictive. Also, some useful assets are locked behind paid plans, and large projects can occasionally feel slow. "Intuitive and creative platform"
What do you like best about Canva?

Honestly, you don't need to be a designer to create something that looks professional. I work with companies that are afraid of technology, and Canva is my ally because it democratizes design. You enter, choose a template, customize it in 5 minutes, and that's it. This frees up valuable time for your teams to focus on things that really matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

That sometimes generates dependency on the template. Some companies become comfortable using only pre-made designs and miss the opportunity to create their own visual identity. Ideally, it should be used as an ally to accelerate, but always keeping your brand different. Technology should empower you, not limit you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ease and Creativity Within Everyone's Reach"
What do you like best about Canva?

What I like most about Canva is its ease of use and intuitive interface, which allow for the creation of professional designs without prior experience. The platform offers a huge variety of customizable templates for social media, presentations, print publications, and more, which greatly speeds up the creative process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

Although Canva is very easy to use, a limitation is that some advanced design features are restricted to the paid plan, which can be an inconvenience for users seeking more creative control without additional cost. Furthermore, for more complex projects, the advanced editing and customization options may fall short compared to professional design tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Professional Designs for Everyone"
What do you like best about Canva?

What I like best about Canva is how easy and accessible it makes creating professional, visually appealing materials. The templates, graphics, and drag-and-drop tools save time while still allowing for creativity and customization. It helps me quickly design newsletters, classroom materials, and communications that look polished and engaging without needing advanced design skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

What I like least about Canva is that some of the best features, graphics, and templates are locked behind the paid version, which can feel limiting. Certain design elements can also be hard to customize fully, and large or complex projects may slow down or become less intuitive to edit. At times, it can feel restrictive when trying to create very specific or detailed designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
