**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

SocialPilot is very easy to use. I'm grateful for this platform in a time when there are so many portals to check into and keep track of, this makes it easy.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

Nothing. It's really very good and helps me push out social posts whenever necessary or schedule them for a wide variety of clients.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of logging in and out of multiple portals for multiple clients and allows me to easily and quickly handle social posts for immediate distribution or scheduling.

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

It is very user friendly and easy, no glitches, it always posts just as I schedule. It also provides monthly summary's so I can track the effectiveness of our social media accounts at reaching our customers.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I wish it cost less, but I also know you get what you pay for.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to remember on the day to make my posts, I can bulk schedule. It also prompts if I have too many characters for twitter.

I love the simplicity. Social pilot is like AI + scheduling combined. There are many features that I still haven't had the chance to try, but am excited about- like bulk upload.

lack of notifications when clients leave comments. we have to manually check.

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

Initially one of the big benefits was SocialPilot's ability to publish to Google My Business. When looking for a social media posting tool to use it was a top priority for it include the ability to post to Google My Business profiles.
Overall I like the clean and simple layout and the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I have not had great experiences with their customer support so far in the few instances that I have had to reach out to them. One experience in particular seemed like it was open for quite sometime and follow ups/updates about the resolution were almost always initiated by me reaching out and asking for an update.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialPilot allows me to schedule multiple social posts to multiple platforms all from one place and therefore helps me be more efficient with my time.

I like how simple and easy the interface is to use and schedule posts ahead of time. I also like how it is a good price for what you get compared to other products. I also like the analytics reports that are available.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I wish that you could auto-schedule the analytics reports to be sent out (maybe this is a feature on a higher-priced subscription, I'm not sure).

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest perk is being able to schedule posts ahead of time. It also provides me with analytics to provide to my clients. In addition, I like how the inbox functionality is all present within the same interface.

I love the calendar view and the ability to drag and drop a post around on the calendar! I also love the AI support they have to help with drafting.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I wish SocialPilot could automatically schedule content for my audiences during peak times. Currently, I have to manually set a schedule for each account, and the schedule that it defaults to is entirely random.

SocialPilot solved the issue of scheduling social media for multiple accounts for us. We were able to build a team in SocialPilot and we can assign assets to people ensuring everyone has proper access. It has made social media scheduling much simpler and faster!

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

Nemerous accounts, grouping of accounts, analytics, history of posts, drafts and AI assistant. I also like the support we have always received in a timely and professional manner. We use SocialPilot it for year already and we truly enjoy it and continue using it. It's very easy to use and has an ever increasing number of features.

Cannot say I dislike anything really. I have not had any issues or whatsoever with the software.

It's solving the problems with the clarify of a posting plan and the distribution for the different social media. That's benefiting me greatly because it gives me clarity and robustness.

Analytics capabilities need improvement. If you connect a business profile and personal LinkedIn, you can only get analytics on the business profile. Hard to work with video posts and carousels.

The first comment feature and location targeting feature on LinkedIn and Facebook are helpful in reaching the right audience. The content library is also great for quickly and efficiently creating posts. They make it easy to create post and while there might be a lot of steps, it ensures you don't miss anything.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

You can't move a post to drafts once it's scheduled, which makes bulk scheduling a little more difficult if you need to move things around.

They are allowing us to target our posts a little better to reach the right audience.

I've used a few different scheduling software over the years and SocialPilot is the best one I've used so far. They're constantly improving and add a new features that I will actually use rather than just introducing stuff for the sake of it.

The only thing I can think of is to be able to tag personal LinkedIn profiles when scheduling LinkedIn posts, but I'm pretty sure this is a LinkedIn API problem not a SocialPilot one

Regarding the LinkedIn personal tagging concern, I completely understand the importance of this feature. Unfortunately, it's not a limitation or gap on our end; rather, it stems from LinkedIn's API restrictions. Currently, LinkedIn does not provide the necessary API support for personal tagging in scheduled posts. This is not unique to SocialPilot – none of our competitors can offer this functionality due to the LinkedIn API constraints.

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

The layout is really nice and user friendly. Adding new social accounts is so easy and the ability to assign users per account is great. Not only that but you can group then, which is great for us as we run 2 compaanys socials, so it makes it super easy to seperate and post the right content. It has fantastic tools built in for suggesting posts relavant to you, creating blog ideas and link shortening.

We made the switch to SocialPilot almost a year ago and it was a fantatstic decision, highly reccomended. The range of socials is perfect, even including TikTok, and having the ability to schedule all posts is amazing. We can set the marketing team to prepare all socials on a Friday for the following week and it will manage itself, maintaining a social presence for the business despite them doing other tasks.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

So far nothing much, we have to re-authorize some accounts from time to time, usually only finding out about this in retrospect i.e. when a post fails. It would be nice to know aheead of time that we are approaching a re-authorization, that way our posts don't get disrupted.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialPilot allows us to manage all our socials in one place and allowing us to schedule everything. This saves the business hours as there is no need to log on to 5 seperate platforms and copy content from one to another. It also helps maintain consistemncy throughout all our social medias. The ability to schedule is also a huge producitivty booster as we can spend a small portion of a day, planning a whole weeks posts, meaning while SocialPilot uploads for us, we can be busy with other tasks.

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

I was previously using a different tool for scheduling social updates for my clients. That tool provider more than tripled their monthly fees with no change in features, so I decided to look for a better alternative. I found Social Pilot and started using it for myself... and loved it. It does everything that the previous tool I used did, but also provides an easy way to group collections of social media accounts which fits well into my client workflow. And the price is reasonable. And they keep updating features and social platforms that are supported. For example, LinkedIn recently changed their API requirements and Social Pilot did a great job communicating that change so that we could get accounts reauthenticated prior to the API conversion. This meant no down time or missed social post scheduling. I am a big fan and use Social Pilot for all of my clients and have been for 2 years now.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I am having a problem coming up with something I dislike about Social Pilot. I guess one thing is the behavior where when you schedule a social push with a link to a blog post, it kind of locks in the featured image for that blog post. And this has been a problem before when I schedule a post, see that the featured image or blog excerpt is wrong, I go fix that in WordPress, and come back to Social Pilot to reschedule but it still has the same old featured image and excerpt, even if I start a new post. I wish there was an easy way to refresh the featured image and excerpt (and it might be there, I may just need training!) Overall, there is nothing glaringly wrong with how Social Pilot works. It is an important part of my marketing consulting workflow for my clients.

Social Pilot allows me to schedule status updates across a wide range of social media platforms quickly and consistently. The interface is straight forward and easy to understand.

I like the nuanced things that they have implemented to make life easy like the duplicate function that allows you to easily make multiple tweets that are the same on different dates. I loved this one.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I haven't heard from my staff about things they dislike. We have had a really positive experience. The pricing definitely was a huge push and all of the features have been amazing to work with.

The problem of scheduling things on different platforms. Social Pilot solved that problem of making it really easy to schedule everything.

  ### 17. Perfect for organising my clients!

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

I love that my clients can view their entire month's content calendar, and give me any feedback on anything they would like changed/altered. I really like the calendar view and the fact I can group social channels into groups of clients so one click and I can post to all.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I find that the mobile app frequently logs me out, which is unhelpful when I'm out and about and need to quickly check something. But other than that, I can't think of anything else! Social Pilot are adding new features and improvements all the time which is great.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to share content with my clients. Social Pilot allows a real-time view of scheduled content for my clients, without me having to send files or documents.
Being able to post to many different social media accounts from one place, I don't need to log in to different platforms

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

I have been using Social Pilot for a couple of years now and highly recommend it to authors, publishers, content marketers etc. It is the best social media scheduling platform I have found and certainly the easiest to use. I love the fact that you can set up an RSS feed from your blog to post your articles directly to Facebook, X, Google Business Profile etc and even to groups. The calendar is easy to use and it's great that you can schedule important 'Calls to Action' to repeat over a 10-month period.  I often get invited to free training sessions which I have found very helpful. It makes me realise just how powerful Social Pilot is. I am not even using all the 'bells and whistles" yet still feel I am getting excellent value for money. Social Pilot certainly saves a lot of time and energy.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I don't think there are any downsides to using SocialPilot. Some may say it's a bit expensive however there are various plans to choose from and you can easily upgrade or downgrade as your social media clients come and go. I love that you can design in Canva on Social Pilot and post immediately. The only drawback with that is that the artwork isn't saved to your Canva account. However, that is a minor niggle.

Provides the ability to schedule posts in advance, especially for holidays when one doesn't want to be working. You can group all social accounts for a particular title or client and see how posts are scheduled. Easy to move the posts around to suit any changes. I use the RSS feed knowing that my articles go straight from my website to my social platforms automatically.

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

SP is a handy application tool which allows me to easily schedule, move and adjust posts from different platforms, times and days. It is quick to understand and doesn't bog you down with unnessasary extras. I like that they are also always looking for ways to improve the user experience.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

There are some limitations in terms of video uploading and creating galleries of videos for platforms like instagram. there is also a bug where some professional accounts needs you to manually post IG posts through the phone app vs. being able to post through the SP directly. the language as to why this happens is a little confusing and I would like to have this fixed in future.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SP allows me to look at my content a month at a time and gives me a strong visual as to where and when content will be posted. The no frills approach to its design is what attracted me to the platform in the first place.

Honestly everyting. I have tried so many scheduling tools even probably the most expensive one (saleforce, socil studio) and social pilot blows them all out of the water. Their preview feature is great its laid out perfectly, the alt text availaiblity the scheduling tool is structured perfectly the analytics feature is great. I just simply cannot recommend it enough.

So far I have not found anything I dislike about it and that is REALLY saying something. I had some that were OK but still had parts that were severly lacking.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialPilot sovles the issue of having to log onto each platfom every day. Prior tools wer not great with instagram so i used to have to schedule those sparately. It also solves the probelm of lost data with Meta updates it can be hard to get reiliable analytics but social pilot stores them so you can typically get better data though it than meta and its also much easier to navigate than meta business dashboard

I can do just about everything I need to do and it works. Customer service has been helpful and that's rare these days. Love all the features and it's easy to get started.

The very occasional issues with posting but it's usually something out of their hands so not really a dislike.

the analytics were a huge asset for me since Meta's reporting isn't user friendly.

Social Pilot was a game changer! I post on multiple platforms for multiple companies.  The capacity to look at a calendar view, schedule, and repeat posts simplifies the whole process. Setting it up was a breeze and it's easy to use. Social Pilot is a great tool to save time!

I would love to be able to edit posts from Social Pilot after they post... that, however, may be a lot to ask for.

Before SocialPilot, I needed to go to each platform to post. Needless to say, I wasn't posting on all our platforms as often as I should because it was too time intensive. With Social Pilot, I'm spending less time and posting more frequently. The effiency is HUGE!

My favorite part about SocialPilot is the ability to post to multiple locations and platforms at the same time. It has been a huge time saver for me. I can also see what my stores have scheduled on their own at a glance. They also added an AI feature which has been a huge time saver!

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I wish I could have an easier way to view the social media messages and comments for all locations in one spot - rather than switching between platforms and locations. With 19 locations on multiple platforms - that becomes quite time consuming. In analyics I wish I could easily compare all locations in a leaderboard - and have the ability to see a "report card" for each location with all of their activity on each platform in a one page report.

It saves me a lot of time by allowing me to post to all locations and platforms at the same time. This frees up my time to do other important tasks.

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

I love how many amazing features there are that you can't find on other management sites, and how easy it is to navigate the website and use these features. 
I'm usually very heistant to use new platforms because the time it takes to learn everything is often way too long, but with SocialPilot I was easily surprised at how easy it's been.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I don't like that you have to manually add content (copy & media) if you choose to post to multiple platforms, instead of just having a button that lets you send it to all platforms of your choice.
For example, if I want to post the same content to Instagram and Facebook, I have to add the media both times and copy & paste the caption, whereas it would be a lot more user-friendly if we could just write up one draft and have it send to both platforms.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that SocialPilot solves for me is not having to worry about when my next post will be going up, and showing me a clear calendar of posts going across multiple accounts. This takes the worry and ease off my shoulders.

Social Pilot is great because it offers better flexibility around the number of accounts you can manage, which is the main reason I love Social Pilot. I'm never leaving this platform as long as they retain this very unique selling point!!  Did I also mention that their customer service team is incredible? No? Well, anytime I've had any issues, I've emailed the team and they responded within a matter of hours which is so helpful especially when critical errors/issues arise.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

This more about APIs and many other 3rd party platforms experience this rather than it being about Social Pilot. But I wish the platform could integrate things like collaborator tags on IG posts, Twitter threads etc. but again this isn't their fault at all

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can schedule posts to multiple accounts with ease, at a cost effective price, which is very key for a young freelancer like myself. I can't afford other management tools because they're too pricey so social pilot has also helped me to pursue a career in social media marketing that I otherwise wouldn't have due to the expenses involved and I'm enjoying what I'm doing thanks to them!

Social Pilot has some great features for freelancers including links to posts awaiting approval and logins for your clients to view and comment on the posts you are scheduling for them! They're also very responsive when you need help usually. Intergates with lots of different social platforms and doesnt charge you extra for a calendar view or posting schedules.

You can't preschedule your reports to be sent out without upgrading the software, or use the hashtag bank.

Scheduling, Client approvals and reporting. This improves client relationships but doesnt slow me down.

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

There are so many things I love about Social Pilot! I love how easy it is to navigate, and the monthly pricing is hard to beat! The best part, though, is that it works for Google+. I had a hard time finding a social aggravator that worked for that platform!

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I honestly cannot think of much to put in regards of dislike. I have had to relink accounts every now and then, but that has been the case with all social media aggravates I've tried in the past. It can also be time consuming to get situated and all accounts linked from the beginning, but the amount of time you save in the long run is well worth it!

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialPilot has solved the problem of having to log into each separate account to post my weekly posts. I literally just hop on, check the accounts I want to post content to, schedule it, and then hop back off. It saves me hours each week! I don't know what I would do without it!

**What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

I believe SocialPilot is a great choice for our needs. The client portal feature allows us to create a customized and branded interface for our clients, offering transparency and collaboration. It gives our clients access to social media analytics, reports, and scheduling information, fostering a professional and dedicated space for communication.

Moreover, SocialPilot's white labelling feature is incredibly valuable. We can rebrand the platform with our agency's logo, colours, and domain, creating a cohesive brand experience for our clients. This customization enhances our agency's professional image and strengthens our brand identity.

In terms of social media management, SocialPilot offers robust features. We can efficiently schedule and automate posts across multiple platforms, saving time and enabling us to plan our content strategy in advance. The analytics and reporting features provide valuable insights for measuring campaign effectiveness and demonstrating results to our clients. Additionally, the content curation feature helps us find and share relevant content, engaging our audience effectively.

Collaboration is essential for our agency, and SocialPilot's team collaboration features cater to that need. We can easily manage social media accounts, assign roles and permissions, and collaborate on content creation and scheduling. This streamlined workflow improves coordination among our team members and enhances our overall productivity.

Considering all these factors, SocialPilot aligns perfectly with our agency's requirements.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

In terms of the user interface and design, I find the user interface of SocialPilot to be less intuitive and visually appealing compared to other tools I have used. Navigating through the platform and finding certain functionalities took some time to get used to. It might not be the most visually appealing or user-friendly option for everyone.

SocialPilot offers essential social media management features, but I found that it lacks some advanced functionalities available in its competitors. For instance, other platforms might provide more comprehensive analytics, advanced targeting options, or additional automation capabilities. 

Nothing major, though. We are very happy with the product and service.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialPilot is solving several problems in social media management, and as a user, these solutions benefit me in the following ways:

Time Efficiency: SocialPilot helps me save time by providing scheduling and automation features. I can plan and schedule my social media posts in advance, ensuring a consistent presence without having to manually post content every day. This allows me to focus on other important tasks and allocate my time more efficiently.

Centralized Management: With SocialPilot, I can manage multiple social media platforms from a single dashboard. Instead of logging into different accounts and platforms separately, I have a centralized hub where I can view and control all my social media activities. This streamlines my workflow and simplifies the management process.

Client Collaboration: SocialPilot's client portal feature is beneficial for me in terms of collaboration with my clients. I can create a branded and customized interface for my clients, providing them with access to social media analytics, reports, and scheduling information. This transparency fosters a stronger agency-client relationship, as we can collaborate effectively and keep clients informed about the progress and performance of their social media campaigns.

Analytics and Insights: SocialPilot offers analytics and reporting features that provide valuable insights into the performance of my social media efforts. I can track metrics such as engagement, reach, and clicks, which helps me measure the effectiveness of my campaigns and make data-driven decisions. **What do you like best about SocialPilot?**

Easy to use and the analytics are pretty good. You can add multiple profiles and schedule across them easily. If you're just doing a few social accounts for a small to medium sized company then the price to performance ratio is good. Another minor thing is that I used to use sproutsocial which was constantly disconnecting from business accounts causing posts to fail and that has never happened on social pilot.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

On sproutsocial, it tells you the best times to post when you are choosing the scheduled times. But on Social pilot you have to go to analytics, find the best times to post for each day, then remember those (or write them down), then create your posts and schedule using that info. It should just tell you when scheduling what the best times are. 

There are also some discrepencies in analytics across Socialpilot and Meta's various business manager/IG analytics etc. So you kind of need to piece it together for accurate reporting.

It is easy to use and very clear. It is time-efficient and it aids to manage your content in a clean manner.

Occassionally, when posting something it glitches but this issue has been solved immediately after you contact the Social Pilot team.

Social Pilot is an effective tool because it solves the problem of constantly remembering to post everyday, this is because you can schedule posts. It is truly benefitting me as I can schedule a large amount of posts in one day, for example, and have plenty of time the rest of the week to focus on other things.

It is extremely easy to set up all of the users and the teams can start posting right away!  The interface is very intuitive with everything you need at your fingertips.  The Calendar and custom reporting are great tools to view what is being posted at each business unit. Social Pilot is used multiple times a day and is a lifesaver when it comes to managing multiple properties and teams.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

I have not found anything I dislike, previously I used a different (more expensive) system and SocialPilot is by far the superior product.

Having one location to manage all posts, reviews and teams submitting items for review is essential.

The platform and tools available through Social Pilot are quite easy and straightforward to use which requires little to no prior experience using a social media management platform. The adaptability and flexibility to connect multiple accounts and schedule posts are quite unique and reliable.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

There is a lack of alerts or notifications for real issues with accounts or connectivity. If an accurate system in place could notify me in a timely fashion, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, some ways to distinguish emails from alerts on accounts rather than just ads or tips from Social Pilot. Something maybe as a title or a flag attached to the email.

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows my firm and myself to manage many accounts on behalf of our various clients as we actively make changes and adjustments to our posting schedules for them.

User-Friendly Interface: Navigating through Social Pilot is as smooth as a well-aged scotch. The dashboard is intuitive, making it easy to schedule posts, track analytics, and manage multiple accounts.

Cost-Effective: Unlike some of its high-maintenance competitors, Social Pilot offers robust features without burning a hole in your pocket. It's the Tesla of social media tools—luxury at an affordable price.

**What do you dislike about SocialPilot?**

Limited Integrations: While it covers the major platforms, I'd love to see more third-party integrations. But hey, nobody's perfect.

Costs for Upgrades: When adding on other more advanced features, the cost starts to compare with other social media management platforms that may do a better job

**What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This app provides for me the ability to efficiently communicate across all of the social media channels I manage at a cost that was less expensive than other tools considering the features I am using. I have demo'd how I am using this with others I work with and they too have seen the benefits and have become interested in using it as well. This tool is a must if you are managing multiple channels.
