Adding new badges and new recipients is very easy. The lookup features are also very helpful. It is easy to export data. **What do you dislike about BadgeCert?** There support could be faster. It took several hours to resolve an issue we had which delayed our work. In order to get an individuals link you have to export them all. It would be nice if you could just grab one persons link quicker. **What problems is BadgeCert solving and how is that benefiting you?** It creates a simple database to access each individuals certificate rather than using pdfs and hard to navigate files. It allows our participants easy access to their certificates. Once they have it they always have it, so if they lose the copy they can reprint. ### 2. My first time uploading I struggled quite a bit when all I really needed to do was change the date format on one of the columns.
