"Engagement Made Easy with EventMobi"
What do you like best about EventMobi?

I love how easy EventMobi is to use, which greatly enhances the overall experience for both our team and attendees during conferences. This simplicity in usability allows for seamless engagement, enabling attendees to connect with each other and us more effectively than without the app. I particularly appreciate the introduction of new features every year, which keeps the platform fresh and aligned with our technological needs. A notable example is the capability for attendees to submit Q&A questions directly to presenters after sessions, bypassing the traditional microphone setup, thus streamlining the interaction process and enhancing conference engagement. What do you dislike about EventMobi?

I found that we had difficulty trying to customize the app with our own icon for attendees. The branding of the app remained EventMobi, which was not what we desired. What do you like best about EventMobi?

I use EventMobi to centralize event information and manage the agenda for large educational and networking events, and I really appreciate that it allows us to keep all our event information in one place, which reduces waste with printed agendas. They have excellent customer service and are responsive to feedback. We most use the agenda and notifications, and I also like building out custom pages with additional event information for attendees. The initial setup was super easy, as their team walked us through all the steps and even assisted with the initial building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EventMobi?

I found it tedious to manage consecutive sessions and ensure they were in a preferred order rather than organized alphabetically. Because of this, we had to switch to a third-party integration that syncs with EventMobi to handle the agenda. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EventMobi?

Being able to upload information during the set up process including speaker and session information. The ability to export and import information and match different sections based on External ID information made the set up intuitive and easy to use.

What do you dislike about EventMobi?
