
EventMobi’s ability to import sessions, speakers, attendees, sponsors, and personalized agendas significantly streamlined the event setup process. The centralized management system made it efficient to organize and structure content in advance of the conference.
Additionally, the platform made it easy to update session details in real time and quickly communicate changes to attendees through push notifications. While document uploads were available within individual sessions, all files automatically populated into the central “Document” library.
