EventMobi’s ability to import sessions, speakers, attendees, sponsors, and personalized agendas significantly streamlined the event setup process. The centralized management system made it efficient to organize and structure content in advance of the conference. Additionally, the platform made it easy to update session details in real time and quickly communicate changes to attendees through push notifications. While document uploads were available within individual sessions, all files automatically populated into the central “Document” library. I like the integration of registration with EventMobi, especially with Salesforce CRM. The registration that goes through the website seamlessly flows into Salesforce CRM, and this integration is set up with EventMobi making the process much easier. It automatically uploads everyone who's registered in the CRM into EventMobi as registered for our hybrid virtual events. What do you dislike about EventMobi? Some of the design features for virtual events could be expanded. There should be more native integrations, or native aspects where you don't need an integration or API integration. I love using EventMobi to power our conferences and corporate events because it brings everything into one place for our delegates. I really appreciate EventMobi's flexibility, which allows us to use base functions and plug in external tools as needed. The ease of use when creating new events is fantastic; once I've built a few events in EventMobi, setting up a new one becomes really quick because the structure is already in place. This tool truly feels like an 'event manager in your pocket,' helping us to engage delegates effectively and provide more than just another standard conference experience. Currently you have to type in a code to receive points, and that limits us on quizzes, riddles, and workarounds for attendees to get codes and type in for points. I love how easy EventMobi is to use, which greatly enhances the overall experience for both our team and attendees during conferences. This simplicity in usability allows for seamless engagement, enabling attendees to connect with each other and us more effectively than without the app. I particularly appreciate the introduction of new features every year, which keeps the platform fresh and aligned with our technological needs. A notable example is the capability for attendees to submit Q&A questions directly to presenters after sessions, bypassing the traditional microphone setup, thus streamlining the interaction process and enhancing conference engagement. The branding of the app remained EventMobi, which was not what we desired. Additionally, the initial setup of EventMobi required a bit of patience. On the branding question: a fully branded app (your own icon, no EventMobi branding) is possible, but it does require setting up developer accounts with Apple and Google, which can be a heavier lift without a dedicated IT team. I use EventMobi to centralize event information and manage the agenda for large educational and networking events, and I really appreciate that it allows us to keep all our event information in one place, which reduces waste with printed agendas. They have excellent customer service and are responsive to feedback. We most use the agenda and notifications, and I also like building out custom pages with additional event information for attendees.
