What do you like best?

Eventmobi was very quick in responding to any questions and at troubleshooting any problem that arose. The platform itself is very user friendly, a lot of attendees complimented this feature. Very manageable and easy to navigate in the back-end. The platform integrated easily with our zoom accounts. We were able to get the look and feel we wanted with the eventmobi platform. It was very easy for attendees to interact with one another whether it be through one-on-one meetings, the community boards or in sessions. It was very easy to achieve our goals of creating a space for our network to share, participate and reconnect. In terms of help from the eventmobi team we had great support. Leading up to the event they were very responsive and great with checking in and making sure everybody was satisfied and on the same page. The team was somehow even more responsive during the event to meet any questions or needs we had. It was extremely easy to work with eventmobi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There was only one small issue in which I couldn't find a direct answer on the eventmobi website, however, our expert helped in figuring it out in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The user-friendly interfaces for both the organizers and the participants. Working with the Eventmobi team in customizing our app was a positive experience and the final product looked amazing. We received a lot of positive feedback from our participants on the easy use of the app. We did a lot of research before choosing our platform, and by far Eventmobi excelled in all the areas that were important to us, and we appreciated all the support from our Event Success Manager. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

EventMobi was very easy to navigate. EventMobi Staff was very timely in answering my phone calls and emails whenever I had a question prior to my event and even on the the day of my event. They helped set our organization up with a great AV tech team to help with all the background AV tech work. It is always great when your organization comments on the great the platform is and how easy was to use. Our participants said "we can tell you did your homework and are working with outside help. What do you dislike?

This one was hard. Some of the language in the Self Edit links for the Exhibitors is doesn't give too much direction on how to build out their pages. I had to make sure to include a separate attachment in a separate email to our exhibitors. OR set up a zoom call with our exhibitors to help them walk through the features and try to explain what each of the features were. Some of the participants found it difficult to connect with an exhibitor because the call to action button was missing from their page they didn't know they had to click on the actual individual page. Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend EventMobi to other Organizations. They were recommended to us by one of our partners. They are easy to work with, friendly, and one thing I really liked was they gave you deadlines to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Problems we solved by using EventMobi were: being able to host an event in a during covid-19, safely and make it look very professional and polished; we came up with new inventive ideas for future events if needed; we also have adopted the FDM workbook to be used for all our event planning from now on to help keep everyone on track. What do you like best?

I like that the app was easy to use especially since we have attendees that aren't as tech savvy. We also like the functionality of the games and the sponsor pages. It is easy to use and sponsors were able to update the pages how they wanted too. It also took the stress of of me and my team to have to handle that aspect. What do you dislike?

I wish we could have seen who was on the app during the sessions but being able to see how many attendees were on balanced it out. The other thing I wish could have been different was the Q&A section. I had to go in and clear out all of the questions after each session and that was a bit time consuming> If there was a way this automatically did that or at least prompted you to do it would make a big difference. What do you like best?

I've been using EventMobi for a few years now. It's fun and rewarding to build out an event site that meets my client's unique needs with the guidance of the EventMobi team. I love working with EventMobi staff and have always felt supported and heard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I've planned three virtual Developer Conferences with EventMobi this year alone and yet I'm struggling to think of something I dislike about the platform or service at this time. In early March 2020, my clients proactively cancelled all remaining in-person 2020 events due to COVID-19. Through EventMobi, I was able to successfully take my client's in-person or hybrid events fully virtual. Through EventMobi, my clients have been able to safely connect with their members and greater community, generate revenue, and keep me employed as an Event Manager. What do you like best?

The video production is top notch. Post editing tools are easy to follow. There is constant communication between the production team and the experience managers go out of their way to be available almost 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The user interface for attendees does need some work. There's a lot of real estate that is lost by sticking to the native event app format. And there's some room when an event is livestreaming to take advantage of showing sponsor logos. It would also help if navigation items opened in new browser tabs. Ensure you have a solid event communications plan and some kind of coaching in place for your emcee and keynote speakers so they understand how the event space operates for the end user and can provide effective visual cues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had to pivot to virtual events and the team was really good at helping us to understand how to embrace an online format. What do you like best?

We just wrapped up our first multi-day, 100% virtual event and if you are pivoting for the first time like us, I highly recommend EventMobi. From our first discovery call to final wrap up, we've had exceptional support, guidance and service. The platform is user friendly as an organizer and easy to navigate for your attendees. What do you like best?

The knowledge that EM staff with years of experience developing this solution for many. Customer service is always great having one point of contact. The platform has been reliable for the most part and I don't have a doubt when launching the platform on the day of the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really. Maybe a few new features rolled out including Q&A moderation improvements and a floating "youtube-like" video window so that attendees can continue to watch the live session while they explore other areas of the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After researching so many other event platforms, EventMobi seemed the most reliable as they had been operating in this area longer than others and they were also the most affordable for what they provided. What do you like best?

The discussion boards and community boards were great places to share. I was very appreciative of the tech support on the day of our event and the meetings with advice for a smooth virtual event leading up to the day of. I liked the ability for our attendees to create their own schedule for the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I wish the community board could have had a place for comments. It would also be helpful to have simpler way to link Eventmobi with zoom than repeatedly copy pasting 3 links. Also, it would be helpful to have a feature where recorded Zoom sessions can be uploaded to eventmobi for viewing after the event. We have to do this individually for each session. Additionally, links from one session to the next to encourage a flow of engagement similar to a conference would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We will act upon your feedback by sharing it with our Product Management and Engineering Teams. We have a recurring cadence of related meetings each week focused on customer and product feedback. I should point out we recently released a Zoom Integration feature making it easier to include your Zoom meeting links in your sessions without having to copy and paste. What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to build the app. You can customize almost everything and the support is excellent. This year we also used their virtual meeting service and the meeting itself was nearly flawless. Very few technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We used to be able to create a new app for each meeting, but we've had to purchase a container app that holds all of our meetings within. A few of our members have been confused by this. However, on our end it has made things easier because we used to always submit our app at the last minute. Now there is no approval wait time since the container app is already in the app store. We are able to print fewer programs for meeting attendees since the app is being adapted more and more. It's also easy to send out real time messages to attendees with push notifications.

What do you like best?

EventMobi was easy to use (for the user and for our presenters) and added a level of professionalism to our event that was impressive. We particularly liked the way that the platform could be designed using our logo and colors and the customer support we received was excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There was an unfortunate and highly unusual outage during our opening keynote address. This only affected the keynote and we were quickly able to record it, add it to the site for people to view later and message the participants to apologize for the glitch and let them know where to find the recording. We have had to transition all of our events to the virtual space. Most events are for individuals or small groups but we weren't sure how we were going to conduct large events. What do you like best?

I like that EventMobi is ever-evolving and is attentive to customer feedback and requests for features. Administration of events is simple and mostly intuitive, with great customization. I love that everything from an event is easily displayed/presented in one space, making it easy to navigate for our attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are a few functions that I'd love to see improved. While their gamification features are good, they are not stellar. More options and types of game features would improve this function. A second is for their virtual events. Still wish that when using Zoom (when not in live streaming mode), it would just embed the Zoom window in the platform and not open a new window. This is confusing when Q and A and chat are available in both places, and to get to polls, end users have to go from one to another. The final thing that I really dislike is that after keeping all my content from previous events available, when EventMobi upgraded their back end infrastructure, my entire archive was no longer accessible. While they were great about sending me all the content, it sure would have been nicer had that been preserved in its original format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started using EventMobi several years ago to be the mobile app for our annual Summit. As a nonprofit, we needed something affordable, but with good functionality. With COVID-19, we moved to a virtual event and EventMobi developed their virtual functions in time for us to stick with them. The gamification has helped with engagement, it serves as a great archive for easy access to materials later, and creates a good integrated end-user experience. We very recently released a new look to our gamification interface. An Account Manager would be happy to show you! I understand what you mean regarding embedding the Zoom window in the platform. This is not possible at the time but we do offer a service that would embed the video in a manner that you might prefer and it is called the GoLive! Webcast Remote Production solution. Thank you for your feedback about your content that we had to retrieve for you. This is something we are now taking into account when making a feature release so as to avoid any similar complications.

I have included a link regarding Gamification which is one way to foster engagement in your virtual event. I do understand what you mean about encouraging attendees to engage with the 'unknown'. I suppose the same could be said at an onsite event if attendees are skirting sponsor booths and not spending any time getting to know the sponsors. We do have other ideas to entertain and an Account Manager would be happy to share additional insight with you.

What do you like best?

Outstanding staff, friendliness and customer service. I cannot say enough. I have to say their service and attention to our fears and concerns was outstanding. I want to particularly thank Vander for setting us up with a terrific effortless registration system-it went so smoothly for us.

The EventMobi platform is super user-friendly. All of our conference participants appreciated the ease of use. The EventMobi staff was wonderful to work with - everyone had positive attitudes and was responsive to our needs and requests. What do you like best?

I liked the opportunity for alumni to connect to each other independantly, and I also really valued the opportunity to showcase our sponsors and our brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was difficult to get the attention that we needed since the market for this is exploding. In the end we found it best once we had access to the back end and could make adjustments on our own vs relying on the eventmobi team to carry out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our mandate is being able to engage alumni, and providing vehicles for them to connect with each other. An online/virtual engagement generally only offers one dimensional engagement. Thank you for taking the time to tell us what features worked well at your event, Pat! I’m sorry to hear you weren’t able to get as much support as you needed. We’ve now expanded our team of Event Success Managers in order to ensure that all of our customers get the right amount of help when they need it. You will also be excited to learn that we are launching a new Home Page Builder early in 2021 which will allow our customers to fully customize and build their virtual space without having to use CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). In other words, it will be as simple as drag-and-drop and you'll have much more control over the Home Page design.

What do you like best?

Like everyone one else in the events business, 2020 has been a rollercoaster of changes, and great big learning curves. We opted for EventMobi to house our annual conference, and while the product was not a 100% fit with our overall objectives, we did find it easy to work with and we also received great customer service.
