I found IONOS WordPress hosting and was able to set up a separate site for under $20. The hosting is very reliable, and plugins are updated automatically. Besides, the site works reasonably fast. I was able to set up the purchased theme without problems.

Since they manage your website, they block some plugins for safety reasons, but in my opinion, they draw the line too far. (I couldn't properly install Wordfence due to lack of permissions).
