The features available for LinkedIn profiles (such as scheduling and, in particular, tagging of Company Pages in posts) greatly streamline the work. The reports provide basic information that can be relevant to some strategies. **What do you dislike about RADAAR?** The software requires a good reading of the support materials before use. In the case of tagging LinkedIn Company Pages in posts, for example, it is necessary to understand how the system works and use exactly the name of the page within the text. By the way, the lack of a direct tagging tool (with @ and the name of the page) makes the process more time-consuming. I also missed more advanced search tools applied to LinkedIn. It has been a very helpful collaboration tool for my team. **What do you dislike about RADAAR?** The first thing I noticed in using Radaar was the notifications to watch a video tutorial for almost every interaction. In most cases I can understand that, especially as a secondary way to explain your tool to users. However, I like to dive in and then get help as I need. With Radaar, it wasn't that easy/ You need to watch the tutorials as most areas tend to feel very unintuitive. It takes a while to get up to speed on the features. Within weeks the team implemented more features than other platforms I have used in quarters, half-year, or even yearly circles. Some of those features were absent and behind the competition, some were far ahead. The implementation of landing pages within Radaar, their own monitoring tools, and link-shorteners with custom domain was previously a reason to order additional services, which are now redundant. Their content-co-pilot is a clever tool, that leaps ahead of other SMM platforms, especially when you work in a team, and comment on, and review the content of your team. As soon as customer access is fully implemented, you can plan months ahead and let your client simply review and approve. Another announced feature is evergreen content, randomized. I am looking forward to this. All in all a valuable SMM platform with huge potential, due to a short development cycle and a highly interactive team. **What do you dislike about RADAAR?** While the development cycles are truly short, there are features that are on the back-burner, some people would like to see implemented more quickly. Personally I don´t mind, as it´s not my use-case, but I can understand some frustration around seeing new features added, while old requests are not yet ready for prime-time. **Recommendations to others considering RADAAR:** Make sure that you grab one of the LTD offerings, if available, as the growth of the platform and the development cycle make it a surefire investment. Event at the monthly rates it is still a viable expense, as you will consolidate several tools into one. **What problems is RADAAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Radaar as a one-size-fits-all SMM platform for all of my team´s Social-Media work. It is consistent, works as advertised, has not yet had serious issues and the platform stability is adequate. I try to keep up a post cadence of a few times per week, so a good bit of usage on the web app. It's very easy to figure out/use on a daily basis, even though some workflows could be more intuitive. **What do you dislike about RADAAR?** My biggest gripe is that the iOS mobile app could definitely use improvement. There are so many areas with titles/captions from the programming side (e.g.: "publishing.scheduler.posts.duplicate" and "publishing.scheduler.posts.delete.title"). The interface is good, and the important feature we love about Radaar is having an inbox inside the platform, so we can reply to all the messages from one single dashboard. I think the UI and overall user experience need improvement. I know radaar has given the user video tutorial but I think it's better to let the user enjoy the usage in step by step manner. Utility apps are sufficient. The price is reasonable compared to other apps. However, there is no shortage of other applications. Having a special days calendar for Turkey is my favorite feature. **What do you dislike about RADAAR?** It does not warn the sharing rules of some social media platforms during the creation of the post. for this reason, if you do not know that rule, your sharing is not done. and you don't know why. For example, Instagram does not accept videos shorter than 3 seconds.es of some social media platforms during the creation of the post. And some are cant accept Turkish characters. But I hope Radaar team will update this soonest as it's already in their roadmap. **Recommendations to others considering RADAAR:** It's not only a social media tool for me but also 4 in 1 tool with some most wanted and used extra tools. If they manage to get that released, Radaar will be like a swiss army knife for all the social media savvy entrepreneurs. It would be great if we could change the theme of the software to dark mode as well, since working in the night trying to schedule the last minute posts won't be that hard on the eyes. **What problems is RADAAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have multiple facebook groups and pages that I manage on an ongoing basis. Radaar makes it very handy to manage it all in one place. Social listening is a premium feature that makes it stand out from the rest of the SAAS. Content curation is a feature that I would like to see implemented and hopefully, this is in the works.
