"Smooth Transition with Cost-Effective Hosting"
What do you like best about GoDaddy Hosting?

I like that GoDaddy Hosting provides an easy-to-use platform with simple integration tools for hosting my website and app. I also appreciate that it's very cheap, which is probably my favorite thing about it. The flexible options to host both my app and website, along with useful email integration, are also beneficial for my business. The transition from WordPress hosting was very easy and smooth, which made the switch even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoDaddy Hosting?

I had an issue where I got locked out of my GoDaddy account for about a week and a half due to security reasons when I lost my phone. I wasn't able to get back in because I didn't have a way to verify my two-factor identification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Regarding sudden changes in the price."
What do you like best about GoDaddy Hosting?

The services and support provided are generally good. However, when it comes to pricing, there are significant concerns. The company states that GoDaddy’s plans and charges are subject to change at any time, which means there is no fixed pricing for their hosting plans. This lack of transparency and price consistency is not a fair or customer-friendly approach to doing business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoDaddy Hosting?

The pricing plans are a complete mess. I’ve been paying around ₹990 per month for my hosting, but for the past 3–4 months, the price keeps going up every single month with no explanation. When I asked about the monthly renewal price, they gave a vague excuse saying prices change daily and refused to even share the details of my own plan. On top of that, I asked them to apply a discount coupon, and instead of helping, they kept giving me the runaround and never provided the actual pricing. This is just shady and dishonest. "Terrible Experience: Locked Features and Pushy Sales Tactics"
What do you like best about GoDaddy Hosting?

Honestly, very little. The platform looks simple enough, and setting up a basic site is easy. But beyond that, it hasn’t met my expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoDaddy Hosting?

I did not like GoDaddy hosting at all. My biggest issue was not having access to the website’s source code, especially the <head> section, which made simple tasks — like adding a Google Tag — unnecessarily frustrating. Even worse, every time I called support, it felt more like dealing with a sales team than a help desk. Out of the dozen calls I’ve made, one stood out the most: a rep told me I had to upgrade to their Managed WordPress plan, costing hundreds of dollars more. The problem is, I had already upgraded once because another rep previously promised it would solve the same issue — and it didn’t. When I refused to pay again, the rep became pushy and even said he could be “making $4,000 from another customer” instead of talking to me. That was beyond unprofessional.

My advice: stay away from GoDaddy Hosting. There are better providers that give you more control and real customer support without constant upselling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Budget Friendly Website Hosting for Small Businesses, Indivuduals & Startups"
What do you like best about GoDaddy Hosting?

I have been using GoDaddy services since 2011. I have also recommended GoDaddy to many customers. I have experienced that it's very easy to onboard on the GoDaddy platform. You get the best deals, like a free domain for a year, when you sign up first time. They have the best website support among all the website hosting providers. They have a the best control panel with plenty of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoDaddy Hosting?

They have limited server resources, like RAM, CPU, in the shared hosting. No free SSL, and a paid one is very costly. Renewal cost is very high than expectation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Simple Websites and Easy to Use"
What do you like best about GoDaddy Hosting?

I found working with GoDaddy relatively simple, and the server performance and customer support exceeded my expectations, proving GoDaddy to be a decent host for hobby blogs and simple websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoDaddy Hosting?

GoDaddy charges relatively high prices and relies on add-ons for crucial security features. I also found many complaints about GoDaddy regarding failure to meet more complex support needs, so it may not be ideal for complicated websites Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
