It was a bit unclear how to update the names of each QR code campaign name at first. By default, it creates the name using the URL being used (when using to send traffic to a website). I wasn't sure if I updated the name the URL would change, so I didn't touch the live campaigns and tested on an inactive campaign and found out there is another field holding the URL so I could edit the titles as I please. One thing I would say I dislike about the app is the customer service. We went to upgrade and for whatever reason, it wasn't working. We tried to contact support and were contacted by like 3 different people telling us to do 3 different things. We got it resolved but it was fairly confusing. The ease of creating a dynamic QR Code cannot be overstated. The program allows me to simply input the link, text, or phone number I want the code to bring to the person scanning and instantly creates a downloadable image file that is a surprisingly high dpi, allowing me to use the image as large or small as I want.
