I've used this for a Freelance project for a product demonstration. The AI somehow takes in a very detailed account of the waveform, transcribes it and then displays the captions in real-time. It's a wonder, and now it's pretty evident why the top Content Creators rely on such. I've used it for captioning, and it worked best when the video is processed without the music. The music can be added later in the timeline via Davinci (the SW I used at the time) so that the captions are perfect. Also, they do have their music repository. **What do you dislike about Captiwiz?** This is intended only for short-form content (~10 mins) so it's kinda agreeable on the limitations. But worth it for the price. **What problems is Captiwiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Best when used in isolated videos with voices that have less background noise. Also, high-bitrate audio works as seamlessly as low-bitrate ones, but the vocals shouldn't be muddy.
