"Flexible Data Manipulation but Challenging Setup"
What do you like best about Meiro?

I really like the flexible data manipulation that Meiro offers. It's great how we can manipulate the data in whichever way we like. I also appreciate the tech support team; they're very helpful, very professional, and very responsive. It's nice having a responsive account manager as well. Supporting on-site personalization on a user level is something we hadn't built internally, and having that with Meiro is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meiro?

Some of the features are built more for industries where risk has to be strictly controlled, which might not be so relevant for us. The platform is not built with configurable risk control levels. What do you like best about Meiro?

I really like the easy-to-use visual email builder in Meiro. It allows for flexibility in the design without needing code and offers a couple of functions that the previous software didn't. It means I can personalize emails easily if I want to. Additionally, being able to report on things from different systems in the same place is useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meiro?

It would be great if web banners had a visual builder similar to the email one. I like the code builder for creating complex banners with dynamic elements and multiple pages, but for simple banners like email sign up it would be great to have a visual builder option where I can drag and drop text, images, buttons, data entry sections etc. and have the data entry points have a selector where I can map the entry to an attribute in Meiro automatically when someone submits the banner. What do you like best about Meiro?

Customer insights and segmentation features are amazing! When we started working with Meiro and set up them, the revenue was raised tremendously and we even discovered new revenue streams for our retail business by selling banner ad impressions to the brands and partners we work with.

With advanced customization of attributes and events we can literally read the thoughts of our customers and personalize their experience in a highly targeted way.

We were able to integrate all our users' data from all the touchpoints - website, CRM, app, media tagging and create comprehensive and effective personalisation that resulted in lower CPA and significant increase in the revenue.

Implementing first the most crucial use cases as abandon cart and personalised exit pop ups, after a few months we already generated revenue that covered Meiro’s license costs!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Bloomreach alternative"
What do you like best about Meiro?

We moved to Meiro last year, when we expanded our business to the Middle East.

The first and main reason was that Meiro supports private cloud and on-prem, that was crucial to us as we must follow country regulations and Meiro allowed us to deploy it locally on AWS.

Another important thing that I want to point out is transparent pricing. While we struggled to get unexpected bills with charges for add-ons and export of extra-data from Bloomreach. With Meiro it’s not a problem anymore and we have clear budget planning without extra charges.

Also, compared to Bloomreach, Meiro’s identity stitching rules are flexible. It significantly improved the accuracy of consolidating customer profiles across devices, browsers, and channels and helped us to deliver better personalized experiences.

Last but not least, finally it’s true real-time personalisation. Despite everyone talking about real-time, I know that it’s an issue on the market. But the ETL layer built into Meiro helps us synchronise data real-time and dynamically personalise customer interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to track and unify customer data in real time across multiple devices and touchpoints is exceptional. As third-party cookies are being phased out, we needed a reliable solution for leveraging first-party data. Meiro made the transition smooth, allowing us to create personalized experiences for our customers without relying on third-party tracking.

Their segmentation tools are outstanding. We can combine behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to create highly targeted audiences. So we achieved significant increase in conversion rates on our ad campaigns and significantly better engagement across our owned channels.
