**What do you like best about Meiro?**

What I like best about Meiro is that it helps us centralize customer data and make it usable across our digital ecosystem. For Triola.cz, Meiro is especially valuable because it supports reliable data collection through SDK implementation and enables better understanding of customer behavior. The biggest upside is that it gives us a stronger data foundation for marketing, personalization, analytics, and future growth.

**What do you dislike about Meiro?**

It’s not really a “plug-and-play” solution, and it’s probably on the higher-priced side.

**What problems is Meiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meiro helps us solve the challenge of connecting customer data across different channels, especially online and physical retail stores. For Triola.cz, this is very important because our customers often have specific needs, product preferences, size requirements, and regional shopping behavior. Meiro gives us a better view of the customer journey across omnichannel touchpoints and helps us understand how online behavior connects with in-store purchases. This benefits us by improving customer segmentation, personalization, marketing decisions, and regional sales analysis.

What stands out most is how easily Meiro stitches together multiple identifiers into a single profile. We run several large customer systems, and Meiro manages to unify those records without lag — even across millions of events. It’s impressive how fast it updates audiences for our campaigns.

The documentation for advanced APIs could be more extensive, though the support team has been excellent at clarifying anything that isn’t immediately clear.

It’s not really a dislike, just my personal experience. When I joined the company, Meiro was already implemented, but w had no hand over documents to understand the setup. It would be helpful to have a quick implementation overview so that when new people join, they can get onboarded faster and understand the configuration more easily.

I like Meiro's function of connecting all the data, stitching it together, and providing us with a customer profile. This is valuable because in our acquisition process, timing is key. Knowing when it's the right time to contact a lead and understanding their actions is incredibly important.

**What do you dislike about Meiro?**

It's a bit complicated and not really intuitive. So to make any change you have to always ask for service support. The initial setup was not easy and took around 6 months.

**What problems is Meiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Meiro for scoring and tracking leads, mapping the complete customer journey, and evaluating the best potential customers. It connects all the data, stitches it together, and provides us with a comprehensive customer profile, which helps in timing our acquisition efforts accurately.

**What do you like best about Meiro?**

I really like the flexible data manipulation that Meiro offers. It's great how we can manipulate the data in whichever way we like. I also appreciate the tech support team; they're very helpful, very professional, and very responsive. It's nice having a responsive account manager as well. Supporting on-site personalization on a user level is something we hadn't built internally, and having that with Meiro is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Meiro?**

Some of the features are built more for industries where risk has to be strictly controlled, which might not be so relevant for us. The platform is not built with configurable risk control levels. Also, the platform might be a little bit slow in processing large volume data. Pricing can be more straightforward to the clients as well.

**What problems is Meiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meiro allows us to manipulate data flexibly and automates pushing data to marketing platforms, which helps with personalization. This is very helpful for managing tasks efficiently.

**What do you like best about Meiro?**

I really like the easy-to-use visual email builder in Meiro. It allows for flexibility in the design without needing code and offers a couple of functions that the previous software didn't. It means I can personalize emails easily if I want to. Additionally, being able to report on things from different systems in the same place is useful.

**What do you dislike about Meiro?**

It would be great if web banners had a visual builder similar to the email one. I like the code builder for creating complex banners with dynamic elements and multiple pages, but for simple banners like email sign up it would be great to have a visual builder option where I can drag and drop text, images, buttons, data entry sections etc. and have the data entry points have a selector where I can map the entry to an attribute in Meiro automatically when someone submits the banner.

Meiro lets me personalize emails and banners, centralize reporting from different systems, and use a flexible visual email builder without coding.

Extremely flexible and customizable across most industry use cases, from classic ecomm optimization to very specific, niche B2B financial services ecosystems. The identity resolution, ETL, and data model architecture feel ready for just about anything.

Their UI is still evolving, and there’s more work to be done. Some campaign management features are also still in development.

Meiro hepls us to build and maintain customer data and marketing automation layer across six separate companies in PE group holding. Thanks to that, we can build cross sell strategy and execution, as well as use identity resolution layer to build consilidated NBO and other models

I like the clean and modern user interface, as well as Meiro's ability to implement customer feedback. The tool is quite complex, yet very intuitive. If there is one thing Meiro truly excels at, it is unifying fragmented data and using it to create great marketing and technical use cases.

Due to the robustness of the tool, implementation can be challenging and time-consuming. However, Meiro is actively addressing this and working hard to adapt to the market.

It solves nearly all of my problems - not literally, of course, but it’s amazing just how much you can achieve with Meiro.

Reporting is not great, and the UI within the journey canvas could be improved. The Picker button for "and/or" logic, or buttons for including/excluding something from the segment need more explanation.

I use Meiro for marketing automation, collecting web events, and customizing activities. It helps with profile de-anonymization and enriches user behavior information.

**What do you like best about Meiro?**

Customer insights and segmentation features are amazing! When we started working with Meiro and set up them, the revenue was raised tremendously and we even discovered new revenue streams for our retail business by selling banner ad impressions to the brands and partners we work with.  

With advanced customization of attributes and events we can literally read the thoughts of our customers and personalize their experience in a highly targeted way.

We were able to integrate all our users' data from all the touchpoints -  website, CRM, app, media tagging and create comprehensive and effective personalisation that resulted in lower CPA and significant increase in the revenue.

Implementing first the most crucial use cases as abandon cart and personalised exit pop ups, after a few months we already generated revenue that covered Meiro’s license costs!!

Overall see only positive aspects now. Interested to see more capabilities Meiro can offer in the future.

**What do you like best about Meiro?**

We moved to Meiro last year, when we expanded our business to the Middle East.

The first and main reason was that Meiro supports private cloud and on-prem, that was crucial to us as we must follow country regulations and Meiro allowed us to deploy it locally on AWS.

Another important thing that I want to point out is transparent pricing. While we struggled to get unexpected bills with charges for add-ons and export of extra-data from Bloomreach. With Meiro it’s not a problem anymore and we have clear budget planning without extra charges.

Also, compared to Bloomreach, Meiro’s identity stitching rules are flexible. It significantly improved the accuracy of consolidating customer profiles across devices, browsers, and channels and helped us to deliver better personalized experiences.

Last but not least, finally it’s true real-time personalisation. Despite everyone talking about real-time, I know that it’s an issue on the market. But the ETL layer built into Meiro helps us synchronise data real-time and dynamically personalise customer interaction.

Great experience with the platform and team so far. Nothing special to mention.

The ability to track and unify customer data in real time across multiple devices and touchpoints is exceptional. Hosting Meiro in our private AWS cloud while maintaining full data ownership was crucial for us. The headless E-Commerce Personalization engine integrates well with our CMS.

So far, everything works as expected and without flaws.

As third-party cookies are being phased out, we needed a reliable solution for leveraging first-party data. Meiro made the transition smooth, allowing us to create personalized experiences for our customers without relying on third-party tracking.

Their segmentation tools are outstanding. We can combine behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to create highly targeted audiences. So we achieved significant increase in conversion rates on our ad campaigns and significantly better engagement across our owned channels.

Another win for us has been the ability to activate data across multiple platforms in real-time. Meiro integrates seamlessly with our existing tech stack, making campaign execution much more efficient.

We operate in a highly regulated industry, and data privacy is our top priority. Many of the big-name CDPs we evaluated couldn’t meet our compliance needs, but Meiro stood out by offering on-prem and private cloud deployment. Now we can unify interaction across different devices and platforms, across 1st and 3rd party cookies. **What do you like best about Meiro?**

We moved to Meiro last year, when we expanded our business to the Middle East.

The first and main reason was that Meiro supports private cloud and on-prem, that was crucial to us as we must follow country regulations and Meiro allowed us to deploy it locally on AWS.

Another important thing that I want to point out is transparent pricing. While we struggled to get unexpected bills with charges for add-ons and export of extra-data from Bloomreach. With Meiro it’s not a problem anymore and we have clear budget planning without extra charges.

Also, compared to Bloomreach, Meiro’s identity stitching rules are flexible. It significantly improved the accuracy of consolidating customer profiles across devices, browsers, and channels and helped us to deliver better personalized experiences.

Last but not least, finally it’s true real-time personalisation. Despite everyone talking about real-time, I know that it’s an issue on the market. But the ETL layer built into Meiro helps us synchronise data real-time and dynamically personalise customer interaction.

Do you want to create a love brand? Forget branding, use a Meiro!
Meiro will allow you to play with the data, which is key to creating compelling marketing where the client is at the center of the company´s attention. Then, you can give your client as much attention, love, and care as needed. We implemented Meiro the leading travel brand in the region to enhance retention and to increase revenue per customer. Our clients are happily buying, which makes us and our revenue happy, too.

**What do you dislike about Meiro?**

Implementation of any CDP takes time, resources, and patience. I wish it was easier on another hand I do understand that magic does not happen overnight.

Sorting the data and customer retention. We do benefit by higher profits.

Meiro is very effective for collecting, managing and activating data. Their platform automatically collects data from all our sources without us having to clean or transform it first, which has saved us a lot of money. The interface is really easy to use, and it helps us analyze customer insights and set up marketing campaigns. With Meiro's platform, we have extensive knowledge of our customers, which helps us improve our marketing campaigns and use our budget more effectively. Plus, Meiro is more cost-effective and transparent in pricing than other options out there.
