The challenge I’ve encountered is when a General Manager has dual responsibilities across two locations. When I create an account for each location, I'm unable to assign the same contact information for the GM to both accounts. Since Salesflare recognizes the email address as already existing in the system, it ends up removing the contact from one account, causing a gap in my records. I haven't really experienced many. The one gripe I would have is the way the email workflows are organized. We do a lot of targeted campaigns and the more you do, the more they start to stack up as a list of workflows without a good way to compartmentalize them by strategy. Generally speaking, I like it. I don't use zapier, I use Pabbly. In that sense I miss an integration. I would also like to put tags or categories to the contacts. The accounts option is great.
