Easy creation of segments - a very important feature! Ecomail makes creating segments simple, intuitive and fast. Overview and management of the campaigns - you can easily view the results of any campaign (no matter how old it is). Very clear results, including a graph showing e.g. when recipients opened the email. In the overview you can see many data including the list of email addresses that opened the email, did not open, clicked on a link, or unsubscribed (and many many more). Creating custom fields - very useful for managing and sorting contacts. Without this feature we would not be able to keep our contacts in order. Importing new contacts in few clicks and adding sorting fields - the whole process is very user friendly and easy. And I could keep pointing out so many other features! **What do you dislike about Ecomail?** Can't say we're satisfied with everything we're using atm. **Recommendations to others considering Ecomail:** If you are still unsure about Ecomail, get in touch with them. I would personally highlight: - simple and functional API - quality management of distribution servers - connection with Facebook (and subsequent campaigns after e-mailing) **What do you dislike about Ecomail?** The only thing that bothers me is that in the account settings I can't say that unsubscribed contacts should be unsubscribed from all lists (individual campaigns need to be checked).
