"Leadsquared is the best automation tools use for inbound and Outbound marketing"

What do you like best?

Its very Simple and available for mobile as well as desktop.We access the lead History and details easily. Via leadSquared we can Identify Leads Score and The Location of the lead So that we can assign the lead to the inside sales Team easily.

For each particular lead Graph is not showing and some times lead location is not recognizable Due

to which we have to face a lot of problem.Mobile app is not good enough. Desktop view is better and linkedin ID should fetch directly from linkedin .

You should must use LeadSquared to increase sales Funnel.Its one best automation marketing tools I have used and learn a lots of thing from it.From last five year I am Using Lead Squared .It is very less expensive than other tools like hubspot .So I will suggest you to Once you will usse this tool ablle know all ins and out of the tool .

Desktop view is better some time it stuck and nothing is visible that time we need to do trouble shooting

What do you like best?

The user interface of LeadSquared is easy, everything inside is in the best sequence and all of the features are helpful to the promotion techniques. It gives you all of the features of superior CRM like managing contacts, segmentation, leads nurturing, leads monitoring & more. The good thing about Leadsquared being a CRM is the good services of the customer support team. It allows you to find out who definitely are the prospects that we have to follow up on on a regular basis.

What do you dislike?

As of now, I don't have anything, which I dislike with this application, this application working fine for us in managing all the leads generated. But the output reports could be improved some more, which will be more beneficial to the user of it.

"Powerful features, but value priced"

What do you like best?

It offers marketing automation features found in systems like HubSpot or InfusionSoft but for a fraction of the price. The drip marketing automation features meet our needs.

And, their featureset has been increasing and growing over time.

The quality of the system has been very solid, uptime and responsiveness is good, and features work as designed.

Email deliverability has been very good as well.

What do you dislike?

As our contact list grows, we've had to buy blocks of 5000 contacts growing our annual bill. I suppose that's my only complaint!

Take a close look here if you were thinking about Hubspot or Infusionsoft.

Leadsquared allows us to send automated drip marketing campaigns to prospects that don't convert, and we estimate is saves about 10% of prospects who fill in forms to nudge them along in the sales lifecycle.

the fields of automation users need some improvements. But as far as I can tell, the team behind this product constantly works on product improvements.!

"It's Complete Marketing Automation and CRM software for businesses."

What do you like best?

Lead Squared helps to track lead’s journey down the sales funnel from the point of entry to the point of conversion and even after. Save more time by automating routine tasks like schedule email campaign etc.

What do you dislike?

It takes time when we integrated with other third party. Support team not taken prompt action. They would reply 3-7 working days. Email editor is not that impressive and needs a lot of improvements.

Ease of use lead engagement score helps in shortlisting good leads availability of a lot of filters allows us to simply squeeze the best leads out of the lot support for sms and calling lead directly saves time and efforts.

"An affordable, yet robust email marketing tool and easy CRM for a small business"

What do you like best?

I like the robust analytics, ease of use, of the email marketing side of this software. Add in the simplicity of Leadsquared as a CRM, and you have a great tool for a small business.

What do you dislike?

It was difficult to get training from the leadsquared people because of the language barrier, their accent was hard to understand. Luckily we hired a marketing consultant that was familiar with the product and this person walked us through it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for something more robust than mailchimp or constant contact, and also something that can double as a very viable CRM tool, this is a great choice.

"Comprehensive Sales Enablement, Marketing Automation & reporting; recommended for EduTech companies"

What do you like best?

1) It offers all the features of a good CRM such as contact management, segmentation, 360 contact view, lead nurturing, lead tracking, distribution, lead qualification, source attribution, filters, reporting & more.

2) Important Marketing Automation features include bulk email/SMS campaigns, drip campaigns, landing pages, webhooks to push/fetch data & auto responders.

3) Other common Task handling options & third party integrations are provided. It offers Zapier integration too.

4) It's highly recommended CRM for EduTech companies as it has all the required features for such at once place.

What do you dislike?

1) It's slightly pricey per contact handled when compared with other SMB CRMs.

2) It's missing on a drag-drop campaign builder for creating Marketing automation campaign workflows which is found in other SMB CRMs.

3) It's a B2C CRM, may not be well suited for B2B companies.

4) It needs to add more features under Web Engagement & Telephony.

5) Parent/dependent fields get updated with a lag upon updating the Child field & that delay affects Webrule triggered activities eg: it takes up/works on previous field value instead of new updated value.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's very highly recommended for EduTech companies & works well for other B2B companies too. Leads from all the sources can pour into the CRM with direct integrations or Zapier or API integrations. Marketing Automation plan is the most recommended plan. Just care to see/enquire if integrations with your third party apps for payment, accounting etc... are offered.

It enables collection of leads from almost all the sources (mostly directly) incl. Sulekha, Justdial, UrbanPro, Exotel etc... apart from the common lead sources like Facebook, PPC (Adwords), Twitter, Website, landing pages etc... This helped dynamic aggregation of all leads at once place, measure the effective of campaigns from multiple sources across various mediums & in further engagement of these leads.

API integration with UrbanPro & our native app helped collect real-time leads & attend to them asap.

"A Hubspot Beater"

What do you like best?

Landing pages, email marketing, drip campaigns. This software is very easy to use. It has all the features you would need for a marketing automation system at a fraction of the cost. The customer service is very helpful and will go out their way to help you. The system comes with landing pages, workflows, and many more features.

Also worth noting is the free CRM system that comes with it. It is very nice and keeps up to date with all my leads. It even integrates with Gmail so all emails are synced into the CRM.

The landing pages come with some really nice templates so you can be up and running in no time. I would have liked it if they had the ability to send rss emails but I hear that feature is in the pipeline.

the system could do with the look being updated and to look more modern. some usability issues make the system less easy to use than it could

try it, you will find it has most of what you need. If you are coming from Hubspot you won't find a system that as closely matches it. Great value for money.

"Best CRM with an amazing Customer Success Team"

What do you like best?

The best part of Leadsquared as a CRM is the kind of support we get from the customer success team, help us create the customized dashboard, reports etc.

The integration with other services is also pretty smooth and fast.

Almost zero downtime on the service, really helps keep the efficiency.

What do you dislike?

I think currently there is nothing we dislike in leadsquared. We constantly have review meetings which help us improving.

* All in one package for your marketing needs

* Flexibility in setting up stages and whole customer lifecycle

* Drip Campaigns, Rules & Notifications - it would be awesome if emails could be sent to customers via Rules & Notifications

* Landing Pages have been a great help and integration is straightforward

* API & Webhook Integration and Help pages are well explained

* Lists have been very useful. I like the advanced search feature.

* Features like website widget needs to be improved

* Design/UX for Email editing needs to be improved

* It loads quite slow and hampers in the work sometimes.

* Reports could be improved and excel attachment instead of pdf for saved reports will help a lot.

Explore all the features and check out help pages. They are beautifully written and test out the services on your own as most of the customization has to be done by Administrator so that they should know the product thoroughly. In case of query, shooting a mail or chat with support helps a lot. It's expensive where the number of leads are quite high, so you need to take the call based on your requirements.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Marketing automation for all our seekers and controlling leakage for our leads. Our channels for acquiring customers are not just online and before we setup LeadSquared, there was a lot of leakage in fetching all the leads on one portal and engaging with the customers. We have drastically improved our leakage in 6 major channels with present leakage less than 1%. We were able to achieve it through API integration or Zapier integration for those channels.

Major benefit has been standardization of our communication to customers and minimal leakage of less than 1%.

"Keeping up with sales has never been this easy, especially for the price."

What do you like best?

This programs ability to find leads that are promising is fantastic. When you compare the results to the price you pay, this product has it all!

What do you dislike?

For the price i would like to be able to have a few more options like creating reminders and invoices as well as a way to mass communicate information in groups.

If you are looking to expand your business beyond what it is now or if you have expanded and need help weening out good leads from bad, i would highly suggest looking into this product. even if you're happy with the program you are using now, the cost could be cut in half for you.

I am attempting to sell products to anyone who will listen to my pitch. I am using social media, on site presentations and outbound phone calls, etc. to spread the word on my products. I have found that this product cuts my scavenge in half when looking for potential buyers.

"Best automation platform around"

What do you like best?

The platform is really intuitive and easy to use. It provides detailed reporting and automatically measures individual contact engagement. It gives us the visibility and strategic insight to exceed our marketing and business development goals.

We wanted a solution that could be a CRM as well as an automation platform and LeadSquared does a fantastic job in both areas. Having used many of the leading automation systems LeadSquared is the best solution around. On top of that their support is superb. They even customised their wordpress plugin for us at no extra charge. They have a great team and are always there ready to help you. Their price point compared to some so called market leaders is also incredible.

If you are looking to try an automation platform for the first time or switch vendors you should definitely look seriously at LeadSquared.

What do you dislike?

LinkedIn integration but this isn't LeadSquared's fault it is LinkedIn's who have locked down their API, unfortunately it is a problem with all the platforms.

Could add in a reverse IP lookup tool, better A/B split testing for email subject lines and landing pages would be good.

List the top features you need and organise a demo and trial it. The experience and support from LeadSquared is first rate. You will appreciate their value-add if you are coming from another vendor.

Excellent support team. Great results. Easy to distribute work, no more excel sheets to maintain. Easy to follow up, more individual attention can be given; more people can be reached at once. And hence better flow of work. More coordination between the team members. Telling them what we do and gaining valuable feedback for the same. Acting on feedback, impoverishment of product and hence optimizing the product life cycle. Hence exactly knowing how and which areas to improve and act on it. through this we can increase our sales percentage by 20 to 30 %.

1. Poor design which is too 'old-school'

2. Poor options for Email marketing: cannot substitute the footer using our HTML code.

3. Cannot divide lists into segments

4. The email campaigns analytics is not accurate, e.g.: the quantity of the clicks doesn't match the % of them.

Using Leadsquared we launched the email marketing, drip campaigns and contact forms for our products. This helped us to convert our cold leads and communicate with our clients in a simple way.

"Great Lead management with sensible pricing"

What do you like best?

On top of the fact that Leadsquared does what it is supposed to, it comes with a sensible price tag. The people are extremely nice and actually respond to any questions and request you have. I have received a lot of help in tracking different things from our website to leadsquared.

What do you dislike?

The user interface could be a bit more modern. This is not a problem for me, but for our sales who is not used to using this kinds of software. As a technology orientated geeky guy, the interface works for me.

The email campaign creation is a bit too technical as it basically demands that you understand HTML so you can modify your something else than text and images from your emails.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If your marketing team can handle HTML and are otherwise tech-savvy, you should not have problems using Leadsquared.

Landing page management is easy as you have set up your templates.

Lead tracking is good and the people at Leadsquared are really helpful and reply pretty quickly. Leadsquared is developing all the time and they take customer feedback seriously.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Originally were trying to get more tracking and personalization to our email marketing. We used Mailchimp before and it had its limits. I was blown away what Leadsquared could offer to us.

On top of personalizing email marketing with any criteria, I can manage my landing pages and get really good information to our sales about our leads.

Building automation workflows is also possible, although I haven't set those up quite yet.

"Complete our Hompage"

What do you like best?

The management of Homepage Leads and collectability with landing pages as well as the many functions to automatically send information to the right colleagues

What do you dislike?

At many points the tool works mechanic. Also the email campaign tool crashes regularly

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take time to get into the tool. Some functions are hidden. Also, set up a GDPR-conform process. Features are available on Leadsquared.

I don't need to inform someone by hand. Once I set up a landing page or sent a mail campaign the right colleagues get informed about leads, conversions etc impliedly

"Effective on the outside + great user experience on the inside"

What do you like best?

I like the following:

- Simplicity of the interface with 4 main functionalities: email automation + autoresponders + landing pages + website widgets. Powerful functionalities, yet simple interface.

- Possibility to use our own design for email and landing pages: all seamlessly integrated with the Leadsquared functionality in the background.

- Simplicity of lead list management + individual emailing. Effectively, the system works now as our CRM: we moved away from SalesForce and use this instead. If your usage of SalesForce functionality is "basic", you can consider the alternative of only having Leadsquared: you would have a CRM and marketing automation on one system. Way simpler + the sales team love it: saves time = more calls. (Disclaimer: we run a native website system that can do billing - so you would still need that functionality separately.)

- Once the prospect clicks on an email link, his browsing history on our website is links automatically to Leadsquared. This applies also retroactively - even for activities that happened before clicking the email links. So when our sales team start a conversation with a prospect, they know exactly the professional interests of the user. We sell professional content subscriptions for our website, so this functionality is really key.

- Above all - professional and flexible team at LeadSquared that really reacts to our needs!

What do you dislike?

What could be improved:

- Leadsquared is for individual leads, i.e. people. If you have company accounts (which we do) and want to use this for CRM functionality, then tracking accounts is a bit more difficult. Doable (we have done this), but more difficult.

- No API integration with SalesForce. When moving from SalesForce which we pretty much had to move our database manually. But that was a good exercise for cleaning up the database.

- Some graphic output, such as click/open pie charts misrepresent data. Easy fix, I guess, but needs to be done :)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Marketing automation for a professional content website that sells subscription. We have implemented some functionalities and are still exploring other, but what we have done so far has proven effective. Using this for 6 months now - mainly email campaigns and landing pages. In addition to marketing automation, we've moved away from SalesForce completely + use this as main CRM in parallel to our native website system.

"Great CRM for B2C Sales teams"

What do you like best?

The gamut of features, reports and level of customisation which can be done is a great advantage. Their native integrations with some of their other tools we use too make it easy to collect and make sure data is present in one CRM. Their support is fast and good too!

What do you dislike?

The occasional downtime and the UI at some places. One needs to be trained on how / what to use which I guess happens with most feature rich CRMs though.

"Life made easy using Leadsquared"

What do you like best?

Simple UI. Excellent support team. Great results. Easy to distribute work, no more excel sheets to maintain. Easy to follow up, more individual attention can be given; more people can be reached at once. And hence better flow of work. More coordination between the team members. Telling them what we do and gaining valuable feedback for the same. Acting on feedback, impoverishment of product and hence optimizing the product life cycle. Hence exactly knowing how and which areas to improve and act on it.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. Everything works seamless and easy to use product. The reminder function and task addition and deleting part may be improved in the coming days. Apart from this, List making can be made a little easy to use feature. For now the list making is a little difficult to learn if you are a new user.

Do use it. It is easy and effective to use.

We have experienced a tremendous increase in footfalls to confirmations conversion from 9% last year to 21% this year, this increase directly co relates to the ease of identifying leads with no contacts and also flexibility of determining leads to their respective stages
