Line item controls could be better. The plattform is very well developed and easy to use. Their customer support is great and they are both highly professional and personal. If there is any funtion we need, they always try to ensure development to make it available. **What do you dislike about BidTheatre?** The status of the completed campiagns is default changed to Terminated after 3 months, which result that the data isn't availible in Looker Studio after that time. But BidTheatre have extended the time for us to 1 year to minimize the loss of data in out reports. If you want to go classic media planning with your campaigns or full AI, you always have the possibilities without any blackbox taking the decisions, the feedback in the DSP is very transperent with no takes on the sellside to take in consideration. ### 29.
