What do you like best about ipSCAPE?

Provide accurate time, especially when you're on break or lunch. Easy to log in. Provides us an insight into how many calls are waiting on the other line. This helps us to manage our calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ipSCAPE?

IPscape error occurred while wrapping the call and when you changed your pause reasons. Sometimes we're unable to click other buttons like the transfer call button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ipSCAPE?

I can quickly see the pause reasons for everyone on the production floor. Also, I can immediately listen to calls for evaluating agents's performance on their calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ipSCAPE?

There are times that it is slow and will keep on loading. I will need to refresh the page to continue what I am doing. I hope this gets better as ipscape is a very convenient tool for my everyday tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ipSCAPE?

It's very helpful because IpScape shows if our breaks and lunch are over, so we can be aware. It also helps us to lower our call handling time because we have visibility on how many minutes we are on call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actually, we just have one dislike about IpScape and this is about the errors that we are encountering sometimes. But we only experience that once in a blue moon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i can quickly check and monitor the activities done by my agents as well as to listen to the agent's calls for evaluation of audits on a daily basis to also improve the agent's performance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it will just keep on loading and I would need to log off the tools and log back in and then go back from where I was doing. I hope this will get fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
