**What do you like best about ipSCAPE?**

Provide accurate time, especially when you're on break or lunch. Easy to log in. Provides us an insight into how many calls are waiting on the other line. This helps us to manage our calls.

**What do you dislike about ipSCAPE?**

IPscape error occurred while wrapping the call and when you changed your pause reasons. Sometimes we're unable to click other buttons like the transfer call button.

**What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This benefits us in terms of handling and to manage the calls. IPScape enables us to communicate well with our customers and resolve their problems and issues.

It helps me to maximize my time when it comes to managing my time during phone calls and even when I'm doing BOH house activities.

It will allow us to know how many calls are waiting on the other line so that we can manage our call as part of that this is the tools where we can able to communicate with our customer and help them with their concerns.

Ipscape is a good tools but somehow it has latency but still manageable.

The problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting out business is  by helping our customer with their concerns in which it also help our business in a way he can have job.

**What do you like best about ipSCAPE?**

The most helpful about Ipscape is the reporting and also the recording is nice. It's very helpful for me especially when I am listening to the calls of the agents and my team

**What do you dislike about ipSCAPE?**

There's nothing that I can think of. It really helps me a lot being a quality analyst. It easier to use and sort especially when I am listening to call recordings of my agents

**What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analysing the call of the agents. Using Ipscape i was able to listen to their calls and provide feedbacks about their opportunities and ofcourse the positive highlights of their call. Then from there I was able to contribute as well to the account's action plan.

**What do you like best about ipSCAPE?**

I can quickly see the pause reasons for everyone on the production floor. Also, I can immediately listen to calls for evaluating agents's performance on their calls.

**What do you dislike about ipSCAPE?**

There are times that it is slow and will keep on loading. I will need to refresh the page to continue what I am doing. I hope this gets better as ipscape is a very convenient tool for my everyday tasks.

**What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can make me quickly evaluate calls for my agents and monitor what they are on to help our handle time for calls to improve. This also gives an overview if the agents are experiencing tools issues by checking their pause reasons.

**What do you like best about ipSCAPE?**

the ipscape is very helful for me as a quality analyst becuse I can be able to listen to calls and export data. listening to calls is very important to I can give feedback to my team

**What do you dislike about ipSCAPE?**

I can't think of any dislike about ipscape. since I used this tool everyday it really helps me a lot. I have never imagined not using this tool in the future. I really love this too

business problems that helps Ipscape is the opporthnities of the team and the account. By listening to their calls I was able to use it to deep dive and get analysis on their calls

**What do you like best about ipSCAPE?**

It's very helpful because IpScape shows if our breaks and lunch are over, so we can be aware. It also helps us to lower our call handling time because we have visibility on how many minutes we are on call.

**What do you dislike about ipSCAPE?**

Actually, we just have one dislike about IpScape and this is about the errors that we are encountering sometimes. But we only experience that once in a blue moon.

**What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using IpScape we are aware if our Lunch, Break, and work hours is exceeding. We can monitor our allotted time for the said instances. That is why IpScape is very useful on our daily work.

**What do you like best about ipSCAPE?**

i can quickly check and monitor the activities done by my agents as well as to listen to the agent's calls for evaluation of audits on a daily basis to also improve the agent's performance

**What do you dislike about ipSCAPE?**

Sometimes it will just keep on loading and I would need to log off the tools and log back in and then go back from where I was doing. I hope this will get fixed.

**What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the time to monitor the activities of the agents as well as to immediately listen to calls to help improve the agent's performance especially if there any escalations

**What do you like best about ipSCAPE?**

ipSCAPE is helpful since we can listen to our previous calls to improve ourselves. The best thing about using ipSCAPE is allowing you to communicate with other countries.

**What do you dislike about ipSCAPE?**

It is not a dislike but a suggestion, as sometimes we experience latency on the tools. We would recommend providing an immediate response as it was essential to our work.

**What problems is ipSCAPE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us communicate with our customers quickly, and sometimes on the information provided; we can use it to locate which country they are calling from.

It is very helpful since we can able to see the queue and the time on how long we are speaking with the customer

It is quite least helpful because of some error being encounter and the latency we have experience

It's straightforward to navigate and very useful to a consumer and business.

Sometimes it has delay but still manageable.

The problem that customer has with their credit information is that whenever they contact us, we use ipSCAPe, and by communicating with them, we help them in resolving their questions also it benefits me as I help them and I have a job.

This is #1 tool that we used for taking calls for our customer and it's easy to navigate!

**What do you dislike about ipSCAPE?**

What i dislike is there is no video camera on it.

If there is a technical problem we can change our post to technical problem so that we don't receive any calls from our customer when we encountered an error.

It is easy to use and navigate. It helps me to monitor my call handling time, hold and wrapping time.

Sometimes the buttons are not showing, but after a minute, it will be fixed already

It benefits me to have easy access for placing the call on hold/unhold also to wrap the call on the designated section.

It's very easy to access and it makes us easy to track agents pause reasons

What I do not like about the website is that sometimes it has a lag issue.

Tracking agents pause reasons and in checking if they're lapse on  break schedules which helps us to reduce lost hours

some of the calls are not captured when system error happen

System Error , some calls will not be captured in or link to avaya even you are talking. and sometime even you log in on time you will still captured late.

I have yet to find if there is any downside but so far it has been really reliable
