For instance, if you're hesitant to commit to automations, they provide alternative options. If you’re not satisfied with the dialer, they suggest several other companies you can integrate with.

Salesmate is an excellent option for my startup. The main advantage that I had using this CRM over other CRMs such as Freshsales Suites has been that I have seen is that a user can edit and change the fields as per different deal pipelines making it easier for my sales managers to customize their fields and provide more clarity on different deals. Also, my PandaDoc integration works seamlessly and customer support is very good so props to that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
